Your inability to trust or accept support from others is a trauma response. Your “I don’t need anyone, I’ll just do it all myself” conditioning, is a survival tactic. And you needed it to shield your heart from abuse, neglect, rejection, betrayal, and disappointment from those who could not or would not be there for you. Fall and "Soup Season" is my favorite time of year to be in the kitchen. I never have an actual recipe that I follow for any of my favorites nor do I measure anything. I've always been that "eye it and try it as you go" kind of chef 😜 I switched a few things up on this batch of 🐔🥟 soup. Kicked up the herbs and turmeric a notch for the added immunity boost.
