VERY excited about these new romance novel cover prints I'll have at Flamecon table K119!! Hard to capture in photos, but they're on a really nice pearl linen shimmer heavy stock, so they've got a little texture and a fun silvery shimmer to them. Full flamecon menu post coming soon!! I haven't been at a con in three years, I'm nervous but excited!!
I'll have these at Flamecon, SPX, and MICE, and if I have any leftovers after that I'll put them up for sale online- I'll be sure to let folks know here /insta/twt/bsky (careydraws everywhere) when that happens!
Can you BELIEVE these """just weren't the right tone"""" for the GN series covers*, I don't see the problem, the main trio are CLEARLY visible on every cover,,,
*as always, this is a joke!! I made these as a special treat for me to stay sane during the actual GN cover process, nobody else ever got to see them to reject them; the entire GN team and the entire team at :01 are incredibly powerful & I feel very lucky to get to work with them!!

Final copies of my goku/vegeta fancomic ✨A Matter of Pride✨ are here and I am SO happy with how they turned out 🥕🥗!! I especially had fun formatting the back cover & table of contents as a love letter to old VHS tape covers and episode titles 🐉🔮 Note the tags on the back cover!
They'll be at Flamecon table K119 this weekend, then SPX and MICE; any leftovers will go up for sale online this fall & I'll be sure to let folks know about it here & on twitter!

If you’ll be in NYC this weekend & crave queer horror art and/or Halloween— I’ll be vending at FlameCon this Saturday and Sunday! It’s the largest LGBTQ comic convention in the world and my personal favorite show, so I’m incredibly excited to be back.
My table is C28 on the main show floor & I’ll have haunted prints, stickers, keychains, jewelry, comics and zines! Look for the hot pink tablecloth with spiderwebs on top, and for a plethora of teeth ~

I have not finalized my panel schedule yet, but I will be at Flamecon in NYC this coming August 12 and 13, 2023! They are running a sale on hotel rooms at the Sheraton Times Square through July 31, so if you want to stay in the location of the event, book now!

I'm SO stoked to have Angel Toxicosis at Flamecon this year!! Beautiful cover by @vgeportfolio!!
We made this anthology in Fall 2019 and I was going to bring it to flamecon 2020... but... [static]
It was such a treat to get to have two comics in this anthology alongside all these powerhouse cartoonists!! I think we made something really special, and I hope you'll come check it out. I'll have it at SPX and MICE too!
