Top 5 villains
Those are the top 5 villains that both the manga and I consider villains, which is why baby girl Kakuzu doesn't show up even though he's my favourite character ever :
Hidan. Scary, powerful, interesting, i love him both as a character and as a villain. The conclusion to his arc was shit. Also he's more of an antagonist than a villain bc he did nothing wrong in the manga, Asuma attacked him first. Still I give him 9/10 just for the sheer entertaining and scariness he brought with him for what little time he had in the show. Rest in peace baby girl.
Orochimaru. Not number 1 bc he was turned into comic relief later. Creepy, dangerous, strong, sneaky, he terrified me as a child. His facial expressions and his chara design are on point. The fact that the world is so cruel, esp towards war orphans, that they willingly go with him despite knowing about his plans adds another dimension to his character's existence. I love to fear him
Part 1 Itachi. He had EVERYTHING to be a memorable villain, and he terrified me almost as much as Orochimaru. That Tsukuyomi he put Kakashi under was BRUTAL. 10/10 assholishness
Hiruzen Sarutobi : listen idc if he's not a villain by the manga's standards, he is to me. Man's responsible for 90% of bad things in this series, and he's such a fascist he doesn't even realize he's in the wrong. I love to hate him.
Madara Uchiha. I love you babygirl but u suck as a villain. Like the buildup for his appearance? Phenomenal. His presence started as soon as in PART ONE with the valley of the end, and it keeps on increasing and increasing with more and more characters mentionning him, until Tobi reveals that he is "Madara". Then we see the real Madara and he's beyond powerful and intimidating. His motivations make sense. His presence is strong. We had all the ingredients for one of the best villains in anime history. His biggest flaw as a villain is that he's way too OP, to the point Kishi had to pull a rabbit out of his ass to kill him, and his plan is stupid. Ruined the whole villainy thing to me.
Honorable mention : Hanzo the Salamender. He was said to be strong, he was cruel, he was scary, he's the reason Nagato chose to turn to violence to bring peace and sadly his screentime is lower than Tenten. You tried ur best Hanzo.

Do 4, 21 and 30 for Kakuzu/Tsunade bc you've interested me in that one
- First impression of each other? Was it love at first sight?
Definitely not! Tsunade mistakes him for another debt collector, and Kakuzu thinks she's the spoiled grandchild of the man whose failure to kill ruined his life. Tsunade doesn't trust him for a while, both bc he tried to kill her beloved grandpa, and bc she only sees him as a soulless self-absorbed asshole obsessed with money. If she joins the Akatsuki and is paired with him, they'd fight and bicker a lot, and potentially destroy a few landscapes that way (both of them having volatile tempers and superhuman strength is a bad combo).
- Do they share any interests or hobbies?
Quite a few. Both Tsunade and Kakuzu canonically wish to be rich (although Kakuzu is better with handling money for sure) and are interested with money. They're both medical ninjas, and often discuss new techniques with each other. Tsunade is particularly interested in Kakuzu's unique body and how he's able to heal without using classic medical ninjutsu. Kakuzu's hobby is reading, and I can see Tsunade share that hobby with him, especially when it comes to medical and history books, although Kakuzu manages to get her hooked on ancient poetry. They both want to change the system, Kakuzu by destroying it and rebuilding a new one, Tsunade by revolutionizing medecine. They also love travelling and exploring new places. Being nukenin isn't all doom and gloom for them.
- Could they manage a long distance relationship?
I'd say maybe? They are both mature, older adults, used to a rough life. Being apart from each other for some periods of time wouldn't make either of them willing to cheat or act immaturely. The only struggle would be their loneliness and insecurities being triggered by the distance. Tsunade would be worried he'd get himself killed, and Kakuzu would often question whether she'd still be in love with him when they meet again. It'd take an already strong bond and a lot of work on both sides for them to be able to endure a ldr, but they'd cherish the times they do see each other anyway. They might have survived way longer than the average shinobi, they're still very much aware of how fleeting and fragile life is.
