Versus Whispy Woods, KDL3 style!

For some reason I remembered Whispy using his roots like spikes during this boss fight, but it turns out he doesn't do that at all in this game? Weird. Guess I was getting it confused with 64 or a different later game? Anyways shockingly I used Coo for this fight even though, as I've said before, I don't actually like playing as him lol. So he gets fucking PELTED during this fight but he's ok afterwards don't worry!!

I suppose the idea here is that all the bosses in this game are influenced by Dark Matter & that's why they fight, so Whispy's mind is only clear after the Dark Clouds have been excised from Grass Land.

I don't have much else to add. It's Whispy again! How many times have I drawn him by this point anyways? A lot I'm sure. He's everywhere! He'll only continue to be more everywhere from here I'm sure...

Given the games I tend to gravitate towards, it's strange how I haven't gijinkafied most the Animal Friends. I've drawn Nago once and Chuchu plenty of other times, but not these guys.

Rick I wanted to look a bit like a hiker, given that he specializes in land.

For Coo, I took inspiration from the Rito from Zelda, but also the bird folk from Oneshot.

As for Kine, he's just a merman. Just like his counterpart, he's great in the water but not-so-great on land (no legs).
