Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis is under attack and it is the last operating hospital in Gaza. Journalist Bisan says that the IOF have surrounded the hospital and are carpet bombing the area. Bisan does not believe she will survive.

I was just scrolling through Tiktok and I’ve been seeing all these posts of screenshots of Gaza citizens saying their final goodbyes to the world sharing their stories. It has me in literal fucking tears even as I write this. This shit is happening right now. People are fucking dying and for what? Gaza is going to wiped off the face of the earth. In Palestine, human beings with lives and families and dreams they want to achieve are facing imminent death. They have my support, but I’m just some kid from the west. There’s nothing I can do apart from spread awareness and that’s not even fucking enough.

As someone who is extremely extremely privileged to live somewhere far away from all the wars and death and suffering, my heart goes out to the all Palestinians. I know this post won’t really do shit. I’m just kinda saying what everyone else has been saying which is that I stand with Palestine and fuck imperialism and zionism.

Also to any of the fucking morons out there about to say something like “supporting palestine is antisemitic” or something along those lines, no the fuck it isn’t. I’m anti-imperialist, anti-zionist, anti-colonialist, anti-apartheid

None of those things has to do with the persecution of Jewish people or antisemitism. The Israeli government is the enemy. Not Jewish people ffs.

Anyway free Palestine and Gaza 🇵🇸

This Christmas, don't forget about Palestine. Now should actually be when we're even louder. They want us to be quiet, to go back to silence while innocent citizens suffer without homes, food, water. They put this "humanitarian pause" here to look good and to make us quiet over the holiday season. But if we make a ruckus, we'll tell them we're not stopping for anything, not even holidays. We owe it to our Palestinian brothers and sisters to be loud. To let them know we stand with them, we love them, and we will not let them down.

We've been quiet for 80 years. Not a second longer.

Protestors consistently ruining the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade footage is actually really great & keep boosting their footage when you see it

Every company featured in the parade sets up a contract (similar to the super bowl) where they buy a spot to then get a l a r g e endorsement via placing their ad on a float or in a balloon. Within the line up this year McDonald's, one of the biggest pro-genocide donators, got a large balloon rather than a float. This is important because balloons gets more air time than floats because of their size. On top of that floats may not have guests performing & paying for someone to perform; ideally McDonald's wanted to have a longer air time with their balloon without paying an hourly cost for performers. More air time = more ad revenue = more eyes seeing them = more customers.

The move by pro-Palestinian protestors to jump in front of McDonald's does 2 things:

1. McDonald's is getting less air time than what they were contractually promised, it'll be up to them to request what is owed (because it depends on the agreement made) by Macy's to them

2. And it messes with NBC's obligations with Peacock as the 2nd most important party of the parade + 3rd party in all contracts

So while McDonald's loses money and Macy's is scrambling to figure out how to loophole their way out of not losing money to owe McDonald's, NBC gets fucked too.

Since Oct 7, 2023, NBC has been one of many US news media outlets who actively lied to the US masses. But why do they matter for the parade? Their job is to be the main outlet who records and then uses their main platform, Peacock, to stream the parade. If protestors are seen throughout all your footage, delay large portions, and cause enough disruption to the footage being aired- that means they don't and won't immediately have their show footage ready to go.

Peacock does an offer every year to new customers to watch the parade for a $1.99 USD (not including taxes) monthly plan that can be canceled at any time with the first month free; but in the last 4+hrs after the parade aired people aren't going to stay for the year because their is no footage as promised. I actually have been checking throughout today and it's not available at all.

So not only is McDonald's going to be hemorrhaging alongside with all the other companies whose footage got cut or edited out to match the contractually obligated run time & censor protestors, but both NBC and Peacock will be losing money with each minute they don't have enough footage and a full stream to air- which is money that Macy's was also supposed to get a cut of. Which btw it's now 5pm cst the same day and there's still no footage - which is a $ problem for Peacock & NBC when folks prioritize now finding a service to watch the Superbowl > Parades.

Do not be surprised if Macy's stuff becomes more expensive and the possibility they'll change which news media outlet + streaming service covers the 2024 parade occurs. And yeah, McDonald's is going to become more expensive than it already is long term. Everybody who were financially complicit in the death of 14,000+ Palestinian men, women, and children will have a financially shit end of the year and rough 2024.

In short, despite the arrests, the protestors who sat & glued themselves to the parade route and those who stayed in the crowd to hold up flags and signs throughout really won. A 4 day cease fire for a very obviously one sided genocide isn't enough & tons of rich people are learning the hard way (as I post) that this is the beginning of their punishment by the universe for the actions.

When all the lawsuits start coming from students rightfully claiming defamation because there is no way in hell this won’t follow them, I hope the states and schools behind it flounder hard.

And yet I have to be sad that those same states will take the money from programs that need them instead up upping taxes on the wealthy.

This is not a holy war. Do not let israel convince you it is.

This is a slaughtering of innocent Palestinian Muslims, Jews, and Christians that have nothing to do with Hamas' attack by a falsely installed government that calls Palestinians "human animals".

Although the killing of innocents from both the israeli government and hamas is wrong, this has been building for a long time due to the israeli government's treatment of Palestinians.

The rage that brings these attacks stems from DECADES of abuse, displacement, murder, and more that israel has inflicted upon the Palestinians.

Israel justifying what they've done calling themselves a "Jewish state" when NONE of these actions are REMOTELY Jewish puts a target on the backs of actual Jews. Israel itself, by committing horrible atrocities in the name of a Jewish holy war is antisemitic, and breeds antisemitism against actual Jews.

It is not antisemitic to be against the israeli government.

What is antisemitic is the israeli government labeling itself and it's actions as Jewish.

Supporting the oppressed? That's Judaism.

Supporting Palestinians being free? That's Judaism.

While the actions of Hamas are not justifiable, neither are the actions of israel. However, the rage that has been building against the oppressive israeli government by the members of Hamas? I get that.

And before anyone comes at me, again: I am not justifying the actions, the rapes* the child murders, the kidnappings, the beheadings*, the bombings. I am saying I understand the rage of an oppressed people boiling over and attacking the oppressors. And in the same vein, I will never justify the actions of the israeli government and their murder, and starvation, and destruction of medical facilities, displacement, confinement and terrorist attacks against the people they oppress and hold captive and have complete control over.

*No Rape and beheading has been over 20 days later. What I believe has been proven that hasn't gotten much media attention is that Israel lied about the body count and who killed all of the people, there are many reports from eyewitnesses that IDF soldiers killed israelis.
