Serious Question
So, we have someone who is supposed to be a "Junior Project Manager". Today, in a group team chat they asked this:
"Hello. For REDACTED, do we already know which ones are not setable? I can send that to REDACTED as she mentioned she will look into the RAF"
Keep in mind, this is a group teams chat. Yesterday I had stated: "So, looking at the document AC-7 RAF, we installed a module for Drupal 9 to address the lockout issue. It states MySQL (MariaDB) - Not configurable in the current version of MariaDB." This is not configurable in MariaDB, it may be configurable in the next major version of MariaDB, which would require going before the ERB again to install MariaDB 11 (we are on MariaDB 10.3.38)."
They sent the document, AC-7 RAF that I pulled the information from. They apparently did not bother to read the document they sent, nor read anything in the chat. I feel like every interaction with these people (Project Managers) makes me question how they got hired in the first place. A coworker and I have gotten to the point that all our answers are a nice spin on "Let me Google that for you".
So, my question, Is it time to not be nice? The subtle hints are obviously not working. This is not the first time this person has had this type of question (where the answer is IN THE F##KING CHAT). This is not the second time, the third time, etc. This is not even the first or second time this week. It is mid day on F##KING TUESDAY!!!. WTAF WTAF

Drupal 10
Drupal 10 will be released in December 2022, and that time will be here sooner than we think. What is great about post Drupal 7 upgrades is that they are more similar to WordPress upgrades with fewer API changes compared to Drupal 7 to 8 Upgrades where most of the API changed.
Big jump in the editor to CKEditor 5, boosting Drupal for a more up to date feel for editors, this is important.
Big change, Drupal 10 will employ version 6 of it’s PHP MVC platform (skipping version 5) upgrading from version 4.We can expect some API differences here.
Another big change will be the requirement of PHP 8.1. Some pretty big changes there but perhaps not as many as getting PHP 5 to PHP 7.
The main admin theme is called Claro. Do not know anything about this but many developers were using a different admin theme over Seven previously.
Similar change with the default them, which will be Olivero. Because most commercial Drupal sites use a custom theme, this change will not affect much.
We are promised a better Layout Builder experience, many are looking forward to that.
Decoupled should be supported more strongly with better experiences for devs.
