waaaa thank you so much for this question that i definitely didn't take three months to answer. i totally didn't overcomplicate this very simple question for myself and ending up with completely different songs each list! no siree!! (and i totally didn't lose the og ask </3)
sarcasm aside—even though the question didn't specify these would be official covers i went into the list with that mindset, so i narrow it down to strictly vocaloid songs (no utaite or general jpn songs!), the song must be consistent with the prisoner's style (kotoko wouldn't sing a sappy love ballad, yuno isn't doing a screamo), and no producer doubles!

Her MV description: Her MV would take place in a hospital, with slightly faded pastel colours. The last minute of the MV isn't as bright, the frames mostly filled with dark blue and yellow.
The MV starts with Mayumi making her way through a hospital (presumably the one she works at). She's dressed in her uniform, holding a stack of neatly folded sweaters. She enters the paediatric unit and a few kids come to swarm around her legs, holding their hands out eagerly. She smiles and hands a sweater to each of them.
The camera cuts to someone being brought into the hospital in a stretcher. The nurses by the reception whisper to each other, eyebrows furrowed worriedly. Mayumi watches the commotion from a nearby hallway, tilting her head as the man is wheeled out of sight.
A montage of happenings in the hospital ensue. An old man takes a walk around the hospital garden. Two children chase each other through empty hallways. A doctor takes a sip from his coffee and leans back in his chair, massaging his temples with a sigh.
Mayumi enters a hospital room. The person from earlier lies unconscious on the hospital bed. She walks over and takes up the file by the bed, sitting down besides him and reaching out with one hand to card through his hair as she reads the file.
The camera cuts again to another nurse nodding off by the reception desk. Mayumi knocks on the table, snapping her awake with a jolt. The hospital is no longer bright and pastel, their surroundings now dark blue with only the yellow fluorescent lights above.
Mayumi says something with a gentle smile and a tilt of her head. The other nurse lights up at that and gets up from her seat, gathering her things before leaving with a pat to Mayumi's shoulder. A shot of the nurse walking past Mayumi. Mayumi is still smiling. The MV ends.
