with the drop of the new song i did some research on IMDB pro and apparently there was a movie/musical in development in 2017 for eah as well! it never got officially shut down tho so im starting to think they finally picked it back up!

great for EAH fans-

Ever After High- My version

🍎Apple White & 🪶Raven Queen

Even long before the surprise release of "Can't Get Me Down", I was with the idea of doing my version of a reboot for EAH, a series I so dearly love. The song just pushed me to actually finish the designs this time.

For the designs, I based Apple originally around Glinda from Wicked, but her design grew a lot from it and I loved it. I also made her some accesories based on apple blossoms. For Raven, I got inspo from some k-pop outfits, and tried to impliment some snakes and dragons... even tho I can't draw dragons at all.

In the story itself, not much changes on them were made, but the main ones are:

• Apple has an younger sister, Mirah White;

• The Storybook of Legends was changed for cursed talismans;

• Milton has Raven to wear handcuffs for magic, cause her dangerous destiny.

Oh, and Raven's first name is her mother's name, Evilynn. You can see why she uses Raven.

gonna talk about this song because i’m theorizing!!

i’m totally prepared to sound crazy so here we go.

if you listen to the song, you might notice some things:

1: it sounds EXTREMELY AI generated

2: it sounds like only a piece of the song

3: it sounds VAGUELY like red era taylor swift

so here is my theory:

someone on the ever after high team is trying to bring ever after high back, and created this as an example song to bring in front of people at Mattel to pitch the idea of a reboot/revival

and this might start to sound a little crazy until you realize that in the BOOKS there was a character named Taylor Quick, who had a song released with the lyrics:

“there you go again today

slaying dragons

vaulting walls

battling goblin hordes alone

i would spin straw into gold

or sleep on a thousand peas

to bring you back home

…

it’s enchanting to see you,

leaving in shiny armor

and it’s enchanting to be me”

now i probably sound crazy!! but here’s a taylor swift song that the lyrics almost exactly match in cadence and tune to Enchanted by Taylor Swift

and then suddenly, we get a drop from the OFFICIAL Ever After High account with an AI Taylor Swift voice singing a song that gives Red Era Taylor vibes

i’m just saying, this might be a Taylor Quick song that we’re getting a leak of by someone on the inside.

my guess is someone on the team got upset about not being able to get the clearance for the reboot/revival and leaked this song

or if that’s not the case, someone is about to get fired!

this demo ‘from the vault’??

hmmm i wonder who else has songs in the vault!

basically if we get a reboot we better get taylor quick and Dexven singing ‘Enchanting’

If we ever do get a reboot/rewrite of Ever After High, we definitely need to rework Milton’s character.

Sure he can still be as antagonistic as he usually is, but I do think it needs to come from a place of care.

Have him have a mindset of wishing to protect his students by placing them in a bubble.

As mentioned before, have him remember students that may have went “poof” in the past, and to him they are shadows that haunt him.

Or even have it where he felt responsible for the Evil Queen War (since it was her going off the script) and the loss of life that followed in it (again, many of them being students he knew)

His character arc can be of him letting go and coming to terms that none of that was his fault and not let the shadows of the past haunt him from making the right choices in the present.

Does anyone else think that it was kinda strange that EAH did a crossover with MH (monster high)? If anything a Greek/Norse gods and goddess crossover would have made more sense. I love the way the characters were drawn. Their outfits and color palettes. So I love to see Athena, Hera, and Perpsohone and the others and their kids in that style. AND THOR AND LOKI?! I DO LIKE CUPID! Don't get me wrong. But if there was ever going to be a EAH reboot I would want Cupid to still be in it BUT I think she's the only part of Monster High that I want in it.

I’ve decided that Kitty Cheshire is 100% a contortionist and regularly pulls out the craziest poses and insists that she’s completely comfortable. She also is a huge fan of cartwheeling down the halls of Ever After High, and has somehow NEVER run into anyone (yet).

Idk if Kitty would wear any of these colors canonically but I wanted some pops of color in the piece lol (maybe she’d wear the blue)

I believe that Gigi Grant IS a former student of EAH who graduated and followed her destiny, but left to the Monster High universe after her story was done, and we know that she's been there for many years. So my personal headcanon/theory is that the Genies from the Aladdin tale are immortal/have longer lifespan and they often have A LOT of kids, so when one finishes this generation's story, the next one will take over the next generation. Which means that there could be a relative of Gigi taking over the role of Genie at Ever After High.
