On Tuesday, The Federal Court of Canada decided in favour of the Freedom Convoy protestors. The court ruled that the decision to use the War Measures (Emergencies) Act to respond to the Freedom Convoy was unreasonable and excessive and that the invocation of the Emergencies Act violated sections of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

HAMILTON, ONTARIO
Hamilton Police Homicide investigators have taken over the search for missing person Emily Bailey.
On Monday, January 10, 2022, Emily Bailey 23 years-of-age, was reported missing after her friends and family were unable to locate her. This was out of character for her. Emily was last reported to be attending a New Year’s Eve party December 31, 2021 on Weir Street North, Hamilton, Ontario before leaving an acquaintance’s house the next day. She has not been seen or heard from since that time.
Hamilton Police have been working extensively on Emily’s disappearance since she was reported missing. At this time, the circumstances surrounding her disappearance have indicated the possibility of foul play. As a result, the investigation has now been turned over to the Homicide Unit.
Investigators believe Emily was last active in Hamilton at the end of December 2021. She is a mother and her young daughters miss her greatly. Hamilton Police believe there are individuals who have information related to Emily’s disappearance and are encouraging those people to come forward.
Emily is described as:
• White female
• 23-years-old
• 5’7" tall
• Weighing approximately 127 lbs
• Slim build
• Shoulder length black/brown hair, with dyed blue or green highlights
• Visual tattoos include an elephant on her left forearm
• Batman symbol on the outside of her right forearm

I read this book back in the 90s, and it warned people that we were close to having a pandemic. But despite AIDS, Ebola, and SARS, everyone turned a blind eye. Then we got COVID , and certain individuals couldn't wrap their heads around the fact that we needed a lockdown. Even as hospitals and morgues were filling up.
People had even used this crisis to make as much money as possible. Like food, shelter, and in other areas. Allowing them to skyrocket and leave us all that much poorer.
Many political parties sided with alt-right fascists, which made matters far worse. Instead of solving a problem, they made matters far worse.

“I became a Bitcoiner when I saw what Canada did to the truckers”
Robert F Kennedy Jr, who is seeking the Democratic nomination to run for President of the United States of America, just came out as an unabashed Bitcoiner in a historic keynote delivered at the seminal #Bitcoin2023 Conference in Miami, FL.
In front of the standing-room-only crowd in the Satoshi Nakamoto hall, the presidential contender said he saw the necessity for Bitcoin last year during the #FreedomConvoy protests when the Trudeau government invoked the Emergency Act (basically declaring martial law) and began seizing the bank accounts of ordinary citizens.
RFK stated unequivocally “The trucker demonstration was peaceful”, and that freedom of money was as paramount as freedom of speech.
“When I witnessed this... devastating use of government repression, I realized for the first time how free money is as important as free expression.”
“Guess what? The government always has a good excuse to take away your rights”, as he began to rattle off now familiar iterations of “the latest thing” that was supposed to be a larger, collective cause that was more important than our individual civil and human rights:
Terrorism, Covid, pandemics, climate the list goes on, “Utopia will come when the government can exercise total control over the population”.
Funny thing is, utopia never quite arrives, and it’s always just around the corner, as soon as the government takes away just a few more of your rights and whatever’s left of your privacy.
