Cheesy Shrimp 🍤 Stuffed Baked Potato 🥔 with Cajun Lobster 🦞 Cream Sauce 🤤 Ingredients. * Celery * Onions * Garlic * Russet potato * Heavy cream * Chicken stock * Lobster tail * Jumbo Shrimp * Cheddar and Monterey cheese * Butter * Fresh parsley * Sourcream Instructions: Clean and oil a potato and bake at 450 for 1 hour. Poach lobster tail in boiling water and cook shrimp in skillet with seasonings of your preference. Once lobster is poached sauté with butter and creole seasoning for 30 seconds Put meats to the side and prepare cream sauce in sauce pan on low-medium heat * 1 tbsp Butter (add celery and onions cook until clear) * 1 tbsp Flour * 1 cup of heavy cream (stir until smooth and add 1/2 cup of chicken stock) Season sauce with * TspPaprika * TspCayenne * TspCreole seasoning * Tsp garlic powder * Tsp onion powder * Salt to taste. * Add your lobster in Once sauce is done peel the top of the potato and “gut” the potato into a mixing bowl and Add (season and add from your soul) * Heavy cream * Sour cream * Butter * Monterey and Cheddar cheese * Ranch seasoning * Garlic powder * Onion powder * Black pepper * Salt to taste Mix until creamy consistency Now add provolone to the bottom of the potato “shell” refill the potato and broil on high for 1 minute.
