“Not everyone gets this opportunity…”
I don't think Dakota and the others left back then because they already thought that Olivia was an inept, but because this project already came with its consequences … and yes, there are still people who understand their profession in a different way and even more their freedom, because nothing in this life is for free.
It was the pandemic, investing little and promoting lots must have been a requirement. Couldn’t risk it... Where can this formula for success be found? Social networks, particularly social media, Who is strong in it? …
The truth is that everything should have gone way much better than it has, it was easy. A group of fans who were already on board before they even knew it and a story that could have fed the media pages for GP to introduce the movie, TO INTRODUCE a new product and take off from there, but not to gamble it all away on this unique item. As I say, a flirtation with the press, some showing ups, in which each one was involved in their role 100% would have been more effective. The constant appearances have only ended up being confirmations where to verify the same horrible pattern: coldness, distance, lost gaze, wilted appearance, among all the photos it seems like there was an intention to share those that communicated rottenness. I have never understood this approach, to be honest.
How has the stunt became the only promotion of the film, forgetting absolutely about any other ingredient? Neither the story, nor the cast, nor how it was shot in such a peculiar moment to record… nothing! Proof of this, is that now, a month before the premiere, the formula to bring Flo back to the media is a dispute with O and reciprocal shading (and let's not forget Jason, gosh! there are many mouths to feed in this room!)
Now everything has the black print of Holivia on it and it's too late to clean the film up. The worst thing is that the vast majority don't care anymore about anything related to this project. What's more concerning, is the widespread desire to see it fail to proof that these ancient strategies are unattractive and nobody wants them.
Olivia has taken the fandom for granted, probably because that's how it was sold to her… +40M fans globally with a concentration in the US and UK, key to the film interests. What could go wrong? This fandom is complex, but it has been loyal to Harry for years, on paper everything seemed to add up perfectly. Right? Right?
They have forgotten that the fandom has grown in all aspects in these +10 years: in age, in volume and specially in knowledge. The way to reach Harry’s fans and particularly the Larries is not to present a miserable Harry next to Olivia on countless occasions. Study your target, invest time in getting to know it, recognize it’s value and power (because there is a humble act in recognizing that you want us, need us) and love & respect us which is what it takes to handle greatness. Especially if you will work on several narratives simultaneously.
All this has been embarrassing to witness -from openly choosing a stunt as the best option & the poorly management of it- no matter how and from which perspective you look at it.

I was expecting it and following… I knew all along and still it is perceived as the worst.
Last holivia 2.0 content has traveled the world, currently in global & local prime outlets. it really makes me sick. How pathetic, how boring, how lazy, how poor, how little shame, how disgusting after the rat episode …. please create any other fake story that at least arouses some interest, healthy easy fun moments.
Harry is a millionaire but he likes to go to the gym to socialize, some social impact, down to earth reality… why would he work out at home, hotel or MAYBE consider another gym to attend to far away from his exgf… I could write a long list to depict why this moment is way more ridiculous than it could look like… but I am tired of it all

Stunt rant… but more about the fandom
After discussing with some of you the stunt who isn’t these days?? , I feel like putting together my thoughts about this fandom’s embrace.
The stunt is hitting hard now, as expected as it was the high intensity we’re getting in the last couple of days and the fear to it remaining like this until the movie release is getting into many’s nerves.
It is funny how when facing this, people reach to other fans out to find some comfort or a bit of calm and sometimes they get lectured in return. Honestly, I was surprised when I read some (in different apps/profiles) suggesting that each individual’s expectations have caused their present frustrations; I thought these were a couple of isolated comments, but I was surprised when you guys literally introduced the topic by “apologizing” for not understanding, not agreeing with or just feeling off with the whole situation.
Is this really what we are telling each other??? 👀
Even I consider I can be missing some context and therefore I am assuming this comes from good intentional advice, exists a part of responsibility put on the fans’ shoulders like if their frustrations lies in idolizing an outcome to start with.
I feel like people can be hurt because of what this stunt is portraying doesn’t sit right with them, independently from individuals dreamy expectations; or confused, because suddenly the fun feeling filling the fandom has switch into concern.
I learned about one of my moots story recently -a mother whom made of the fandom a fun experience to share with one of her daughters - she doesn’t feel comfortable with delivering the type of toxic relationship that Holivia represents into her daughter’s hands and she avoided this part for quite some time, meaning not having many chances to touch the topic right now since everything is about the stunt. On the other hand, for most Larries have been difficult to watch Harry constantly in what apparently brings him any joy. To make it short and leave deeper concerns out.
Stunts are generalized in the industry but I see a difference in this one. I don’t recall other celebrities behind a stunt for whatever reasons and having the constant feeling of “survival” all over it, but being apparently joyfully committed to it. This is not a regular situation for many reasons and it should be ok to call it out, because at this point normalizing this feels like contributing to the damage.
Your feelings are valid, not agreeing with every choice made is ok, considering mistakes and turns along the way is plausible and human (like Harry & Louis are) and of course distance is an acceptable solution. Do what ever feels right to you, because your decision should prevail any other lecture one.
