CG!Vox with Little!Reader Would…

Soooo I’ve been working a bit and having a tougher time, and I’ve decided to add reader to headcanons and oneshots!

⚡️Probably the best caregiver out of the Vees! He’s really not evil, just hurt.

⚡️He’ll let you curl up in his lap whenever you want to, even if he’s busy. He knows you need the love and will hold you while working on whatever.

⚡️Vox makes sure to monitor your TV, so nothing but kids shows are available when regressed. He also tries to find things he know you’ll enjoy watching when little!

⚡️Absolutely no going near Valentino when little. He doesn’t like you going near him when big, but little is so much worse. Velvette’s fine, but he doesn’t really want you to be influenced by her self righteousness

⚡️A very nervous caregiver. Every bad thing that could happen is going through his head as we speak. He also stresses a lot over if you’re comfortable or not.

⚡️Vox is a rich business man, so obviously you’re spoiled. You have loads of clothes, toys, and gear such as pacifiers and bottles if you’re little enough.

⚡️This man will be in a meeting, screaming and berating employees for the simplest mistakes, but the second you walk in, he’s all like “Hi baby! How are you? Are you hungry, tired?” Meanwhile, the employees are staring in shock and fear

⚡️He lets you use technology, like TV, but he prefers it to be limited. Tech is his whole persona and all, but he’s seen what it can do to a person and he’d rather you not have to go through that

⚡️He calls you his “little movie star”

⚡️Surprisingly good with meltdowns. Vox knows what it’s like to be so full of emotions, you don’t know what else to do. He’ll coax you into sitting down once you’re done, have you take deep breathes, and give you some water. Then it may be the time out corner for a few minutes, but still.

⚡️Now he doesn’t like encouraging this, but if you’ve been good and you need to do something you don’t really want to do, he’ll put on a kids show while helping you. For instance, he’ll have Mickey Mouse on his face while feeding you

⚡️He is SUCH an overprotective dad. Like, no going near any known electric appliance (aside from him), no going near the stairs, and no utensils if you regress to 3 or lower

⚡️He’s quite the multitasker, and has no problem setting down a blanket in his office for you while he works. Of course, he’s checking on you every five minutes

⚡️He’ll forget about his obsession with Alastor when with you. You give him something else to think of, and it’s slowly been helping him more and more

I feel like if Vox saw Alastor regressed he’d just go “Uhhh” a lot, he doesn’t like Alastor but he doesn’t want to attack a baby (Ik Alastor when regressed isn’t much different than normal Alastor but I like to think Vox has some sixth sense) (I’m gonna dump a million head cannons here)

We've decided that Vox is a flip.

50% Little 50% Caregiver.

His little side will give him that Sixth sense more than his caregiver side (but some Caregivers can tell its just not as likely. But they can use their Caregiver instincts to pull one's little headspace out further if they suspect something. But that would be using caregiver instincts for evil.)

Alastor is good at hiding hid little side, and when he's at his oldest its hard to tell if he's little or not because they do act similarly despite the slight change in vocabulary, body language, and tone.

But! That's not always the case.

Every now and then he'll get moments where he's triggered so severely to the point where he has to leave or he'll have a meltdown.

And it'll be very obvious then. But it's only happened like- two times.

Usually he has a lot of self control over his headspace and emotions so he won't involuntary regress when it's inconvenient for him.

But everyone slips every now and then.

Vox's caregiver side would never allow him to hurt a child, even if that child is a certain annoying deer child headed Radio Demon. 🦌

How adorable would it be to have these two interact in any little scenario? Lol
