My keto full day of eating. If you guys saw my accountability post yesterday of my meal plan today, I'd say I stayed pretty close. My overall macros were 👌. Breakfast I had my favorite mct oil from @superbodybreakthrough inside chicken broth with butter. I love to start off my day with a fatty drink because it holds me over until lunch. I normally am not hungry at lunch time but need to eat at my scheduled lunch time or I might not be able to eat...and you don't want to see me hangry, trust me. My daily breakfast! Told you guys I'd post a more informative post. So every morning I heat up some water in the microwave and pour it into my yeti mug. I add a chicken bullion cube for flavor. I then add a tablespoon of butter and a tablespoon of this mct oil. This fatty-delicious drink keeps me going for literally hours. My energy is great and boosted. I don't need coffee or anything. I've been learning about the benefits of mct oil recently and I'm sold. Mct oil will always be a daily addition to my life. Today’s day of eating. For breakfast which isn’t pictured, i had my usual fatty chicken broth. I put 1 Tbs Butter , 1 Tbs brain brew mct oil, and 1 chicken bouillon cube. Lunch was super similar to dinner. I had a hamburger Patty with bacon and reduced sugar ketchup. I also had one jalapeño poppers. Dinner was basically the same except I added celery. For after my workout I had a Kirkland protein bar that I heated up in the microwave.
