The diet that is sustainable. The diet principle that follows staying in a calorie deficit. All diets are amazing if they work. Diets all follow a different method, however the principle always has and always will come down to being in a calorie deficit. That's why the 'What is it?' table is the most important in this graphic. If you want a diet strategy that will get you the right results and help you keep your results for life, you have to ask yourself which method is going to work best for you? Your personality? Your lifestyle? Your budget? Your mindset? Only YOU knows you. If you can give up carbs for good then keto could be for you. If you are happy having a short window for eating (maybe you're someone who can't stomach breakfast for example) then intermittent fasting might work for you. If you want to go vegan for ethical reasons, then this is the diet for you. As long as you can keep it up long term (like, forever!) then you'll always get or maintain your results.   No diet is good or bad. The way a diet is sustainable is down to you. Just be realistic in your approach. This is a way you would be better off eating for the long term, not just to get into that bikini for your vacation or that dress for the wedding. . . .
