what is your comfort media? like a book, show, movie, a race ect.

Atm, I like to bury myself in books. When I’m not sorting out my queue, I deffo have my kindle in my hand and read something (my Goodreads goal is very grateful I’m sure 😂).

Comfort show would be either teen wolf or the originals. Haven’t watched them back in a while but I’m planning to start over teen wolf later this year.

Dunno why but the covenant seems to be my most watched movie at all times 😅 maybe the shirtless guys attracted my attention 🫣 not saying it’s my comfort movie, I don’t think I’ve any, but it’s one I love watching over and over again.

Race. Hmmm. Deffo Qatar 2023 or Japan 2023. Double papaya podiums never get old 🥺 but also Brazil 2016. Very chaotic and wish it had less crashes… some of them were pretty scary but Max’s masterclass drive always blows my mind! The overtake on Nico Rosberg on the outside of turn three 😮‍💨😮‍💨 his save in the last corner 🤯 AMAZING! oh oh Malaysia 2016, Seb’s first win with Ferrari 🫶🏼 or Monza 2008, his first win ever with Toro Rosso 🥹 hold on! I could mention Oscar’s f2 races too, especially Jeddah, iconic.

i'm not going to write that 10000 word essay but

the one part that drives me particularly insane is when they're asked about the highest highs and george answers sochi 2021 and then immediately tries to save it by saying quali was good because lando & him were p1 & p3 and lando laughs it off but then later he looks straight at george and answers "silverstone" and george just cuts him off. like. if this was an isolated incident i would say i was reading too much into it but given the things they've said to & about each other it's just sooooo. it's george & lando and they've known each other so well and for so long they already know where the wounds lie & which way to twist the knife, and (unlike george/alex or lando/alex) they don't really like each other enough to spare each other the pain when it comes to it. or maybe they feel fine throwing jabs at each other because they consider each other rivals on equal footing (lewis & max & even charles in a way is above them so even when they're threats it doesn't feel this personal) but then where does that leave alex, who's also been there since the beginning?
