Ahh I know what you mean!! It does feel like we know him better, and I will forever be grateful that he chose to show us this side as well. I'm very curious what he'll do in the future. I think he mentioned somewhere he will make brighter songs in the future? Idk I might've just imagined it. But I'm still happy he chose to talk about these things. We already knew how much the pandemic affected him (khm mots:e khm) but I feel like we know even more about what he's been through? Especially in Alone.

Yes, the promos were so good!! I still haven't watched the beat coin ep or the radio one, I only saw clips but I'm hoping to catch up on them soon!! I can't believe it's Jimin era and I'm missing stuff 😩 the music shows were so good??? I loved every performance my god and when he went on the actual shows and we could see him get his awards 🥺🥺🥺 and hobi coming and bringing him big bouquet of purple flowers 😭😭😭 pls he deserves every win he ever got and will get. I'm telling you the year end award shows are going to be crazy, we thought last year was bad when it was bts vs jimin vs hobi vs I don't even remember who was nominated 😭 and now it will be joon vs jimin vs yoongi vs hobi vs tae & jk if they release 😭 the girlies are gonna be fighting for those awards.

I have to admit I actually hated the fancalls akdjjdkska and I hate that Yoongi will do them to. Like OKAY the thought and intention behind them ARE SWEET OKAY. But I hate that 90% of them are just literal weverse army mentality of "jimin marry me". I did see very sweet ones too!! And I'm glad people were actually talking with him and congratulating him and everything but I will hate fancalls forever I'm sorry 😭 if it was up to me I would not let them do them, like I'm sorry sweetie but save yourself from the cringe 😭 Although that person who played set me free on piano was amazing, love that for them ❤️ but I did see someone dress up in a literal wedding dress, so no ❤️

I know what you mean 🥺 with Indigo and JITB I could very clearly choose favorites, and songs I didn't like that much (all of them are really good but sadly I have to have taste and preferences 😭) but with face I really struggled 😂 Not that I was trying to dislike any song from any album!! But I think if I had to choose one, I would choose Alone. No, I would definitely choose Alone. I fucking love that song and love the lyrics and his voice and the message and how I can relate to it and everything. I'm currently obsessing over 'Mayday, get me out of here' overlapping with the 'Day and night' line. But I can definitely say that I resonate with every song. I love his album and most importantly I love HIM and I hope nothing bad ever comes to him and fuck everyone who ever wronged him and I wish him nothing but success 💜 Idk how he can be any more successful than right now but oh well 😭 - 🦋

Yes he did mention that. Oh and definitely. Jimin rarely ever showed us or talked to us about what he was going through during that time except during the mots on:e endingment. God that had been a punch to the gut. But seeing the jimin of today who put all that hurt and pain so beautifully into an album that I'm sure resonates with so many people in so many different ways, I've never been prouder. Him saying that he has healed from those feelings just made me so happy, you know? 🥺 also face era kind of left me feeling empty. Not in a negative way but a 'what do I do with my life now' kinda way. Empty as in we saw soooo much of Jimin during this era that I was like "Ok what now? now that i won't get to see jimin what nowhdjhdj???" which is... kind of pathetic of me tbh but i can't help it bc theyre my constant source of happiness u know? like little breaks in my otherwise dark life rip. I'm so glad we have yoongi's promotions soon otherwise idk what I would have done 😭😭😭

I've watched half of the beat coin ep and I'm waiting on the subtitles for the radio show to watch it hehe (although i HAVE read all the live translations). AND PLEASE. The way the members support each other just makes me bawl every single time. Like even after knowing so well how much they love each other, when they do these things for each other, it just makes my heart sob. Pls when bts members get nominated for and win all those awards 😎 next bts is bts 😎

Oh ngl me too. Like yeah most of what I saw were really nice and cute and they complimented him and congratulated him but the others ... the one girl who was like oh but the name of my boyfriend is park jimin. stfu pls you got one minute to talk to him and THATS WHAT YOU SAID????? corny cringey grosssss and pls don't even get me started on the wedding dress pls i will start yelling out profanities. I really fucking hope to god no one says yoongi marry me during the calls 😭😭😭😭 but obviously i just know there will be some dumbass who will do it anyway.

And its okay you can watch the content on your own time. There was a lot so don't beat yourself up for it if you haven't had the chance to watch them yet 🤍

And yeah same. I really struggled with Face too. All the songs are my taste 😭😭😭 Alone makes me cry so much lol. Sometimes when I'm listening to Face and I'm not doing anything else while listening, I open the lyrics and read them (even though I probably know them by heart by now) and I always choke up. Same, I really hope he never has to go through these feelings ever again :((( he deserves all the happiness and all the success and even more. I'll always wish nothing but the best for him <3🥺

I was reading over your asks and there was one where you mentioned that you didn’t think FACE or Layover would have had as much success in the US. I had always assumed in my years being a US ARMY that Jungkook and Jimin were the most popular members here. I went to look at the charts to see if I could find any correlation and while Jungkook does have higher streaming power due to the SEA countries they seem to be very close in the US streaming numbers. So what I did was put all the weekly chart numbers and how many versions are combined. So since the 1st week Jimin has 2 versions combined and is averaging 150k per version.

Now JK had 4 versions the 1st week, 6 the 2nd – 7th week, and 8 versions from the 8th week. Now I don’t believe that everyone is streaming all those versions so I kept my average at 4 and that would be 160K streams. (If I averaged by 8 versions it would have been 111K which is why I disregarded averaging 8 versions) (All info from Kworb)

So I think those 2 do have a comparable fandom in the US but I don't think Jimin is super comfortable doing US promo yet, but he does mention having english lessons so he may be preparing for more promo in the west for his next project.

I agree that each solo release has been a different test for Bighit to see what works to impact the charts the best, and there has been a steep learning curve that some members have been subject to. For instance I think Bighit had issues with shipping which delayed some members albums so they didn’t impact the charts. Then different versions of the album, Indigo had 1 and weverse, Jimin 2 plus weverse. Layover 3 plus weverse.

I’m sure there is something else that I’m missing but the only thing I don’t understand from Bighit is why there wasn’t a file available for radio stations to play Like Crazy, Slow Dancing etc. I tried to pull up the radio requests but only 3d and Too Much come up for any of the solos. (Not even Seven??)

Aren't those weekly charts only for songs that are charting? I don't understand how you did the math. Are you talking about Face vs. Golden? Are those Spotify numbers? Still don't know much about Kworb so...

Jimin and Jungkook do have a comparable fandom in the US, though right now Jungkook has casual listeners and Jimin doesn't, I think.

Jimin mentioned English lessons before Face came out. He might be learning English just because it's a necessity. I don't think it's related to his next song/album though one might be coming (a song with Teddy whatever).

Seven was sent to radio before it came out, right? I don't know much about these things, as I've been repeatedly told these past few days, but even the English trilogy did pretty poorly on the radio, so I guess BH didn't bother trying with a Korean song and a song which wasn't even going to be very promoted in the US (unlike Seven, for which JK did radio interviews and a Today Show appearance at least)?

Abby has a 'CC 2017 A Year in Review' post. It's fascinating. Totally convinced me they are 100000000% correct. Darren and Chris were both at 2 events. Darren wore his God Save the Queer shirt. TLOS is definitely a representation of CC.Oh, there are pictures of them in similar poses!!! They tweeted on the same day!! Darren sang songs from Glee. I'm convinced. She really knows her shit. #sarcasm is dripping off this message, btw. She's a certifiable nutcase. Go read for yourself. its Hilarious!

I cracked up when she said they were both at the LA Women’s March with the several million other people who went. How is that different from “they both live in LA”?

The God Save the Queer T-shirt is her most treasured post-Glee “proof”. She is sure that he wears that because he is saying ‘I’m queer’. It isn’t simply that he is wearing a LGBTQ-positive shirt to an LGBTQ events. Darren and Mia’s entire group carried pro-LGBTQ and women’s signs at the women’s march.

They also both went to a huge Adam Lambert concert thousands of their friends. The man was on Glee and Darren never misses a music event... of course they went. One rando posted a Tweet claiming that Darren and Chris were talking and Abby buys it. His 27 likes and 4 retweets is proof enough for me! It’s cclove.

Darren and Chris both went to spirit day- a LGBTQ support event. That’s huge...why would both men attend an LGBTQ-positive hosted by their friend Justin Trantor if they weren’t together? It makes NOOOO sense. THEY WORE MATCHING OUTFITS, FFS!!!! Jeans, a Jean jacket and a t-shirt is not a common outfit for a 30-ish yo man at a causal event so IT’S PROOF. History is not wrong!

We cannot forget TLOS 6: A Love Letter to Darren Criss by Chris Colfer. Darren released a song called Lost Boys Life written by his brother that is clearly about a man on the road missing his love. But ccers immediately declared that Darren actually wrote it -plausible deniability-because it “reeks of CC”. That along with it’s Peter Pan reference and Chris’s dedication “Let’s never grow old together” is PROOF PROOF PROOF PROOF OMG ITS PROOF. And O.M.G. Froggy is on the cover in the Mirror that MorInA put him in and Chris is a petty dick so we know that is about Darren. He also called MorInA a goat - he’s such a misogynistic dick and I LOVE IT.

Also all the STFF stuff...how is she so obtuse?).

Oh I forgot they both posted childhood photos on the same TBT -nobody else did that...nope never.

Chris denied he watched AVPM -not because it’s been a decade and he forgot-or it doesn’t really mean anything to him but because CC IS SO ON. “Denial of AVPMI know for a fact this was not a planned question. He was caught by surprise and instead of answering truthfully, Chris got flustered and denied seeing AVPM when it has been documented countless times that not only has he seen it, he was a huge fanboy.”

Also these two nonsense statements “That time when Chris was asked if he kept in touch with D and he said “Kind of Sort of”The Promo Interview right before TLOS was released on the SocialIf it’s on social media, you’re not happenin’. I try to keep my personal life personal, and not mix the two. It’s hard to do, but I try.” All CC positive moments in 2017.

I’m just going to leave this one without sarcastic comment because it speaks for itself:

and Darren’s ccfamous tweet where he used a Batman gif saying “I don’t want this” is ccproof becuase he was telling us he doesn’t want his life but he’s in too deep to get out now

When will this end?

This was followed by Chris’ Epic Snap Chat, Don’t you wish your bunny was cute like me that can be found here (x)” in which Chris posted a filter of a bunny on his face and voice singing “don’t you wish your bunny was hot like me’ I would imagine that Mia must have used a similar filter somewhere int he last 6 months prior to this “so much shade” from Chris. Again he’s a dick.

And there was the time Darren waited over a week to respond to a tweet, a tweet posted on May 27. It should be noted he chose his tweet to respond of the likely thousands he was tagged in as i was right after the selfie and the CG show. Further, he replied right after Chris posted his Peru pic where he claims to have spent his birthday. (In other words I”m really grasping here)

I Don’t Mind” a song that is so clearly about Chris even though he has since mentioned he wrote it during his teenage years in San Fransisco. Her 2017 proof isn’t that he wrote the song about Chris but that he didn’t play it in 2017 even though it was on two playlists and he made a big to do about no playing it at Elsie Fest.

“Remember that Variety Article, an Exclusive About Indigo that originally contained this quote:Colfer’s news comes a day after his former on-screen love interest Darren Criss reunited with Murphy with a starring role on season three of anthology American Crime Story. So mysterious how it was edited out almost immediately”.

TLOS movie and ACS Versace moving to season 2 happened on the same day- I believe that movie news is in Variety on the same day hence it gets out to press on the same day.

Then we come to more mirror imagine photos -years apart

Darren sang Glee songs which means he loves Chris- Hopelessly Devoted

“The Day the Dance is Over The video from the first time we heard this beautiful and incredibe love song about a dedicated love full of obstacles (and every version since as continued to amaze)” Another song that plausible deniability was written by Darren not Chuck.
