I have this whole old bugsnax au story abt dimension travel and fanchildren but idk if I should art dump it or post gradually. I do have the main grumps aged up if anyone wants to see that. I just rly wna excuse to show my old fanart- mainly ocs.

Guess who has a new Bugsnax AU. This one is basically the premise of Majora's Mask with a heavy coat of Bugsnax painted over it, and I have a few notes for it.

● Budelyn's compass(with a sundial on the cover) is a stand in for the Ocarina of Time. It works as a key to the treasure Grumpbread stole from her great great grandfather, and when used it resets the time loop

● I have some of the Bugsnax cast's roles figured out (not a straight 1 to 1 with the MM characters, more that type of role in the story) : Budelyn (Lyn in this AU) is more or less Link, Jamfoot as the Happy Mask Salesman, Snaxsquatch as Skull Kid, and for Tatl and Tael I'm sorta leaning to have Filbo and Lizbert in those roles

● The time loops are over a span of 3 months, and is in perpetual Autumn covering somewhere in the August-November time frame

● The moon itself isn't actually a Bugsnak, but has a gigantic jack-o-lantern spider (previously) dormant on it and the carved face on it makes the “Man in the Moon” formation. When awake there's a fire lit inside the jack-o-lantern that it shoots fire balls from
