Tonight I made myself a pizza with red onions and mushrooms and it was tasty and nice
#food#airy cooks#i got these frozen balls of dough#each is enough for a medium pizza#you gotta thaw them#then let them rise till they about double in size#which in my house means you have to put the bowl into a cold oven (or the microwave)#with a bowl of steamy just boiled water#and leave it alone#dough will not rise properly of its own accord at our room temp#oh and there was fresh basil too!#for the brain scorpions#anyway after the dough ball rises that much you can roll it out and use it
