Something that's a little weird to me is that according to the Figment comics, Dreamfinder is only 28 years old
like what?
Like this guy has been thrown into another dimension, been kidnapped by music fairies, fought evil robots that were destroying London, and time traveled 100 years into the future
All while being 28
Like this guy probably just finished university and here he is with his imaginary friend he made when he was a kid and his Dream Maker that he made with his thoughts saving the world and having multiple crisis about who he is.
Like what the hell.
Not only that but Dreamfinder here has chronic anxiety, really bad depression, and a whole truck load of self-doubt.
I didn't know what I was expecting when I decided to read these comics about a purple dragon and a guy from 1910 but I was definitely not expecting a whole ass story about overcoming self-doubt and others opinions. Like this makes me want to see a movie about these two guys.
Felt inspired earlier this year to do a hyper cartoony take on Journey Into Imagination, and just in time for the 40th anniversary of Epcot Center. Disney park fans are starved for anything Figment it turns out.
I'm wanting to start up a Ko-fi and maybe an Etsy. You see I want to start making stickers and! Cuz I think it could be super fun, however I need to know in advance how many people might want to actually buy my stickers or just support me on Ko-fi. And I need honest answers here guys, okay?
I desire numbers so I can make sure this is a good idea. I've never done anything like this before, so I want to make sure it'll be worth it before I jump in. So yeah....
As for the kinds of stickers, I will probably end up making Stanley Parable and perhaps some Trigun and Figment stickers to begin with (maybe some ocs if there's a demand for it). As time goes on I will likely end up making more designs, so we'll see! *nervous laugher*
Getting up close and personal with Figment - and the original EPCOT Center Future World trash can design!
