Of course he didn't wonder lmao if anyone would understand the need to keep personal attachment from happening it's Artemis. Sometimes he does respect Butler's opinion and this is one of those times. Also did this stop the attachment from happening? No. 😂 Butler has always been and always will be Artemis's rock.
The best thing about Artemis Fowl is that yeah he's a criminal mastermind but we were also constantly reminded that he is a twelve-year-old boy and that twelve-year-old boys are stupid.
