It's alright, don't be anxious

Warnings: fluff, admissions of love, mentions of smut
Summary: you're cast in a film with Tom Hiddleston and your nerves over a particular theme cause unknown admissions to be brought up.
Tumblr media
“You alright?” came the soft voice of your co-star from behind you and you turned away from the mirror in your dressing room to face Tom. You had gotten lucky and landed a role with the one and only Tom Hiddleston, the man who played the criminally attractive Loki Laufeyson for Marvel. You were playing clandestine lovers, Tom’s character was an important businessman and you were playing his secretary.
This was a job that you wholly needed. This would be a breakthrough for you and for Hiddleston, given the developing feelings between the both of you. You had always held the Marvel actor high on a pedestal but seeing him away from the screens, laughing, joking and even getting lines wrong sometimes, it helped remind you that he was just like anyone else; human.
“Y/N?” Hiddleston began, startling you away from the void where your mind had slipped, your eyes locked on his muscled chest before slowly lifting to his eyes where you saw that gentle smile pulling at the corners of his lips, “are you alright?”
“Never better,” you returned, rising from your chair to walk over to him. Tom’s eyes gleamed with happiness as you stepped closer to him and there was also an odd gleam there that you couldn’t place. “Did you come to escort me to the set, Mr Hiddleston?”
A charming smile graced the man’s perfect face and he nodded, “as always, Miss Y/L/N, I am forever your escort.”
You released a faint giggle and took his offered hand, leaving your dressing room to head onto the set of a lovely hotel room. Today would be the first scene in the movie where you and Tom would have to act ‘intimate’. To prepare for the scene, you weren’t allowed your normal secretary costume, the artists had dressed you in a robe, painted your nails and toes and added a bit of extra lipstick.
The whole idea was for William (Tom’s character) to come to the hotel with Elle (your character) being fresh out of the shower and waiting for him. You were nervous since you had never acted out such a scene before but you just knew that in the hands of Tom Hiddleston, you would be alright. “Tom,” you whispered as you stopped walking, causing the taller man to stop as well, “I don’t know if I can do this.”
“What are you talking about?” Tom whispered, tilting his head before realisation hit and a warm smile broke through his lips as he gently clasped one of your hands, bringing it up to his lips, “I promise, nothing shall actually be done.”
You blushed and shook your head quickly, watching as the warm smile broke into a cheeky smirk, “not that, Tom! I just… I’ve never acted anything like it out before and… I don’t know… I’m a bit nervous.”
The Brit laughed gently and cupped your cheek, observing how your chest rose and fell, your pupils dilated and you smiled as you tilted your head with intrigue. “Don’t worry, darling,” he whispered, smiling as he watched you find comfort in the warmth of his palm, “I will be with you every step of the way and will make sure you feel comfortable.”
“But what if I still screw everything up and they see me as unable to do this part?” you stressed, trembling in the Brit’s touch, “I don’t want to lose my role just because I have never done this before, I love working with you, Tom.”
The tall man smiled and knelt before you, reaching up to gently caress your cheek once more. “Trust me,” he whispered with a smile, his oceanic blues meeting your own eyes, “they would not get rid of such a wonderful actress just because of her inexperience in the art of such a scene. Even I get nervous sometimes.”
You laughed anxiously, wiping away your tears with your sleeve, “you do?”
“Yes, yes I do,” he laughed and rejoiced at your small giggle, “you are a perfect choice for this role, Y/N, I wouldn’t have anyone else to film this with me. No one could play Elle as wonderfully as you could, no one has the beauty for it either.”
“Beauty?” you whispered, unsure as to whether you had just heard the Brit correctly.
Tom seemed to realise what he had said but there was no backing off now and he nodded slowly, observing your every breath to see if you were uncomfortable in this circumstance. “Yes,” he whispered softly, watching your breath hitch, “Y/N, I think you are the most beautiful woman in the world. Every scene that we have already filmed together has lit something up in me that has begged me to just ask you to dinner. I know our relationship is barely developed as it is but trust me, I have feelings for you that are not just friendship.”
You sniffled and smiled as you got to your knees and pressed your lips to his. This wasn’t like the passionate, lust filled kiss that you had experienced with Tom while filming as William and Elle, this was gentle, loving and understanding. Tom’s hand slid to cup the back of your neck, savouring your touch and your taste.
As your lips met, your nerves seemed to fade away into nothingness. Tom was all you could think about for the longest time and now, his lips were pressed against yours, keenly exploring your lips and taking note of the taste of your favourite chapstick. As your hands began to roam down to the suit that hugged his body so perfectly and displayed his godly physique, Tom pulled away and released a breathy chuckle before whispering, “we need to film, darling, I’d hate for them to think we’re late.”
You pouted but allowed the man to help you to your feet, smiling as he pulled you into a tight hug and pressed his lips to your temple. Tentatively, you realigned his tie and straightened his hair before flashing him a smile and disappearing into the hotel room set.
When the scene began, you smiled as Tom walked into the room and you ran through the dialogue seamlessly, the love radiating from him and you helping to steady your erratic nerves. When his hand reached out to the robe and he pulled the knot loose, the attraction in his eyes was prominent as his eyes roved over your bare body. You smiled as you pulled off his tie and unbuttoned his shirt, his bare chest revealed underneath. He was perfect and he looked so handsome.
Tom was respectful, however, and refused to go bare. Instead, he wore the sock that matched his skin as he laid on top of you. The blanket was pulled over Tom’s ass as he performed the fake thrusts and your brow contorted as you imagined it would but you never looked away from Tom’s intense gaze. As the scene continued, Tom’s fingers linked with yours as you both faked moans and encouragements. When the moment was over and ‘cut’ was called, Tom cupped your cheek and pressed his lips onto yours delicately.
A while later, after getting dressed, you were leaving set but you stopped when you heard a voice call out your name. You turned and smiled when you saw it was Tom walking up to you with a nervous grin playing at his lips. “Hello Hiddleston,” you purred, allowing Tom to gently cup your cheek, “come to say goodbye?”
“I was wondering if we could go to dinner, actually?” Tom whispered, his eyes so full of adoration that it swelled your heart, “and maybe after we could go over that scene again?”
“Why would we have to- oh,” you whispered, your cheeks heating before you grinned, “I would love to.”
Tom’s grin widened and he took one of your hands in his as he pressed a kiss to the knuckle, “excellent, let us go enjoy our night, darling.”
As you walked out of the set with your hand in Tom’s, fingers intertwined, you smiled as you knew this was a new beginning for the both of you.

0008: Go meet the admins! Have you heard about the professors? Wonder what classes you'll take since everyone has different powers, would you have to be separated from Yang? Be excited and scared at the prospect.
[008]: Now, the last time we did the speed thing, we nearly got ourselves and others hurt. So, it's obvious what we need to: Do it again, but this time say we'll "be more careful". Keep an eye out for white-haired girl and black-haired girl. When you get to the office, smash through the door screaming "YO WHAT UP WE IS HERE NOW BIATCHES" and then nod politely at the probably confused secretary. Then quietly ask for your schedule and the class schedule of that one girl you met earlier. Friendship
You and Yang are silent the rest of the way to the office, both of you no doubt thinking about your new life as college students and what this could mean for the two of you together.  You’re worried you’ll be pulled apart, not because you think Yang needs you, but because you know you need her.
Back when the two of you had lost your parents, she was the only thing keeping you whole.  She did her best to make sure neither of you were adopted so you wouldn’t be separated.  She was the shoulder you cried on nearly every night for a year.
You were a very emotionally distraught child.
“Here we are!” Yang announces as you two stop in front of the doors labeled “Administrations and Communications.”  “Ruby, kick the door down.”
“What, why?” you look down at her in confusion and she smiles dangerously wide.
“Because we need to make a name for ourselves!”  You look at her.  “Hey, do you wanna be known as ‘Those Two Girls Who Are Lame and Make Lame Entrances’ or ‘Those Two Girls Who Rock and Make Rockin’ Entrances’!?”
“…’Those Two Girls Who Rock and Make Rockin’ Entrances’.”  You pout.
“Alright!” she smacks your back.  “Then kick down the door!”
You roll your sleeves up and cock your leg, getting ready to bust down this door, rock star style, but as you kick, the door is opened and your foot collides with a person instead of soon-to-be-splintering wood and glass.
Quite promptly afterwards you hear a cry and a loud smack followed by some startled screaming and lots of swear words.
You gulp and are about to turn and run, but Yang grabs your wrist before you can.
“We must own up to our actions, little sis.”
You look down at her and she looks you in the eye.  You hold each other’s gazes for all of two seconds before you hear the someone you kicked into the wall yells out a very angry, “YOU ****** ****!!” causing you to break the staring contest.
You gulp again and turn to look back to your sister only to see she’s gone.  You look around in a panic, and see the tips of her hair disappear around the corner at the end of the hall.
Oh dear.

0006: Thank him profusely because he just stopped you from having to write a million apology letters. Realize that you will probably be late if misadventures, fun as they are, keep happening.
You immediately rush to Yang and help her right herself.  Shaken as she is, she’s not in the mood to refuse your offer.  You then turn to the purple man and get down on your knees, your hands clasped above your head and repeat thank yous.  Repeatedly.  For a while.
The guy puts a hand on yours to stop you.  You do so, peaking over them to look at his face.  He looks slightly concerned and apologetic (though, that may be you putting emotions on his otherwise stoic face).  Almost as if he’s apologizing for asking you to stop apologizing.
“It’s alright,” he says, no accent whatsoever.  Maybe he grew up here?  “Are you two alright?”
You look back at Yang, who is pinching herself and shaking her head and nod.
“Yeah, we’re fine.  She’s just not used to the whole “powers” thing.”
The guy looks up at Yang, then at you, confusion written on his face.  Or, it would be, if emotion was a thing this guy did.
“Is she still new to this?” he asks, confusion lacing his voice.  Looks like you were right.
“Oh, yeah.  She doesn’t actually have any powers.”  You drop your hands and stand up, brushing off your knees.
“Then…” the guy’s face actually contorts into emotion.  He looks like he’s thinking hard.  “Why is she here?”
“Hey, I can hear you, you know!”  Yang yells from wherever she is behind you.  She rolls up next to you and crosses her arms, a suspicious look on her face.  “I’ll have you know that Rubles, here, didn’t want to come without me,” – here, she slings an arm around your shoulders, pulling you down and nearly choking you, smiling all the way – “and who am I to turn down a free education?”
“I’m sorry,” the guy says, bowing his head slightly, regretfully.  “I didn’t mean to offend you, it’s just… I didn’t expect normal people to be invited here.”
Yang just glares at him and he looks like he would start sweating in nervousness if he wasn’t so darn stoic.  You’re never going to get over that.
“I apologize,” – he bows again and stick his hand out to shake– “why don’t we start over?  I’m Lie Ren.”
0006: Adjust your Kamina-styled shades dramatically, then introduce yourself to him in an over-the-top manner.
“Heh,”
You adjust your magical shades that hadn’t yet fallen off because of magical shades magic with the appropriate amount of drama.
“I am…”
You disappear in a flash and reappear standing on Yang’s hands (which were held up to catch you (you guys had done this before)) posing with your arms pointed to the sky.
“Ruby Rose!  And this is my sister, Yang!”
The two of you stay like that until Yang’s arms start to wobble, signaling to you that it’s about time to jump off.  You do a twirling flippy and land in front of Lie Ren, grabbing his hand and shaking it vigorously.
“Nice to meet you, Lie!”
“Oh, call me Ren.”  He says, seemingly un-phased by your awesome display of amazingness.  You bet he’s feeling all sorts of amazed behind that stoic, stoic demeanor of stoicity.
“Oh, you’re name’s the other way around, isn’t it?”  Yang asks, pointing her finger in the air to get Ren’s attention.
“Yes, it is.  I was born in China, but moved here at a very young age.”
“Huh.”
“That’s cool!”  You smile wide, letting go of his hand (finally, you seem to have a problem with shaking hands today).  “I’ve never been out of the state, let alone out of the country!  Do you remember much of it?”
“Ah, not too much.  I was about three years old.”
“Yeah!  And I was four!”
You and your sister jump back, startled.  You let out a yelp and Yang nearly tips over in her chair before righting herself with a crutch.  Ren stands still, as if he didn’t hear it.
“What was that!?”  You nearly shout, holding your heart in an attempt to calm it down.
Ren just points up, calm as usual, and you follow his finger to see a girl in a white and silver hoodie, pink skirt, and black leggings laying on the branch of a conveniently placed tree that probably wasn’t there before but is now.  Her shoes are white and pink high tops and she wears pink, woolen, fingerless gloves.  It’s a little overwhelming.
“Hiya!” the girl says, smiling the widest smile you’ve ever seen and waving as fast as she can.  “May name’s…” She rolls off of the branch and you take a step, wanting to catch her, but she lands on her feet and holds her arms up.  “Tadaa!  Nora!”
Everything about this girl is a little overwhelming.
0006: Immediately pitch your idea for forming a Superhero team with him. Also, remember that kickass person you saw freerunning before? Remember to track them down and recruit them as well. And maybe Weiss too. And Yang when she's better. Share this information with your telekinetic friend and see what he thinks.
[006]: Hand this young man a Nora Valkyrie plushie. You had one because of reasons (And your vaguely defined psychic powers). Tell him it's homemade (Using your vaguely defined engineering skills).
“Oh!”  Seeing the girl reminds you of something.  You kneel down and take your backpack off, zipping it open and digging through it.  The three above you lean in to look at what you’re doing, curious.
“Ahah!  Found it!”  You pop up as fast as you can, bonking all of your heads at once.  You crouch back on the ground, holding your head, saying owie repeatedly while everyone else holds their respective bonked spots.
“Hey, what’s that?”  You hear Nora ask before whatever was in your hand is plucked out.  “Ooh, look, Ren!  It’s me!”
You look up and smile, standing straight while continuing to rub your head.  That’s the third time today you hit your head.
“Do you like it?  I made it a few weeks ago and just… carried it with me, I guess.”
Ren and Nora share a look.
“She’s psychic!”
“And fast.”
They both look at you.
“Would you like to team up with us?”
What do you say to that?”

0005: Continue on your way, but perhaps with more caution this time. Hope that you run into this beautiful Weiss girl again, and that when you do you're just a little more smooth.
0005: Fantasize about Weiss. Take them as far as you'd like.
You go on your way, smiling wide, not being able to stop yourself from imagining a life with Weiss.  Oh, yes, you two would be the best of friends.  You would talk about cute boys and have sleep overs and do each other’s hair…
“Hey, Ruby,” Yang pulls on your sweater sleeve and you stop pushing her to follow her pointed finger.  “Look up there.”
0005: Your sister points and you see a figure running across the roofs! A girl in black clothing (very tight black clothing) is free running towards the school. Be jealous you and Yang can't do that... yet.
You gawp.
Correction, you and Yang both gawp.
On top of one of the buildings is a girl (it’s so obviously a girl in that tight black turtleneck) in all black clothing and a satchel standing on the edge.  Your heart beats twenty times as fast as you wonder what in the world she is doing up there, but before you can say or do anything, she’s off.
The girl sprints along the edge of the building and jumps down the side, grabbing onto a window ledge on the closest building.  She then climbs to the right and jumps back to the side of the first building, leaving yours and Yang’s sight and leaving you speechless.
The two of you look at each other before Yang speaks up in awe.
“Ruby, when I get better, we are so doing that.”
All you can do is nod.
0005: Acquire a pair of red triangle shades. You may need them because of reasons.
[005]: Pull out your and Yang's sunglasses, and bump fists because you TOTALLY just talked to a cute girl. Then get to the Administration office. Do this by pushing Yang's wheel chair fast enough to sail through the halls and balance yourself on the back of it. Go, "WOO!". Continue to do this until Ren uses his telekinesis to lift the wheel chair as he accounts for forward velocity so that you and Yang aren't jostled off as he safely stops you from running over anyone in the crowded hallway.
“Before that, however…” Yang digs into her backpack and pulls out two pairs of red triangle shades.  She offers you one and you take it, the two of you put your respective shades on immediately.  “Let’s ride.”
You and your sister bump fists before you take off, making engine sounds as you sprint as fast as you can, having not learned your lesson from before.
You move down the sidewalk, going the speed of a cheetah, swerving and hopping and almost falling off the edge once or twice, Yang yeehawing all the way, before the doors to a very yellow building burst open, spilling out multitudes of very hittable people.
“Ruby, watch out!” Yang screams, holding tightly to the chair with one hand and the crutches with the other.  You try and screech to a halt, but are unable to do so, deciding instead to close your eyes and hope for the best.
-------------------
You’re floating.  You must be dead.  You wonder if Yang is dead.  You also wonder how many people you took out with you.  You wonder how long it’ll take to write an apology to a million people.  You know, for killing them and all.  You wonder why you smell pancakes.
You open your eyes and look down, seeing about a million people walking by as if nothing had happened.  The world is tinted purple and you feel like you’re floating.  You look around and see Yang floating with you, holding onto her wheelchair with one hand and one of her crutches with the other.  The other crutch is floating above her head.
You spin upside down as you begin to move, plopping safely onto the grass beside your sister, the wheelchair and crutches set lightly above you.
“Are you guys okay?”
You look up to see an Asian man, Chinese going by his dress, with a purple streak in his hair.  His eyes and hands glowing the same purple color as you had seen before, before fading into normalcy.
Interesting.  What do you do, now?

0004: Shyly introduce yourself and ask for her name. Go with cute. She seems like the kind of person who acts cold but secretly likes cute adorable things!
[004]: Tell the White Haired girl she's cute. Ask for her name.
0004: Acknowledge that the white-haired girl was cute, and vow to get at least her name before the day is out.
0004: Call out to her. Try to get her name. Ask her if there is anything at all you can do to make up for the inconvenience and thank her for helping you... like, say, by taking her out for dinner.
You and Yang sit in silence for about three seconds, looking at each other before she sighs and shoos you away.  You grin and get up, running after the white haired girl as Yang shakes her head, hiding a smile.
“Hey!” you call.  “Hey, wait up!”
The white haired girl doesn’t answer you, and you could have sworn she was speeding up, but you caught up to her pretty easily.
“What do you want.” She spits through her teeth, more of a demand you answer than a question at all.
“Oh, uh,” you say, faltering at her tone, but shrugging it off.  “I just wanted to apologize for almost hitting you and introduce myself!”
The girl stops walking and looks at you out of the corner of her eye.  You stare at her, blink, and she turns to you, shifting the books in her arms and raising one eyebrow.
“So?” she asks, annoyed.  “Are you going to introduce yourself?”
“Oh!” you say, smiling sheepishly.  “My name is Ruby Rose.”  You hold out your hand for a shake.  “And you are?”
The girl looks at your hand, then up at your face, confused.
“You don’t know who I am?” she asks, her voice astonished.
“Uhh…” you look to the side, then back at her.  “Should I?”
The girl stares at you, her face blank for what feels like forever, causing you to feel very awkward standing there like a fool, holding your hand out, and you blush.  You are about to retract it when she grasps it firmly and gives it a good shake.
“No, I suppose you shouldn’t.” she says in wonder.
The two of you stand there, holding hands, the girl studying your face and causing you to blush even deeper.
“Uhm…” you say, your voice cracking.  “Wha-what’s your name?”  You peek up at her and she seems as if she was shocked from her thoughts.  She quickly lets go of your hand and wipes it off on her pant leg.  You feel a little hurt at that, but let her have it seeing as your hand was very sweaty with nerves.
“Weiss.” She says, nodding.  “Call me Weiss.”  She then turns sharply and walks briskly away.
[004]: Also, tell her you made pancakes that were the shape of her face this morning and that they were delicious.
Unable to let it go completely, you call after her.
“I made pancakes shaped like you this morning!”
You could have sworn she sped up after that, but you dismissed the idea.
“That was pathetic.”
You turn around and Yang is sitting there, shaking her head solemnly at you.
“Poor, poor Ruby.”
You blow a raspberry and punch her arm before grabbing the handles on her chair and pushing her towards administration.
What do you do now?

0003: To college you go! Get distracted by every single thing on the way there while keeping an eye out for things that might hurt Yang.
You make your way down the street, swerving around rocks and cats until you make it to a straight away.
Both you and Yang mime putting goggles on
“Ready, Rubles?” Yang asks, propping the crutches up on her shoulder and grabbing tight to the sides of the wheelchair.
“Ready.”  You tighten your grip on the handles of the chair.
“Three,”
“Two,”
“One,”
“Go!”
And you’re off, sprinting down the sidewalk as fast as you can.  Yang whoops and you laugh, loving the air whipping across your faces.
Back before… the accident, yours and Yang’s places were flipped.  Yang would drive around on Bumblebee, her motorcycle, with you on the back and the two of you would just ride around town.  You didn’t care where you were going, you just went.
“Ruby, you’re slowing down!” Yang shouts, shaking you out of your memories.  You shout back a quick apology and pick up the speed as something catches your eye.
Everything seems to slow down as you turn your head, trying to get a better look.
It’s a girl.
With white hair.
She’s looking at you guys as you pass by with a look of outrage.
Suddenly, you trip.
0003: Locate girl with white hair, and try to get a date with her.
You pout as you sit, the girl with white hair chewing you out about being reckless while applying alcohol and cleaning the huge scrape on your chin.
You try to explain yourself but she cuts you off by going on about how you could have hit her.  As her voice gets louder and angrier, you peek over to Yang (who had just rolled to safety when you had fallen on your face (unfair)) and see her trying to hold back her laughter.  The girl grabs your face and turns it to look at her before putting a bandage on your chin.
“Well,” the white haired girl says sharply as she slams her first aid kit closed.  She puts it back into her purse and stands up.  “I hope you’ve learned your lesson.”
The girl peers down at you and then shakes her head.
“I can’t believe I’m dealing with such rabble.” She mutters just loud enough for you and your sister to hear before walking away.
“Well,” Yang says, rolling over to your front.  “She was cute.  Stuck up, but cute.”
What do you do?

0002: Give your sister a good pat. Say Sorry, and that you just worry. Proceed to make breakfast. Daydream about your dream girl.
You sigh and pat Yang on the head, smiling at her.  She’s so brave.  You’re not sure if you could be able to keep going if you were to lose the use of your legs.  Your entire life is running.
You help Yang to the couch and let her know you’re going to be making breakfast.
[002]: Okay, so, use your vaguely defined engineering skills to make breakfast. Make sure it includes White-Haired Girl shaped pancakes. I'm sure they'll taste delicious. And make some Black-Haired Girl pancakes for Yang. Put a fedora on them.
You go back into the kitchen and put on your apron, pushing your hair back with some clips you keep on the edge of the aforementioned apron.
“Alright, Yang!” you call to the living room.  “Time for the best breakfast, ever!”
“You say that every time, Ruby!” Yang calls back.  Her voice is tired, but you can hear the hint of a smile behind it.
“And what is it every time?” you respond in a question, knowing full well the answer.
“The best breakfast ever.” she says in a monotone.
You mouth along with it, knowing the relay between the two of you by heart.  It’s probably the best part of your day, sometimes.
You start up the Bunsen and get to work.  Molecular gastronomy was one of the best things you ever learned, you swear.
[002]: Use your vaguely defined psychic powers to predict the future. And your future wedding. And when Yang will try to walk again without precautions in place to keep her from cracking her head on a counter.
As you finish piping the chocolate onto the black-haired-girl-wearing-a-fedora-shaped-pancakes, your vision goes white.
White hair
Horses
Yang falling off the back of a chariot
Ninjas
Weddings
Child-
“Ruby!  Are you done, yet?!” Yang interrupts your… episode and you come to, realizing you had fallen forward and caught yourself with your hand on the pancakes.
You stand up, licking your hand, and bring the various foodstuffs to the table, realizing a little late that Yang is somehow already sitting there.
You give her a look and she shrugs.
“Hey, I made it, this time.”
0002: Help her get ready and make sure your pets are well fed and watered.
When you’re finished eating, you wipe your face on the tablecloth and run to the backyard, ignoring Yang’s shouts of, “Ruby!  Don’t do that!  Now I have to wash it!” knowing full well that it wasn’t going to get washed until chunks of food started to crust onto it.
You feed Frederick the goat and give him a quick pet before running to the living room to feed Hubie, your turtle.  You stroke him a tiny bit before turning around to a small thump and seeing Yang sitting in the middle of the floor.
You cock your eyebrow at her and get out her wheelchair.
“What?” she says defensively, “I got tired.”
You roll the chair over to her and let her climb up into it.  You would help her, but you know how independent she is, and she’d definitely snip at you if you tried.
“Hey, Ruby,” she says solemnly.
You stop just outside the front door and look at her, slightly worried at the tone of her voice.
“Yes?”
“Can we bring the crutches?”
You sigh in relief that it’s not something horrible and smile.
“Sure,” you say, grabbing the crutches from the coat closet and handing them to Yang.  “Ready to go?”
Yang clenches her hands around the crutches and nods, a small smile on her face.
You smile wider and leave the house, pushing Yang along with you, happily whistling along the way.
Time for your first day of university!  You can’t wait!

Hey, maybe you shouldn't be using RWBYQuest's tag? Like, if Questmun chooses to promo you on their own time that's great but don't like.. steal their thunder by straight up using their tag.
True, true, I’m sorry about that.  I took ‘em off.I realize now that it was a bad move and I won’t do it again.
Also, sorry about the “crippled” thing.  I’m not very socialized and am unaware of what’s wrong to say and what’s not.
I’m not gonna try and defend myself for that, or, anything, really (unless that was defending myself?).  Just a big ol’ apology on my front.  Not a good way to start a quest meant for good feelings, eh?
Also, I appreciate you guys being nice about this (or, not nice, but tolerant?).  I don’t think I would have reacted much differently if my inbox were full of hate, I’m not an angry person by default, but it’s great to know people are decent, even to big jerks like I wasn’t meaning to be.
Sorry again, guys.

[001]: Get up, and ready. You're going to be late for school. Grab a piece of toast, put it in your mouth, run out the door, shouting "I'm going to be late for school!" and then run for five miles straight, before you realize that you forgot Ferdinand, Hubie, and your crippled sister, Yang.
That’s a silly thought.  You get up from the floor and collect yourself, shaking your head while making your bed.  You would never forget your disabled sister Yang.  You are hungry, though.
0001: check room
You check your room for anything you might need, grabbing your backpack and an extra pair of socks.  You know.  Just in case.
0001: Now that you're up, get ready for the day. Be SUPER STOKED to pet your precious goat. Also be SUPER STOKED to meet some pretty girls today.
You are SO STOKED.  You rush into your closet and rush out, fully dressed.  You rub your head and rush down the stairs, stomping loudly the entire way.
When you get downstairs, however, you catch sight of something most horrible.  Yang is slowly walking, on her own, without anyone here to catch her, towards the kitchen.
As you are about to say something, she slips.
0001: Retrieve arms.
You rush forward and grab Yang’s arms, stopping her from hitting her head on the corner of the closest counter.
“Phew,” you say, relief leaving you slack as you both fall safely to the floor.
“What was that for!?” Yang says, indignant.  “I was almost there!”
You look at Yang, deadpan, and she shrugs.
“Well, I coulda made it.”
What do you do, now?

Your name is Ruby Rose and you are sleeping soundly.  Or, at least you were, before your alarm went off, shocking you awake.
You groan and pull the covers over your head, unwilling to surrender to the morning, to the cruel beast that is wakefulness.  If you had a cool weapon, then you would chop that thing up and let it be night forever.  Everyone would sing your praises, then.  You crack a smile.
The incessant beeping of the alarm clock dampens your slightly brightened mood, however, and you grumble something incoherent to even yourself while fumbling for the off button.  You refuse to look where you’re moving your hand, and so you miss the clock entirely.  You don’t realize this, however, and end up reaching further, further, further…
Until you fall right out of bed, knocking your head on the side of the table next to your bed and bruising your bottom at the same time.
Well, you guess you’re up.  You sigh.
What do you do now?
0001.
