Survivor Series: War Games - Review
Tumblr media
Regal's not here to say it, but it's time for the Main Roster to engage in War Games!
Only 5 matches on the card but two are the big 5v5 in Dusty's Cage Creations, so let's see how it goes.
Spoilers for the PPV
Scrubbed the Kickoff because it had no matches.
Women's War Games Team Bianca (Bianca BelAir, Asuka, Alexa Bliss, Mia Yim & Becky Lynch) def. Team Bayley (Bayley, Iyo Sky, Dakota Kai, Nikki Cross & Rhea Ripley) [Pinfall by Lynch on Kai via Leg Drop] It was odd to see Becky in a most tame attire, it kinda looked like a modification of her old Royal Rumble gear, the red and black one, Nikki Cross climbed the mini-cage too. Bianca started against Dakota (who has been in four matches), both did trade advantages but Bianca had the edge so Iyo could come in next, after a 1v1 bit the women's tag champs ganged up on Bianca - highlight being Iyo doing a double rope dropkick - until Asuka came back to cross with Iyo for a mini-match. Nikki came out next and brought out the weapons: kendo sticks and trash can lids, though she attacked the faces more with her coat until Bliss' arrival to face her former tag partner, Bianca's strength feat probably wasn't as impactful as she only bent the kendo stick over her knee, but Nikki did the top cage spot with a flying crossbody. With everyone prone, out comes Bayley to bring out more weapons. Ladders in hand and a table (much to the crowd's glee since they were asking for it) but she wasted a lot of time which allowed Mia Yim to come out with the trash cans - leaving her teammates to be beaten up for a bit - Yim did use the weapons and environment to her advantage, which gave the faces a respite, but next would be Rhea. Rhea of course bullied the babyfaces until Mia cannonballed a trash can into her, the final member unleashed The Man, hitting Iyo with a trash can leg drop before crossing her fellow Horsewoman. She held the advantage over Bayley but not Rhea, who hit a Riptide on The Man - broken up by Asuka - the two then combined to hit Rhea with the mist and a DDT, Asuka saved her team again when Becky was hit with a Roseplant on the middle steel bar between the rings. Iyo would be next to do a top-cage move with a moonsault, leaving all members prone, Nikki and Alexa took each other out when Nikki tried to cuff Alexa to the cage, only to be cuffed to Alexa and hit with an Electric Chair on a trash can, Rhea took out Asuka by throwing her in the cage wall, then reversed a Backpack Sleeper to cannonball Mia through a ladder. This left Damage CTRL vs Bianca and Becky, Kai escaped the KOD but landed right into a Manhandle Slam, the inverse happened for Iyo. Becky went up top as Bianca draped Iyo and Kai on the table, Bayley tried to make the save but was KOD'd into the cage wall as Becky landed the leg drop, pinning Kai.
Was a good match, this does mean however much of my predictions are gonna be wrong XD WWE gave Becky her big comeback win contrary to putting Rhea in line for Bianca's title, which you can't be too mad about - y'know if you ignore that Bayley's feud with Bianca involved her losing 4 Times in a row on PPV. I guess for main roster onlys this is your basic guide to War Games.
Jey comes to Roman backstage telling him about the conversation he overheard between Sami and Owens. Roman however tells his cousin that he will handle matters. When Jey leaves though an angry twitch appears on Roman, as he tells Heyman to call Zayn.
AJ Styles (w/ The Good Brothers) def. Finn Balor (w/The Judgement Day) [Pinfall via Phenomenal Forearm] Dunno what the deal is with Balor just wearing a blank mask but better than the spiky one, AJ's mask was better but also kinda weird. Styles worked on the leg, wearing him for the Calf Crusher but also weakening his Bloody Sunday and Coup de Grace, however, Balor worked on the ribs and lower back. AJ got the first pinfall attempt with a sliding forearm and an ushigoroshi but only good or 2, Judgement Day got involved to delay the Phenomenal Forearm, which got the Good Brothers involved, brawling into the crowd. Balor took control by reversing the Calf Crusher transition with a double stomp, fighting off a comeback attempt with a Reverse DDT, but his attempt at a Styles Clash was reversed, eventually knocking both men down with Pele Kicks. A lungblower was only good for 2 with Balor, so he hit an Ushigoroshi but failed the Bloody Sunday, allowing AJ to hit the backflip catch reverse DDT. Balor scouted a 450 and landed a Shotgun Dropkick, but the Coup de Grace missed, damaging the leg further to be rolled into a Calf Crusher, which Balor broke by slamming AJ's head against the mat. After some tussling, AJ hit the Phenomenal Forearm to pin Balor for the win.
Another good match, however I felt like the finish was a bit tame, would've been a lot more impactful if he won via the Calf Crusher. Plus the addition of Mia Yim hasn't really paid dividends since Rhea didn't get involved thanks to the prior War Games match, so it was more a limp win for the OC.
Smackdown Women's Championship Ronda Rousey (c) (w/Shayna Baszler) def. Shotzi [Submission via Armbar] Shotzi comes out with her tank, but even though Raquel did come to the stadium commentary says that she's not cleared to come to the ring. Ronda again with the ugly makeup but it works better for her now that she's a heel. And that is the key topic because her heel characteristics allows her to be more basic, but Shotzi is the one who ran wild to the start, hitting Baszler with a suicide dive. Ronda inevitably took control again, using her judo skills and submission technique to keep Shotzi grounded. A punch did stagger the champion, but a poorly-executed ring-apron DDT left both members a bit silly, fortunately Shotzi recovered by throwing both Ronda and Shayna into the crowd and crossbodying them. Shotzi tried to go up top but was Judo Flipped to the floor, hit with her ugly Piper's Pit then tapped to the armbar.
Basic, but not inoffensive, it's just that we never really had a reason to think Shotzi had a chance.
Sami was summoned to Reigns's office to discuss the interaction with Owens. Zayn however was honest with Reigns, saying he lied to Jey to not cloud his judgement. Reigns asked Zayn to look him in the eye and tell him whether he's with them or gonna stab him in the back, and Zayn did, pledging his allegiance once more and getting a hug from Roman - but the camera does linger on the pensive Tribal Chief.
US Championship Theory def. Seth Rollins (c) & Lashley [pinfall on Rollins] NEW CHAMPION!!! I did not expect Beyblade to be a sponsor for WWE, let alone hearing Michael Cole saying 'Let it rip'. Much like his wife, Rollins' outfit was once more extremely tame in comparison. Lashley and Rollins both kicked Theory out the ring to fight between each other, but Theory slammed Rollins into the barricade in retaliation. Lashley kept the role as the power player by facing both men at once, his OG Dominator would've gotten the 3 but Theory pulled the ref. Rollins and Theory fought each other between trying to take out Lashley, Theory using the steel steps to keep the All Mighty down. Rollins did fight off Theory's physical performance with end to end dives against both his opponents, catching a rolling cutter from Theory into a Sit-Out Powerbomb, Lashley pulled Theory away from the Stomp though and got in the Hurt Lock, Theory though put in the Backpack Sleeper on Lashley, releasing the Hurt Lock, Lashley dumped Theory out the ring but landed into a Pedigree for 2. Rollins went for the Phoenix Splash but missed, so Theory dumped him out of the ring, he hit Lashley with a rolling blockbuter, but the A-Town Down was reversed into a Hurt Lock, he used the turnbuckle to roll Lashley up but it was broken by a Frog Splash from Rollins, only good for 2 though. After tussling between each other, Theory and Rollins were put in the Hurt Lock together, they used the turnbuckle to sandwich Lashley out, then dodged the spear that followed up, causing Lashley to crash into the opposite turnbuckle, Rollins had two stomps lined up, but used Theory to platform the stomp to Lashley, Theory tried to throw Rollins out but went into a Superplex, when Rollins lifted for the follow-up Falcon Arrow however, Lashley speared him, meaning Theory collapsed on top of Rollins for the 3.
That finish was clever but also kinda dumb, like the whole point of Theory's new aggression was that he would earn an accolade by being more focused, instead he falls upwards into the title thanks to Lashley being a dumbass. It's also not lost on me that both WWE and AEW just went 'it's the 10th Anniversary of the Shield so we're gonna make our Non-Roman Shield members lose to shenanigans'.
Jey approached Reigns about Zayn, expecting him to have lied to Roman too, but Roman was more focused on the match.
Men's War Games Team Brutes (Sheamus, Ridge Holland, Butch, Drew McIntyre & Kevin Owens) def. Team Bloodline (Roman Reigns, Jimmy & Jey Uso, Solo Sikoa & Sami Zayn w/ Paul Heyman) [pinfall by Jey on Owens via Uso Splash] Sundance - who has also had 4 War Games matches - started against Jey, while Sikoa stared daggers at the faces. They spent a minute talking...Sundance used his experience to damage Jey's arm - which remember had been injured before - but Jey hit back by attacking the arm also, Dutch arrived next to steamroll Jey, the Brutes going 2v1 against the heel. Jimmy was ready to come out, but was stopped by Roman, telling Zayn to save the man who doesn't trust him. Zayn gingerly entered, waiting until Dutch's back was turned before assaulting the Brutes, the two were still at odds though, allowing Dutch to hit a moonsault on them, however Zayn saved Jey from Dutch sandwiching him against the cage wall. Drew would be next, overpowering both Bloodline members as he threw them around, shouting 'I'm feeling pretty Ucey right now' for some light humor before Jimmy came out next with tables. Tensions between Jey and Zayn over setting up the table almost cost the advantage but they were able to fend the Brutes off, setting up the table on the corner. Owens came out next with chairs, smacking through the Usos, his staredown with Zayn cut short by Dutch. Jimmy set up another table but got sent through it by Owens' Uranage before Sikoa fended off the Brutes, in the middle he brawls with Owens, no-selling being hit into the cage wall and hitting Owens with a backdrop, against Drew the two took each other out for Shamu to arrive. Zayn tried to keep the door shut but had it slammed in his face, Sheamus continued this form by assaulting the Usos, rallying his Fellas to beat on Sami and the Usos, an avalanche White Noise on Sikoa preceded Reigns' arrival. Battle lines on either side drawn, but Reigns being the fresher held the advantage, Sheamus however countered the Spear, a scramble led to a full Bloodline being hit with the Beats of the Bohdrán. In one ring, Shamu and Reigns fought while the others fended off the Bloodline, when Sheamus went for the Brogue though, Solo got in the way, allowing Reigns to hit the spear that was broken up by Butch. Zayn then attacked Butch, looking to defend his tribal chief, but ate a superkick from Jey when Sundance ducked, Jey not looking remorseful about it. An Avalanche 1-D to Butch was saved by Dutch, but he ate a Spear through the table, Drew came to confront Roman next, but was also sent through a table by Sikoa. Sikoa was hit by a Stunner, which was broken up by Roman, Reigns hit a Superman Punch but ran into a Pop-Up Powerbomb and a Stunner, ref went 1, ref went 2, but Sami blocks him from going 3! Old friends and enemies stare down as Jimmy's superkick is caught, but Zayn uses this to hit a low blow, remorse flowed through Zayn's face but after exchanging a glance at Reigns, he hits Owens with a Helluva Kick, he sees Jey in his line of sight and lays Owens for him to hit the splash who pins him for 3. Reigns and Jey embrace Sami, proving his allegiance once more.
Spectacular storytelling that had been built up from the start of the PPV, Sami has literally saved the Bloodline's story from going stale again with the charisma and drama we knew him capable of, if this doesn't end with him as being world champion it is the biggest misstep WWE has done in a long time. The match itself was good, driven by the story with a lot more weapons spots, it was the better of the two in my opinion.
Overall it was a good show, I think it was weird that the double ring wasn't used in the normal matches, all of which were a tad on the weak side. The men's world title picture remains layered in the Bloodline soap opera which is good, but the rest of the titles do have a 'what now' feeling to them, but for a first Main Roster crack at War Games it was at least successful, could've still had a pre-show match though.

Liquid courage.
A/n: this was an idea where the reader and Seth like each other but neither one of them will admit it cause their pride, so the readers friends decide to get them together one way or another.
The artist that helped me write this was Bishop Briggs.
Warnings: smut, cussing.
This is my first OC and I’m excited.
A little about the character. Names Arielle, she had rose pink and pastel pink hair, her eyes are green, she’s 5’4, she’s a girly girl but not all the time. She’s also cocky asf. This reader will wear this to the party. Just with pumps
Tumblr media
Please enjoy 🧚🏼‍♀️
I just got done in my match against Nia Jax and lord did she throw me around like a rag doll, I picked up the victory with a ddt and I locked in the figure 4 and she instantly tapped, I walked through the gorilla and walked to catering “you did great out there Arielle.” I turned and smiled at Seth. “thanks Rollins I know.” I turned around and kept walking I couldn’t help the stupid smiled that krept on my face, god Seth giving me a compliment gave me butterflies and I couldn’t stand it. I got a Text from Sasha and I opened it see you Wednesday I text back quickly see you Wednesday.
Wednesday rolled around faster than I was hoping, I looked at the dresses I had ladies out and I decided to wear a black lace jumpsuit that was a little reveling but oh well I threw my black pumps on and curled my hair. I threw on some make up and a red lip and walked out my door, a few people started at me but I couldn’t care I knew I looked good. I didn’t plan on getting with anyone I wanted to look good for myself. My mom always told me confidence is the key so I always had confidence in myself and I couldn’t care if others liked it. I got in my car and drove to Sasha’s I stopped by the liquor store and got some whiskey and vodka and a bottle of wine for those who couldn’t hang with the big dogs.
I paid and I was on my way to the party when I pulled on her road there were cars in her drive way and in the street so I just parked behinds some ones car and walked up to her front door, I knocked she opened and took my outfit in “Damn girl you care out to break hearts didn’t you.” I smiled at her “you know me the heartbreaker, I brought gifts.” I held up the bottles and Sasha smiled “that’s my girl.” She opened the door and let me in and a few peoole looked at me, the guys definitely took in my outfit, I went to the kitchen and there were Seth, Dean and Roman, I put the alcohol down and poured me a glass of wine.
Roman walked up to me “damn Arielle you look hot.” I smiled “I know, I guess I wanted to show you guys what an actual woman looked like.” He chuckled and walked back to his brothers I knew they were talking about me cause they would look at me every now and again, I decided to go into the living room and dance, ayy ladies by Travis porter came on and I couldn’t help myself I started dancing I guess that’s why I took pole dancing classes and yoga so I could be flexible and strong but still dance, I felt a few eyes on me while my girls were chanting “go Arielle fuck it up.” Let me tell you I proudly did I fucked that living room floor up.
I had a few more glasses of wine and I can’t remember when I switched to vodka but it happened at some point and I was feeling the affect of the alcohol I consumed. Baron Corbin walked up to me and smirked “I’ve never see anyone dance like that before.” I couldn’t help but laugh “thats cause I don’t dance in front of people I guess I had liquid courage.” I shrugged him off and took another drink “you know maybe we should go out some time.” I looked at Corbin and smiled “thanks for the offer but I don’t think so.” He frowned “why not?” I poured myself another drink and looked at him “no offense but I don’t date boys, I’ve seen how you’ve treat girls before and I’m not going to be another one of your hits or anyone elses in that fact.” He looked at me and I could tell my words upset him “you would be lucky to date some one like me Arielle with out me you will continue to be a nobody.” I took another sip of my drink and I laughed at him “actually baron I think it would be me who would make you a somebody, cause last time i checked I’m booked and in that ring every night, and I know for a fact you can’t say the same.”
He went to say something else but Seth interrupted him “Corbin go away it’s obvious she doesn’t want you so you can leave now.” I turned to look at seth and he looked pretty pissed “stay out of this Rollins.” Seth quickly shot back “no I’m not going to stay out of it Corbin especially when it comes to my girl.” I was shocked to hear Seth say that and I didn’t Shoot him down like I would have done anyone else if they would have called me their girl. Baron walked away and I looked at Seth “thanks for that.” He smiled at took a drink of his drink “no need to thank me he’s a creep.” I smiled and sighed, it was just a few people left at the party. everyone else I guess left earlier “I guess tonight over.” I looked at Seth and I don’t know if it was the fact i liked him or if it was the alcohol and I couldn’t stop my mouth. “It doesn’t have to end.”
He looked at me like he didn’t understand me and I looked at him “are you drunk?” He shook his head “no I only had a drink or two why?” I smiled “drive me home please.” He nodded his head “sure thing roman take the rental back to the hotel.” He nodded at Seth and I grabbed my vodka and walked out the door and unlocked my car, I threw my keys at Seth and got in the passenger side Seth quickly followed my steps and while we were driving I started rubbing his thigh and occasionally I would rub where is dick was in his pants, he shifted in the seat and adjusted his self “Arielle I need you to stop.” I looked at him and hummed “why’s that.” He looked over at me and put my hand back in my lap “because I won’t be able to wait and I’ll pull over right here and just fuck you.” I smiled at him “well maybe I don’t want to wait.” He looked at me and I unbottoned his pants and pulled his hard dick out and I put in my mouth and he drove with one and and his other was on my head.
A car honked and he whipped in the lane he was suppose to be in I lifted my head and he looked at me “your in trouble.” We got to the hotel and he quickly fixed his jeans and I got out and walked into the hotel I finished the bottle of vodka off and I threw it in the trash, Seth hit the elevator button and we both got in once the doors closed he slammed me into the corned and started kissing me. He thrusted into me and his bulge hit me and I moaned the elevator stopped and he parted away from me and two couples got on and we both out of breath and they got on and the doors closed and you could feel the awkwardness in the elevator our floor dinged and we both got off and I started laughing, Seth smacked my ass, I was having a hard time getting into my room so he grabbed my key and got us in he slammed the door shut and pushed me up against the door.
His hand traveled to the back of my neck and he ripped my jumpsuit, I gasped and he looked at me “I’ll get you a new one but right now I need you.” He pulled down my panties and he took his shirt off and his pants and underwear I grabbed his dick and started pumping it in my hands and I felt him throb and I bit my lips, he quickly slid in me and we both groaned he snapped his his and I felt him throb in me “god you feel so good.” I kissed his lips and his beard and my hands flew to his back while I had my grip on him he decided to go faster, his hips smacking against mine the sound of skin and skin filled the room besides my moans, I clawed his back and he growled, “you teased me all night and I thought I was going to explod when you started dancing.” I bit my lip and he threw me on the bed and continued his assault with his dick, he pumped in and out of me the head board was hitting the wall making a lot of noise and I could feel my orgasm coming and quick.
“S-Seth I’m close.” he painted “me too baby girl I’m so close just keep doing what your doing.” He pulled out and I took that time to roll us over and I started riding him, he gripped my hips hard enough I knew there were going to be bruises by morning, I sank down on him and tightened around him “f-fuck Arielle p-please move.” I went up and down on him but apparently I wasn’t going fast Enough because he took the pace into his own hands he slammed me up and down on him and he trusted into him “I felt him hit my g-spot and I tightened around him and I came “f-fuck Seth.” His thrust grew sloppy and he pulled out and stuck his dick in my mouth and started thirsting I felt his cock twitch twice in my mouth and his hot cum soon filled my mouth. I swallowed with pride and smiled at him. “So I’ve had a thing for you.” I huffed in between breaths, He smiled and kissed my forehead “me too, since I know that now will you be my girlfriend?” He said in between paints and I smiled “I will most definitely be your girlfriend.” I snuggled up to him and he got up “how about round two in the shower?” I smiled “sure thing baby.” lets just say we had a memorable night together and it all started with liquid courage.
A/N: sorry this was long but I’m not complaining, I hoped yall liked it.

Every Match From Night 10 of the G-1 Climax
Ishii vs Juice Robinson
This is exactly what the G-1 is supposed to be about in my opinon or at the very least it is what I love most about the G-1. Two badass dudes just beating the ever-living shit out of each other. Sometimes that is all wrestling needs to be. I love stories, I love gimmicks, I love the whole charade but man sometimes all the story needs to be is “I want to beat you up and I don’t want to show you I am in pain.”
Juice is one of my favorites every single G-1 for this exact reason. Robinson never gives an inch. He has to go into every tournament knowing he doesn’t have the best chances of winning but that never stops him from giving his all. He became one of my favorites last year when he competed even with a broken hand and still had some great matches.
I also fell in love with Ishii because of his G-1 performances. Two years ago I was watching my very first G-1. It was my introduction to a lot of the New Japan Roster including of course Ishii. He is one of the best wrestlers in the world in my opinion. He matches everyone he goes against with just some of the toughest no bullshit wrestling and that is great. Wrestling is a versatile sport that can be performed anyway the wrestler wants to but Ishii’s style is one of the best. Just no-nonsense badassery.
This match was exactly that. Juice is doing pretty well this year and it didn’t seem impossible for him to win this one. They start of fast neither one getting much of an advantage. The two slugged it out. Juice seemed like he wanted to take all of Ishii’s best shots and keep going and so he did just that. He goads Ishii on at one point screaming
“Come on Motherfucker!” at Ishii. Ishii no sells at lot of his attacks pretending they don’t hurt. Juice keeps standing over Ishii as if to remind him that he is taller which is kind of great. Ishii really lays it into Juice with chops and strikes. Things pick up and both men try to no sell the other but also both men end of collapsing to the ground.
Taichi vs Jeff Cobb
Taichi has to be one of my least favorite wrestlers. I just don’t like anything about him. I do like Jeff Cobb his stuff on Lucha Underground remains some of my favorites. But Taichi rubs me the wrong way I don’t like his gimmick I don’t like his wrestling I don’t like anything about him.
I wasn’t really interested or invested in this match. I watched the first half of it and skipped through when they were getting kind of boring. It just wasn’t doing much for me and  I am so behind so I skipped forward after they brawled on the outside. Watched Jeff Cobb give a Tour of the Island and it was over.
Jay White vs Shingo
Jay White doesn’t do much for me but that Black Parade jacket does. I’ve been really into that My Chemical Romance album a lot. I saw them perform the album in full and they had the uniforms on and everything. I wonder if anyone in My Chemical Romance likes wrestling.
Shingo is great. I enjoyed his Best of Super Junior run extremely and think he should’ve faced off with Dragon Lee instead of Will Ospreay but who am I?
Jay White runs out of the ring and when Shingo comes he attacked him. Jay White is being a coward and Shingo wants to fight so bad. I started listening to The Black Parade. How I Disappear is such a banger. Jay White wants to see how far down he can sink?
I forgot how good Sharpest Lives is. I also can watch Shingo hit lariats all fucking day man. I’m listening to the title track of Black Parade and they are beating the crap out of each other. Shingo drops Jay White. Shingo hits the ropes and Jay White just drops to the ground. Shingo picks up Jay White into a german and fuck is it cool.
Shingo goes for the Pumpkin Bomber but Gedo pulls his foot just as the Black Parade ends. Jay White drops to the ground again to dodge a Pumpkin Bomber which is good coward heel work. I Don’t Love You starts to play when Shingo hits the Pumpkin Bomber.  Jay uses the ref to get out of Last of the Dragons and then kicks out of Pride of Japan.
“Baby when they knock you down and out is where you oughta stay”
Jay White is in control. He hits a cool brainbuster where he holds both of Shingo’s wrists then does a pinkie up throat slash and his the blade runner and gets the win just as House of Wolves plays.
Moxley vs Naito
Fans are already chanting Naito’s name as he makes his way to the ring. He starts by playing mind games slowly taking off his clothes. He apologizes for taking so long as Red Shoe’s tries to get him to speed up. Once his pants are off he throws them at Moxley and the match begins with hard strikes in the middle of the ring.
Mox ends up outside of the ring. Natio fakes out as if he is going to dive but does the Tranquilo pose instead. Mox is getting mad, Naito is making sure of that. Moxley ends up inside the ring while Naito ends up outside. Moxley lays down so Naito will come to pin him but Naito just rolls in then out. Then the opposite happens Naito is laying down in the middle of the ring and Moxley is outside.
The mind games are over for a little and the two fight outside. Brawling into the crowd. Each using the guardrail to gain an advantage. Moxley does the Tranquilo pose. They brawl some more. Moxley gets in the ring and does the Tranquilo pose again. He is showing Naito he can dish it just as well as Naito can.
Moxley wraps up Naito in a chair and goes to hit his leg with another chair but Red Shoes pulls the chair away. Naito gets the advantage by dropkicking the chair Jon is holding into his face. Natio sets Moxley in a chair and runs at him down the apron.
They both spit on each other and they both bite each other. Moxley is getting close to losing his temper and that is exactly what Naito wants. Moxley hits a fantastic butterfly suplex off the top rope. They trade hard strikes. Naito hits a ddt off the ropes after evading Moxleys Regal Knee but only gets a two.
The two bite each other. Moxley hits a ddt and Naito barely kicks out. Moxley hits the Regal Knee and lands it. He hits Death Rider but Naito kicks out. Naito hit Destino, my favorite move when Kevin Kelly calls it. Moxley kicks out. When the second Death Rider hits Naito doesn’t kick out.
I have no idea what is going on in the G-1. We know Moxley is signed to AEW so it is really fucking weird that New Japan is letting Moxley beat everyone. Don’t get me wrong he is great he fits with New Japan really well but he is a fleeting case. There is no reason to make him into a star if he is going to leave. This G-1 should be really interesting. It doesn’t look like anyone can catch up to Moxley in his block and Okada looks about the same.

YOSHI-HASHI declares that he/Goto would win the Tag League, as is compulsory for winning in the main event of a card. Surprisingly four teams are still winless after round 3, including one I figured would be getting pushed. But we see this all the time in NJPW tournaments, eventually one of them will go on an unbeaten run and threaten to win it all. O-Khan and Suzuki had some extracirriculars post-match. Oo that would be fun.

In the late hours of the evening last night, or 2pm JST today depending on how you look at it, what turned out to be a joint press conference between New Japan Pro Wrestling and Pro Wrestling NOAH took place. The announcement was that the Wrestle Kingdom 16 in Yokohama Arena show on 1/8/2022 will be a special New Japan vs. NOAH card, as part of NJPW’s 50th Anniversary, with a cut of the proceeds going to Japan’s Red Cross Association.
The show itself will be a PPV event shown on ABEMA, and is on sale now worldwide. It will be on NJPWWorld a week after the event.
Comments were given at the conference by NJPW President Takami Ohbari, CyberFight (the owners of NOAH and DDT) Director Narihito Takeda, Hiroshi Tanahashi and NOAH’s Kaito Kiyomiya. A video was also shown with comments from IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Shingo Takagi, NOAH GHC Heavyweight Champion Katsuhiko Nakajima, Kazuchika Okada and Keiji Muto. The six wrestlers were also the featured talents on the poster for the event, which, there’s something to discuss about that below. Tanahashi and Kiyomiya also had a bit of a staredown at the end of the presser.
No card has been set as yet, and there are quite a few matches that could get booked here. The obvious ones seem to be on the poster, however. Kaito Kiyomiya has been calling out Kazuchika Okada since before the pandemic in 2020. Keiji Muto was Hiroshi Tanahashi’s trainer and mentor, and indeed Muto had asked Tana to jump with him to All Japan Pro Wrestling back in 2002; the two did face each other in the main event of Wrestle Kingdom III on January 4, 2009, with Tanahashi ending Muto’s final IWGP Heavyweight title reign at the event. Shingo and Nakajima are both their companies’ champions at the moment; the pair both debuted in 2004, and have faced each other only twice with Nakajima winning both times (in Dragon Gate on 11/2/2005, and Diamond Ring/Kensuke Office on 2/11/2012). There is a good chance Shingo will no longer be IWGP World Heavyweight Champion by the time of this show; there is a possibility Nakajima won’t either, although I am not sure who his next challenge will be, and he only just recently regained the title from Naomichi Marufuji besides. [EDIT: It’s apparently Kenoh on 11/28/2021.]
This announcement has definitely juiced up interest in the third night of Wrestle Kingdom 16 that was being resolutely questioned as to even the purpose of the show, when the pandemic, available talents and a lull in creative genius has seen attendances slide. That NOAH is the first company NJPW are reaching out to work with is interesting, recent history considered, however as I pointed out Thursday, NJPW minority partner and NJPWWorld facilitator TV Asahi is a major partner in ABEMA along with CyberFight, so there wasn’t exactly No Way that Bushiroad wasn’t going to be convinced to come to the table. There have been comments about NJPW’s “isolationism” in recent years but I don’t really think that’s the case -- Hiroshi Tanahashi main evented the 2019 Giant Baba Memorial card that AJPW put on, and other NJPW talents worked that show besides. SHO was recently in GLEAT. There have not been too many outside talents on NJPW cards in recent years, true, but it’s hardly AJPW In The 90s level isolationism.
But it is good that as we start (START) to come out of the pandemic, and the toll it’s taken on everything including pro wrestling, we’re seeing a spirit of cooperation between NJPW and other companies in Japan. With this also being the 50th Anniversary of All Japan Pro Wrestling in 2022, I wouldn’t be surprised to see another show of this magnitude with AJPW happen either. Maybe wrestling in 2022 will be stronger for this.
The tour continues tomorrow, with a show that will be live on NJPWWorld. NJPW Strong tonight as well.

SmackDown on Fox Episode #10 SmackDown Episode # 1,059 Fayetteville, NC – Crown Coliseum 12/6/19
We open the show with a video highlighting everything that happened last week between Daniel Bryan and Bray Wyatt.  The Miz will be kicking off the show tonight. Miz talks about how he was supposed to have Daniel Bryan as his guest on Miz TV, however, nobody has heard from Bryan since The Fiend got a hold of him last week. The Miz says that while he still doesn’t like Bryan he realizes how much Bryan means to both the fans and the rest of the boys in the locker room, The Miz vows to find out what happened to Bryan.  Wyatt then appears on the screen and says that The Fiend may not be done with Bryan and that The Miz doesn’t want to know what The Fiend did to Bryan. Wyatt alludes that Bryan may not make it to TLC and asks Miz if he wants to play instead. Wyatt talks about how he used to have a family (as we see flashes of the Wyatt Family) but now he has a chance to join a new family as he holds up a picture of The Miz and his family. Wyatt then asks The Miz if he wants to play now as Miz marches up the ramp with a purpose and we go to commercial. As we come back from commercial we see The Miz talking to Maryse on the phone and telling her to lock up the house as Bray is unpredictable. Miz tells Maryse that he is leaving the arena immediately and will be headed home.  Match #1 Mandy Rose w/ Sonya Deville vs Alexa Bliss w/ Nikki Cross As Alexa makes her way to the ring we see two giant 3D yellow heads that are supposed to be Alexa and Nikki that were equally cute and ridiculous looking. Also worth noting that Jessika Carr is refereeing this match and will now be a permanent member of SmackDown’s referee roster. The two women lock up and Alexa takes down Mandy and holds her down until Mandy throws her off and tells Alexa not to touch her face. Alexa gets out of a rear waist lock with a back elbow and a drop toe hold which causes Mandy to roll outside and take a powder. Mandy moves out of the way as Alexa attempts a baseball slide and then she nails Alexa with a bicycle knee strikes that she thankfully landed this week. Mandy slams the face of Alexa on the apron before rolling her back into the ring where she gets a 2 count on a pinfall attempt. Mandy grounds Alexa and then rubs her forearm across the face of Alexa. Mandy then removes Alexa’s eyelashes as the announcers freak out as if they had never seen fake eyelashes before.  Alexa tries to make a comeback but Mandy takes her down with a dropkick and then goes for a cover, but the referee won’t count as Mandy’s foot is outside the ring. Mandy looks to hit the Bed of Roses but Alexa blocks it and then turns an attempted bicycle knee into a roll-up that gets a 2 count. Mandy starts smacking Alexa around while talking trash and saying Alexa will never look like her, eventually, Alexa has had enough as she grabs Mandy by the throat. Alexa has a look on her face that reminds you why they call her the “5 Feet of Fury” as she slams Mandy to the mat. Alexa hits Mandy with a couple of nice right hands and follows up with a basement dropkick. Alexa steps onto Mandy’s body while she uses her foot to repeatedly bash Mandy’s face into the mat. Alexa hits the first part of Insult to Injury but then has to knock Sonya off the apron, Nikki takes care of Sonya with a crossbody off the steps. Mandy tries to pick up a win with an O’Connor roll but Alexa kicks out and then hits Mandy with a wrap-around DDT that didn’t look good at all as Mandy bumps a second before she is supposed to. Alexa goes up top and hits Twisted Bliss to pick up the win in her first match back. Winner: Alexa Bliss via Pinfall    Match Rating: ** First off, I declare this match to be known as “The Battle of the Buns”. It was great to see Alexa back and even better she is back as a 100% babyface (I know she was a babyface before she left but it feels more concrete now than it did then) although she has always been a babyface in my heart. I liked the eyelashes spot as it was something different and actually got the crowd into the match. I was glad to see Mandy hit the bicycle knee this week as that is one of my favorite moves and more times than not she is able to hit it with perfection. I’m curious what they have planned in the future for all four women in this match as it feels like this feud is just a holdover to get through the holidays and hopefully as the new year rolls around they have something bigger planned, but then again I wouldn’t be surprised if all four of them are in the battle royal at WrestleMania.   We go to the back where Drake Maverick approaches Dana Brooke once again and asks what Dave Bautista has that he doesn’t, this leads to Elias coming into the picture and singing a song about Drake not being able to get any nookie and then ends the song talking about Drake’s wife in his bed. Drake slaps Elias and then walks off.  As we come back from a commercial break Drake Maverick is in the ring and is tired of everyone making a mockery of him and his marriage, he wants to fight Elias. Elias comes out and as Maverick charges toward him, Elias is able to hold him off with one hand before bending him over his knee and giving him a spanking before literally kicking him in the butt and sending him out of the ring. Dana throws Maverick back into the ring and Elias hits him with the Drift Away, Dana comes in and puts her foot on Maverick’s chest while Elias counts to 3.
I honestly don’t know what to say about this segment other than why? I have to imagine this leads to a Batista appearance in the future, I could see a segment where Maverick convinces Batista to beat up Elias and then after he does that he turns around and takes out Maverick as well leading to Batista and Dana kissing in the middle of the ring. It’s either that or Maverick and Renee Michelle are revealed to be swingers and they swing with Dana and Batista, that sounds like a crazy idea but at the rate, WWE is going right now I wouldn’t be surprised.  We then go back to The Miz who is on his way out of the building when he is stopped in his tracks as out of the corner of his eye he sees a mysterious room with red lighting, as Miz enters the room he sees the same picture that Wyatt showed earlier only this time it was Bray in the picture instead of The Miz. Bray (who is in his Funhouse gear and not dressed as The Fiend) tells The Miz to say cheese and then lays him out with a Sister Abigail before singing a song about being home for the holidays.  I like how they have changed things up from what we expected as I’m sure everyone was expecting The Fiend vs Daniel Bryan at TLC but instead they were able to build a side feud with Wyatt vs Miz to get through the rest of the year so they can save the big rematch between Bray and Bryan for the Rumble. I like how they are involving Miz’s family in this as it gives the viewers some reason to want to see the match despite knowing for sure that Miz is not winning the match. The most noteworthy thing coming out of the interactions tonight between Miz and Wyatt was the fact that for the first time it was Wyatt attacking someone and not The Fiend, this is a new wrinkle to the story of Bray Wyatt and The Fiend that I am interested in seeing develop. As we come back from commercial we see a referee helping The Miz out as Miz wonders where the picture of his family went. We see the first of two plugs for Tribute to the Troops that they put on earlier that day and I assume will be shown on TV in the next couple of weeks.  New Day makes their way out as they will be on commentary for the next match where the winners will face New Day at TLC for the SmackDown Tag Team Championship.
Match #2: Mustafa Ali & Shorty G vs Heavy Machinery vs Lucha House Party vs The Revival (4 Way Elimination Match) Shorty and Metalik start the match out with some nice chain wrestling before Shorty makes the tag to Ali. If the pace wasn’t quick enough already Ali and Metalik turned it up to max speed as they did a sequence where they were countering and dodging each other’s moves, the sequences ended with Metalik cartwheeling out of a running hurricanrana from Ali. Metalik tags in Dorado and then Tucker tags himself in. Tucker shows his agility by flipping over Dorado on a drop-down and then both men hit simultaneous dropkicks. Tucker and Dorado show respect to each other which draws the ire of The Revival who come in and are quickly taken down by Tucker and Dorado with dropkicks. Tucker picks up Dorado in a back suplex position and uses him as a battering ram to knock the other teams off the apron. Dorado hits a handspring stunner on Tucker and then both men make tags to their respective partners. Dorado takes Otis down with a dropkick and then Lucha House Party hit simultaneous moonsaults to the outside onto their opponents. Dawson hits Dorado with a suplex on the outside and then Metalik springboards into the arms of Otis and this leads to Heavy Machinery hitting the Compactor to eliminate Lucha House Party and this sends us to commercial. As we come back from commercial Shorty is working over the arm of Tucker until Tucker makes a comeback and slams Shorty. Wilder tags himself in and then cuts off Tucker before he can make a tag, Wilder takes Tucker down with a double leg only to get pushed back into the corner which allows Shorty to tag himself back in. Shorty runs into a big hip toss from Tucker and as he rolls into The Revival’s corner Dawson tags himself in. Dawson gets hits with a back body drop and this allows Tucker to finally make the hot tag to Otis. Otis slams Dawson and then gives us a striptease as he pulls his shirt off, Otis then Hulks up and suplexes Dawson across the ring. Otis hits Dawson with an avalanche in the corner and as he does Wilder makes the blind tag. Otis hits the Caterpillar elbow drop on Dawson but as soon as he does Wilder catches him with a sunset flip which is enough for the 3 count and just like that Heavy Machinery is eliminated. There is a staredown between the two remaining teams that turns into a brawl that goes to the outside. The Revival taunt New Day and try to throw Shorty and Ali back in the ring but the babyfaces counter and end up sending The Revival over the top of the announce table and into New Day. We go to commercial as all three teams are arguing at ringside.
As we come back from the break we see that Dawson has Shorty in a Gory special which Shorty turns into a roll-up for 2. Dawson makes a tag to Wilder who cuts Shorty off from making the tag, but this would end up backfiring as Shorty hits a German suplex on both men. Ali tags himself in and we get a German suplex and superkick double team spot on Wilder that got them another 2 count as Dawson broke up the pin. Shorty knocks Dawson and himself over the top rope and to the floor with a running crossbody. Ali tries for the roll-through X-Factor but is caught with a nice lariat by Wilder, Ali then tries for the tornado DDT but Wilder turns that into a power slam. Wilder tries for a suplex but Ali is able to escape and get Wilder in a pinning position only to be kicked straight into the corner where this time Ali hits the tornado DDT.  Ali goes up top looking for the 450 but Dawson pulls Wilder out of the ring at the right time but instead of crashing to the mat Ali is able to roll through it. Ali gets caught on a tope attempt and is tossed into the timekeeper area only for Shorty to take The Revival down moments later by diving off the apron. Shorty looks to hit a top rope moonsault but Wilder gets his foot up only for Shorty to catch the foot and lock in the ankle lock. Wilder rolls through to get out of the ankle lock and sends Shorty right into an uppercut from Dawson and then moments later The Revival hit the Shatter Machine to pick up the win. Winners: The Revival via Pinfall    Match Rating: ***¼
I really enjoyed this match as it was action-packed and ever never slowed down. I really liked everything in the match involving Lucha House party especially when Metalik and Ali were in there together. I really hope in the future once they decide to split the Lucha House Party that they give Metalik a decent push as he is so good and deserves a bigger spotlight be shown on him. I look forward to the New Day vs The Revival match at TLC as I feel these two teams have yet to have that classic match that has everyone talking.
After the match, The Revival cut a passionate promo about being sick of the New Day’s jokes and silliness but that will end when they become SmackDown Tag Team Champions. The Revival vow to take things back to the old-school with some old-school tag team wrestling. The Revival tells New Day they can go back to doing their podcast so they can tell the world they just got beat by the best team in the company.
We get a video recapping what happened last week with Reigns delivering a proper ass whooping to Robert Roode. Roman is interviewed backstage and says that he plans on embarrassing Corbin in their TLC match at the TLC PPV. Michael Cole hypes the fact that CM Punk will be back on WWE Backstage next week.
We see another video from Sheamus to hype his return. Match #3: Lacey Evans vs Haley Jones Lacey’s opponent for this match must have come straight from her day job of being the ringmaster at the circus. They lock up and Lacey tosses Haley down and then hits her with an arm drag which leads to Lacey working on the arm for a minute. Haley gets to her feet but Lacey slams her right back down to the mat. They lock up again and Lacey backs Haley into the corner which leads to Haley trying to make a comeback with some weak forearms. Lacey counters a whip to the ropes and hits the Woman’s Right to pick up the win. Winner: Lacey Evans via Pinfall  Match Rating: DUD
After the match, Sasha Banks comes out and says that Lacey had better not lay a finger on her or Bayley again and mentions something about Lacey’s daughter which gets an instant reaction of Lacey who tells Sasha that she better never mention her daughter again. Lacey talks about being a marine and says she will drop Sasha where she stands. Lacey throws a feint woman’s right and Sasha falls back as she was anticipating the punch, but instead, all she got was an embarrassment. As Lacey is walking up the ramp she is attacked by Bayley, the Boss N Hug Connection beatdown the Sassy Southern Belle and stand tall above Lacey.
After two weeks I have to say I am liking babyface Lacey and according to tonight’s crowd, the fans are liking it as well as they chanted Nasty toward Sasha. I thought Lacey cut a really good promo and I’m happy to hear that she is talking more natural and no longer has the long drawn out cadence to her promos. I liked how Lacey got some shine on Sasha by making her look a fool while and then immediately turns around and gets her heat back as she helps Bayley beat down Lacey, as all three women got over in the segment. This is one of the matches I’m looking forward to at TLC. I couldn’t help but laugh a little when Lacey said something about not only being a mother but also being a marine because there is a commercial that I see for an attorney that is based here in South Carolina (as well as Georgia) where the main selling point as to why you should come to him is that he is a former marine, all she had to do was tell us to call 999-9999 and she would’ve just done a commercial for George Sink.  After a commercial break, we get another video package focussing on Tribute to the Troops.  Match #4: Roman Reigns vs Dolph Ziggler The tights that Ziggler wore in this match looked like they came straight from Brutus Beefcake’s closet. Ziggler tries to go for a single leg takedown but Reigns grabs a front face lock which gets broken when Ziggler reaches the ropes. Ziggler kicks Reigns in the knee and then delivers a neck breaker for a near fall. Ziggler rakes the eyes of Reigns before grounding him with a rest hold until Reigns fights back and gets to his feet only for Ziggler to slam him back down to the mat by his hair. Ziggler waits for Reigns to get up so he can hit a stinger splash in the corner, but instead, he is met with an uppercut from Reigns. Ziggler rolls to the outside so he can sucker in Reigns and sure enough, it works as Ziggler dodges an attempted Drive-By and sends Reigns into the steps as we go to commercial.
We come back from break and see that Ziggler has Reigns grounded and is working on the arm, Reigns tries for a roll-up out of nowhere that gets a near fall and then Reigns is hit with a dropkick. Ziggler then starts toying around with Reigns which only fires Reigns up as he comes back with a couple of uppercuts before he is sent face-first into the middle turnbuckle. Reigns rolls outside which allows Ziggler to throw him into the barricade and then right back into the ring where he gets a 2 count off a pin attempt. Ziggler grounds Reigns once again with a chin lock, eventually, Reigns escapes the hold and delivers a couple of clotheslines one of which takes Ziggler over the top rope to the floor. Reigns leaps off the steps looking for a Superman Punch but ate a superkick instead. While both men are down at ringside we get the arrival of King Corbin who is being carried down to the ring on the royal sedan as we go to commercial.
We come back to Reigns signaling for the Superman Punch but Ziggler dodges it and then Reigns catches the foot of Ziggler on a superkick attempt only for Ziggler to dodge an uppercut and hit a big jumping DDT that gets a 2 count. Ziggler waits for Reigns to get to his feet and when he does Ziggler goes to hit the Zig Zag, but Reigns hangs onto the top rope only for Ziggler to hit a sunset flip for a 2 count. Reigns finally hit the Superman Punch but it only gets him a 2 count. Reigns goes for the Spear but Ziggler cut him off with a kick to the head and then throws Reigns into the corner shoulder first. Ziggler is able to hit the Zig-Zag finally but that isn’t enough to get the job done. At this point, Corbin comes down from his sedan and gets on the apron to distract the referee only for Reigns to knock him back down to the floor with a Superman Punch. Ziggler tries for a roll-up but Reigns kicks out and then hits Ziggler with a Spear to get the win. Winners: Roman Reigns via Pinfall   Match Rating: ***
After the match, the men who carried Corbin to the ring on the sedan attack Reigns and after fighting them off Reigns is attacked by Corbin momentarily before Reigns fights him off only to be hit with a superkick from Ziggler. Ziggler grabs a set of handcuffs from under the ring and with a 6-on-1 advantage, the heels handcuff Reigns to the ring post in a position where his arms are held up over his head. Ziggler then reaches under the ring once again and this time he pulls out cans of dog food and just as you would expect they poor the dog food all over Reigns and rub it into his face, Corbin delivers the final blow when he hits Reigns with the scepter. The show ends with a handcuffed Reigns covered in dog food and screaming out in anger. I thought I was going to be able to write a review about a good episode of SmackDown, but as expected WWE screws that up as they took two steps backward by booking Reigns to be the sympathetic (and this week you can add humiliated) babyface rather than continuing on from last week where he looked like a badass. The logical booking for this week should’ve seen Reigns taking out Ziggler so that Corbin would be on his own at TLC, however this is WWE and they rarely think logically for long periods of time so instead we got Reigns handcuffed to the ring post and being covered in dog food (I guess we can be thankful it wasn’t dog shit, shoutout to the feud between the British Bulldog and The Rock back in 1999) because that is a sure way to get people to want to see this match. It sucks for both Reigns and Ziggler that people will be talking about how bad the post-match stuff was and completely forget the match they had that was good. With the exception of the dog food part at the end of the show I think this was one of the better shows I have reviewed, there were two good matches, we got more acquainted with babyface Lacey Evans and she is doing great in that role so far, we got the first Alexa Bliss match on SmackDown since she returned last week, and probably most importantly we got a segment that added to the Wyatt character as he attacked someone not dressed as The Fiend.
That’s it for this week I hope you enjoy the first review that I wrote from my new Microsoft Surface Pro X which was a Christmas present from my mom.

The complication along with self-diagnosis is actually that a lot of the symptoms of low T are regular portion of growing old, so utilizing all of them for diagnosis isn't trustworthy. However Reynolds has actually boosted whenever he has been actually needed this time, and also Wright has actually presented that he really isn't worried to depend on him in a large instant if Ochefu is actually restricted through health or even foul problems. Some intellectuals speak about self-destruction amongst U.S. guys as a 'quiet prevalent' due to just how often that happens and also just how little public understanding there is about this reality," Tristan Bridges, assistant professor from sociology at The University of Brockport in New york city which focuses on manliness, said to HuffPost in an email.

The Plague vs The Kingdom vs The Family vs Baron Corbin & Davey Richards- #1 Contenders match
The four corners tag team main event was set to get underway, as all four teams stood in each of the four corners. There would only be two people in the ring at one time, and anybody could tag anybody to make them legal in this match. In addition to everyone standing in the ring, Taya Valkyrie stood on the outside in The Kingdom’s corner, and Sami Callihan stood in the corner of Syn and Pete Dunne of the Plague. After some brief jawing around the ring, Pete Dunne and Davey Richards were set to start the match off against each other.
Pete and Davey locked up to begin the match, Pete getting the early advantage, before manipulating Davey’s arm, twisting it around, before using his elbow to apply pressure, causing Davey to drop to a knee. Pete continued to manipulate the arm, focusing much of the attack on Davey’s hand. Davey suddenly swept Pete’s legs out from under him, before attempting to go for a standing double foot stomp, but Pete rolled out of the way. Davey charged Pete again, swinging with a clothesline, which Pete briged under, before grabbing Davey from behind, and tossing him with a german suplex! Davey landed right on the back of his neck, but was quick to get back to his feet to charge Pete again, jumping up and tossing Pete with a Headscissor Takedown. Pete backed into his corner, but when Syn asked him if he needed a tag, Pete shook his head. Davey charged Pete, and Pete, having been playing possum, got out of the way, causing Davey to crash into the turnbuckle. Upon turning around, Davey was kicked in the gut, and planted with a Release X-Plex by Dunne! Davey held his back, and the former Zero-G Champion made the cover!
  1…2… Kickout!
Pete brushed his hair out of his face, and pulled himself to a knee, as Davey rolled to his corner. Davey secretly got a tag from Baron. Pete didn’t see it, and charged Davey again, nailing him with a running forearm. As Pete then ran off the ropes to nail another, he suddenly got caught by Baron Corbin, who lifted him up and spun him around before planting Pete with Deep Six! Corbin made the cover!
1…2… Kickout!
Pete managed to kick out, but Baron was quickly back on the attack, kneeling over Pete’s body and hammering away at him with several right hands, bludgeoning the boy from Birmingham. Baron got up and lifted Pete up to his feet, tossing him into the corner of The Family, and beginning to hammer away at Pete, as Abigail and Nikki both stood out of the way. Baron backed up, before charging at Pete, only to be caught by a boot from Dunne! Pete quickly launched two elbows back at Abigail and Nikki, creating space for Pete to jump up to the second rope. Pete jumped at Baron, going for an axehandle, but Baron caught Pete with a shot to the gut! Pete doubled over in pain, holding his midsection, as Baron got up and lifted Pete up, planting him with a Sidewalk Slam! Instead of going for the cover, Corbin got up, and tagged in Abigail, telling her to take care of Dunne. Abigail looked to object to the harshness of Corbin’s tone, but got into the ring anyways, beginning to circle Dunne. She began to stomp on each of his limbs individually. First starting with his hand, then his legs, before stomping on the other hand, and finally his head. Abigail lifted Pete back up, tossing him into the corner, and striking his chest with a furious knife edged chop. Pete held his chest in pain, as Abigail winded up and blasted his chest with another chop. Pete’s chest was turning beet red at this point, as Abigail reared back for another sadistic chop. Pete caught Abigail’s arm, and began biting down on her hand, eliciting a cry of pain from Abigail. The ref separated them, and warned Pete about biting. Abigail, now in a rage, charged Pete, but Pete caught her, blasting her with a knockout forearm shot, a move he calls “ ‘Ave it!”. Abigail stumbled backwards, before falling to the mat, and Pete used the chance to make it to his corner, tagging in Syn! Syn got into the ring, but Abigail quickly rolled to her corner, and tagged in Nikki Cross, not wanting anything to do with Syn. Syn looked aggravated by this. Nikki got into the ring and charged the much larger Syn, but Syn simply pushed her off and threw her across the ring. Nikki charged him again, but once again, Syn pushed her off and sent her across the ring. Nikki looked ready to charge again, but Adam Cole tagged himself into the match, signifying the first entrance of The Kingdom into this match. Cole charged at Syn and launched himself with a running dropkick, which slammed Syn back into a corner. Cole charged Syn again, but Syn quickly charged back, nailing Cole with a ZugZwang Knee! Cole’s eyes rolled into the back of his head, as Syn dropped down and made the cover.
1…2… Kickout!
Syn ran a hand through his hair, as he was frustrated that his knee didn’t finish the match. Syn picked up Cole, and tossed him out of the ring, and looked to be about to run off the ropes to dive out of the ring, but his eye was caught by the beautiful Taya Valkyrie, who had gotten onto the ring apron. Taya offered Syn a tempting smile, and Syn seemed slightly amused, if not mesmerized by the beauty of Valkyrie. Taya began to do a little dance, and it seemed Syn began to join in, before Pete ran into the ring and began to tell his partner to snap out of it. Syn responded by trying to get Pete to look at Valkyrie, but he refused. Syn eventually grabbed Pete’s head, spun him around, and pushed the hair out of his eyes, pointing to Taya. Pete took the mouthpiece out of his mouth, and looked Taya over, before giggling and joining in on the odd flirting and dancing that was taking place. Sami Callihan suddenly slid into the ring, and got in front of his two partners, insisting that they stop, before shouting “I’m gonna knock her out!” and charging Taya. Syn and Pete grabbed Sami to stop him, and Taya quickly jumped down off the apron. “I’m down! I’m down!” she shouted, practically begging Sami not to hit her. Syn and Pete let Sami go, and turned right around, into a pair of Kingdom Superkicks! Cole covered Syn!
1…2… Kickout!
Syn just barely managed to kick out of that one! Pete was rolled out of the ring, and Cole tagged in Mike Bennett. Mike got into the ring, and lifted Syn up, going for Miracle in Progress, but Suddenly, Davey Richards sprung up, used the ropes as a Spirngboard, and came down on both men with a dropkick! Syn fell off Mike’s shoulders, and Mike was sent out of the ring! Adam and Taya ran over to check on Mike. As Mike started getting up, both Baron and Abigail got into the ring, and their much smaller partners charged at them. They both lifted up their smaller tag partners, and tossed them over the top rope, crashing down on the Kingdom! Abigail then quickly climbed up to the top rope, and the large woman stood with her back to everyone on the outside, and when they all got up, she jumped and crashed down onto them with an amazing moonsault!
Corbin turned around, only to be clotheslined out of the ring and over the top rope by Syn, becoming part of the pile. Syn then ran off the ropes, before vaulting over the top rope, the massive man coming down on all of his opponents on the outside! Syn helped Pete up, and the two slapped some fans hands, before Syn grabbed Davey, tossing him back into the ring, allowing Pete to go in after him. Pete rolled into the ring, and grabbed Davey, setting him up for the Bitter End, but Davey reversed it, turning the move into a DDT! Davey planted Pete, but as soon as Davey got up, Davey was grabbed by Nikki Cross, who planted him with a Fisherman’s Swinging Neckbreaker! Davey rolled out of the ring as Nikki got up to her feet, only to be grabbed from behind by Pete, and planted with The Bitter End! Pete got up, and turned around as Nikki rolled out, only to be caught by a Big Boot from Abigail! Pete rolled out of the ring, and Abigail turned back around, getting caught by Baron Corbin, and planted with End of Days! Abigail was sent out of the ring, right as Syn slid inside, ducking a Baron Corbin clothesline, springboarding off the ropes, and nailing Baron with the Black Plague! Baron rolled out of the ring, but suddenly, from behind, Nikki Cross was back up, rolled into the ring, and nailed Syn in the back with a chair! No Disqualifications in this match!
Cross nailed Syn over the head with the chair again, and when he was down, she threw down the chair, and began slapping herself as she looked to finish Syn off. However, from behind, Taya Valkyrie slid into the ring, grabbed Cross, and planted her with Road to Valhalla! Cross was out! Mike Bennett rolled into the ring to cover Cross!
1…2…3!
“Here are your winners, and the NEW Number One Contenders for the World Tag Team Championships, The Kingdom!”
Adam Cole and Mike Bennett were going to State of Emergency, and it was largely thanks to their new manager, Taya Valkyrie! Cole and Bennett celebrated as they walked back up the ramp, leaving the carnage of the match in their wake- and Taya couldn’t be more proud.
  Goodnight, everybody!
