DEBUT: Planster. Nostalgic, loves the atmosphere of small country towns, writes realistic high school fiction focussed more on friendships than romances, does their best work at 2 or 3 in the afternoon

FEARLESS: Panster. Naive, solely reads and writes romance, always has a happy ending, cries at the end of Romeo and Juliet, is eloquent baby, occasionally writes high school fiction to channel their massive nostalgia

SPEAK NOW: Hard panster. Is obsessed with anime, is also obsessed with musical theatre, writes at 2am and 2am only (well, more like 1:58 if you know what I mean), sleeps during the day, likes the aesthetic of fantasy worlds but is more drawn to the human elements of said worlds

Loves Rupi Kaur, sees writing as a way of promoting social messages, has a stable relationship and stable sleep schedule that everyone is envious of, writing major, history minor, sees writing as a way of promoting social messages, mostly writes poetry about either misogyny or how much they love their partner, posts said poetry to Instagram on a regular schedule

FOLKLORE: Hard pantser, Jane Austen nerd, classic literature in general nerd, writes fantasy and introspective poetry, wishes they could just withdraw from society and play with plants, really unhealthy sleep schedule, is really active on Tumblr but no other social medias

EVERMORE: Plantser. Loves true crime, secretly wants to be Truman Capote, gets drunk a lot, loves the atmosphere of country towns in wintertime, writes magical realism

At this point, I don’t care if I’m a clown. I believe in the trilogy so much that even if nothing happens on Thursday/Friday I’ll still believe it’s coming at some point lol 😂🤡

i like to think that 'the 1' by taylor swift can also be presumed in a way so as to understand platonic relationships. it is THAT song which each one of us can relate to in some way. it doesn't matter if you've never had a romantic relationship. all of us have felt the heartbreak that comes thru friendships and knowingly or unknowingly everyone has wondered atleast once whether "if one thing had been different, would everything be different today?" and isn't that how human mind works? we yearn for things that "could've been". we try to wonder how sweet and fun it would've been if that one person was there beside us right now, that if the thing that caused the fall out would've been avoided somehow. then there are those situations where the fault is ours but we don't know how to fix it. some part of us isn't ready to accept the fault and why it happened. hence "in my defense i have none". so we make peace with the fact that it's over and let it go while simultaneously treasuring the precious memories because"if you never bleed you're never gonna grow." ultimately we yearn for that bond but know we can't have it again so it is passed on as wishful thinking, a thing to happen in some alternate universe. "if my wishes came true, it would've been you."
