Hi darlings!!

I know I haven't been writing as of late, but I'm getting to my requests I swear I'm just swamped with things irl

To fend you beasts off, have some random Dogday stuff!!

Honey💛

Dogday was sweeter than honey, atleast to you. He'd nuzzle into your hands and smile up at you in a love drunk manner and feel perfectly content in your touch.

To him, you were like a beignet coated in sugar as white as snow and drizzled with burnt honey. To him you could do no wrong and just everything to him. He would die for you, he would kill for you, and he would live for you. Even without his legs, he stayed cuddled against you in your lap as you rested from tireless walking in the horrific place you used to be employed in. Your hands, calloused and dirty as they may be, touched his head and to him they felt like heaven.

He delicately nuzzles into your stomach with his paws finding their way to your waist, feeling your bones so frail and fragile in his touch. One squeeze and he'd break you; And yet he didn't. He could never break you, his angel. That would be blasphemous. The more he grows fond of you, the more he sounds like Catnap but he couldn't care less when he had you to love and care for like he had loved and cared for many others in his lifetime. But you were different.

You were broken, so very broken like a tea set you'd find in an attic but he still loved you regardless of your cracks and flaws and chips. You were like a tea kettle without a handle and with a hole shattered where your heart should be but he still found a way to drink the sweet honey tea from your heart that came oozing out. He was broken too after all, a shattered teacup barely resting on a plate. But you still loved him too despite him being unable to hold any tea for himself. No matter how much love you tried to pour into him it always spilled out but he'd try so desperately to hold onto it and some tea would still remain on the edges of his shattered porcelain.

You were sweeter than the word sweet and he believed that you should redefine the word to be your name and your story. A broken honeycomb that spilled sweet and raw honey while he was a fly that didn't deserve to be near it. Even your tears were sweet as they ran down your dirt covered face hiding your delicate skin.

You were as sweet and precious as honey with a heart just as golden.

After he woke up from his nightmare, he was traumatized and scared that he might actually kill his friends soon and his nightmares will come true. But thankfully that NEVER happened in the Smiling Critters’ cartoon world.

CatNap’s nightmares were real, but The Hour of Joy event and the giant version of CatNap doesn’t exist in his world. That only exists in a different universe.

So CatNap’s friends are safe, they are NOT going to be harmed or killed by him, and CatNap is not going to turn evil since he’s not like the Bigger Body CatNap who is loyal and worships to the Prototype. So cartoon CatNap is never going to become a villain or a killer in the cartoon world.

CatNap is feeling better now after DogDay cheered him up a bit and hugged him. But now that I finished this comic, I think this would be the first time he had a nightmare that felt real to him and saw a giant scary version of himself that made him freaked out. Maybe this would be his trauma and his biggest fear of becoming a monster by killing his friends.

CatNap loves his friends and of course he doesn’t want to harm them. DogDay and the others love him too, and they know he would never do that to them.

And as long as his friends are with him and there for him, CatNap will know that he’s not alone in the dark. He knows that DogDay and the others truly care about him and love him the way he is. Their relationship with CatNap wouldn’t change, even if he was being controlled by someone to do terrible things.

Anyway, I hope you like this comic and the emotional moment of DogDay consoling CatNap. ^_^
