Dyre Ode/Dyre Owed (contains spoilers)

Dyre Owed/Ode is SO charming and quite polite even though they hold massive amounts of both power and pain. They are really really really tall, and wear a cape, and have thick long hair, with a different mask for every occasion. Beneath this outfit is an lumpy assortment of bones. I love him so much and was so saddened every time he was mentioned as being in a location and nobody from the party sought him out.

Major spoilers but they end up with one hundred extra bones from one hundred different people and when their sexy-eyeball (singular) friend reunites them with their heart they gain their autonomy back for the first time in centuries and exploded, irrevocably changing the land they had originally given up their bones to protect.

The Children of the Hydra's Teeth

They're iconic. They're THE movie skeletons, everything from their steady, synchronised walk to their clattering sounds to how Harryhausen matched their animation to the actors is just perfect.
