We known that Dianna Agron had dated Taylor Swift , the Swiftgron from mid 2012 to late 2013. Then Taylor with Karlie around 2014 - 2015, Taylor with Lily Donaldson around 2016 - 2017.

While Dianna has several male flings after broken up with Taylor Swift, then she married Winston Marshall in 2016 until 2019, in 2020 Dianna divorce from Winston. No apparent proof that Dianna back again with Taylor Swift until now April 2022. Also, Folklore and Evermore albums, its all contain with sad songs. It is impossible if Swiftgron back, or Taylor really happy with Joe, then she release sad and hopeful album. If Taylor is happy, we will be got the happy songs like some songs in Red albums.

The rumours was Dianna closeted dating Molly Howard the owner of La Ligne clothing after Dianna broken up with Taylor.

However, everyone know that Olivia Wilde is notoriously bisexual that has substantial ability to lure any women and man. Dianna was moving from LA to New York. Guess who based on NYC; Olivia Wilde. Dianna working together with Jason Suedekis in a movie. We could speculate, that Dianna could also know Olivia from her fiancée, Jason. Then they hit-off instantly like Taylor and Karlie.

Dianna and Olivia have been known each other since 2013. We know that in 2013, Swiftgron broke-up. Dianna was fully broken heart with the 143 Twitter post that later deleted, ripped her heart out. GRYLES!!!

Rebuilding the Gryles Timeline expertly crafted here because I’m always afraid of broken links and people going private and losing data.

Not only is there a ton of great evidence that these guys were dating such as Harry leaving Nick’s place in the morning wearing the same clothes as he’d worn the night before, I’ve also got a friend who works in the UK music industry and she did tell me these guys did date. Nick is 100% out as gay so it really does all add up.

Gryles very obviously takes place during Haylor, debunking Harry as the 1989 muse, and if it’s not Harry you do have to wonder... who with green eyes and an obsession with Alice and Wonderland was heavily featured in Taylor’s life and then disappeared before 1989 - a breakup album about someone with green eyes who seems to relate to Alice in Wonderland drops?

You get it.

Anyway here’s Gryles:

This is a little game I like to call "let's talk about Nick/Harry dates and how they line up with Harry leaving and entering the country".

06. February 5th 2012 - Harry and Nick go to a Super Bowl party together.

One Direction in Sweden February 12th - 14th. (Came home by train on the 14th.)

07. February 14, 2012 - VALENTINE'S DAY!

08. February 18, 2012 - Stella McCartney Fashion show with Nick's mom.

09. February 21, 2012 - Brit Awards!

10. February 22, 2012 - They attend a party together. (Nick might have been DJing?)

11. February 23, 2012 - Harry spotted leaving Nick Grimshaw's flat in the same outfit he was wearing the night before.

The morning of February 23rd One Direction flies to the US for their tour and doesn't return to the UK until April 24th, 2012.

This trip is supposedly where Haylor 1.0 happens. Harry supposedly meets Taylor at the KCA’s on March 31 and they fall for one another. Taylor supposedly goes to NYC to be with Harry (even though she spends the whole time with Dianna) during the first week of April. Then they supposedly enter into a long distance relationship that is broken up because Harry was seen out with another girl.

All the while the last thing Harry does before he leaves the UK is spend the night with Nick and then the first thing he does is goes back to him.

Yeah, I’m not buying Haylor 1.0 it seems pretty clear to me that Taylor wanted to pin I Knew You Were Trouble on Harry as a big pop anthem to support her transition to pop. I think it’s even possible they faked Harry being spotted out with that girl or perhaps he and Nick had some kind of agreement. I’m not saying Gryles was always exclusive (they may have been), but regardless I don’t see Red era Taylor being cool enough to share her boyfriend with a man.

12. April 25, 2012 - Nick and Harry out together the morning after he returned.

Harry also calls into Nick's radio show on the 25th and confirms that the first thing he did upon returning on the 24th was meet up with Nick and Matt Fincham for drinks so one can theorize he probably crashed w/ Nick that night.

Harry goes to LA by himself on May 1st and returns to the UK on the 5th.

May 5th, 2012 - Harry out with Annie Mac and Nick. (Thanks to my anon for clueing me into this little gem of information.)

13. May 7th, 2012 - Harry and Nick out with friends

One Direction goes to Sweden from May 10th to May 16th.

14. May 17, 2012 - The Sun reports Harry driving Nick to work.

15. May 19, 2012 - Nick posts a picture to his instragram from the Kanye West/Jay Z show at the O2.

Who cares right? So he went to see a show. But then.

Hey guess what happened the very next day? One Direction flew to Boston on May 20th, 2012 to start their summer tour in the U.S. They're gone from the 20th to July 3rd.

16. July 5, 2012 - Nick and Harry attend the launch of Tinie Tempah's shoes line.

There's some downtime and vacation time here where Harry disappears for a week while Louis is France w/ Eleanor, Niall goes to Spain, Liam and Danielle are on vacation, etc and then One Direction goes back to work July 11th recording and doing photo shoots.

17. July 19, 2012 - Harry goes out with Nick and Aimee and tweets this.

18. August 10, 2012 - Harry attends Nick's 28th birthday party at La Bodega Negra.

Harry arrives back in London on November 16, 2012.

35. November 16, 2012 - Children in Need benefit concert

November 30th One Direction goes back to the U.S. for one off shows and MSG show. Haylor happens.

Harry returns to London on December 8th via Taylor's private jet and plays the Jingle Ball with the rest of One Direction. Harry and Taylor tour the UK together until December 15th when Taylor leaves for France. Meanwhile Dianna heads out on a mystery 14 hour long flight on December 14th.

36. December 16, 2012 - Roast Dinner!

One Direction returns to the U.S. for the X Factor USA finale. Harry stays in the U.S. and goes on a ski vacation with Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber, and Selena Gomez.

He returns to the UK on December 24th.

37. December 25, 2012 - Late night Christmas leftovers. (Yes they’re spending Christmas together, that’s boyfriend behavior!)

Harry and Nick both leave London on the 29th (Nick for Puerto Rico and Harry for NYC) Harry spends New Years with Taylor and Nick spends New Years with Pixie, Aimee, and the rest of the hipster crew. Harry and Taylor then fly to Gorda British Virgin Islands where they are supposed to vacation until the 7th. Taylor leaves on the 4th and Harry goes to Necker Island alone. Tabloids say Harry and Taylor have broken up.

And that’s it for Haylor!

One Direction fly to Ghana on the 12th or 13th and return on the 15th. On the 16th Harry calls into Grimmy’s show to talk about how Fincham DOES NOT LOOK LIKE A MEMBER OF ONE DIRECTION. Finchy asks Harry when he’s back and Harry says “in a couple of days”. (Small side note here that I don’t think Finchy and Harry are at the level of friends where they keep track of one another’s schedules so the only way Finchy could have known that Harry was heading back out of town to Japan that very day is if Nick told him.)

I'm not going to count this as a time they were together because I have no hard evidence, but the night of January 20th Harry was spotted in a grocery store buying wine and Annie Mac mentions on her show that Nick ditched coming over for dinner that evening to have a friend round to his house instead. We assume it was Harry, but w/o actual proof I don't want to say it concretely.

40. January 21, 2013 - Baking for Radio 1! (Tweet confirming the friend was Harry.)

Nick tells this story the morning of the 22nd about how he forgot he had to bake, so he got up from bed, went to the store for supplies, and forgot eggs. So, he texted his friend who was coming over to bring eggs and then Nick baked while his friend yelled at him to add more butter.

41. January 22, 2013 - Watching Great British Bake Off

Do what you will with this one. Obviously there is not definite way to tell if this is Harry or not, but given the evidence of the amount of time they spend together that has been laid forth thus far, I feel comfortable saying those are indeed Harry's legs.

nathaniel and alexandra were high school sweethearts from very powerful families. it seemed only natural that they be married as soon as they graduated; so, in august of 1977, alexandra and nathaniel were married in new york city. the next step was starting a family, which they got to as quickly as possible, resulting in the births of three boys. nathaniel and alexandra did everything that was expected of them, and somewhere along the way, those expectations began to weigh heavily. there was a great strain on the relationship, and the two could never seem to get as close as they once were. very quickly, they mastered the art of pretending: they had three boys to raise, after all, and it felt at times as if the world was watching. and in a sense, certainly, it was. every high society darling of new york kept a close eye on the vanderbilt-rockefeller couple, waiting to watch them crash and burn. nathaniel and alexandra, though they had long stopped holding each other at night, refused to give nay-sayers and gossip-mongers even the slightest sense of satisfaction. so, they overcompensated.

just under a year later, on january 09, 2010, alexandra grace rockefeller ( dianna agron ) was born. in the same year, sebastian was elected governor of new york. their second daughter, theodora antonia rockefeller ( madison iseman ), was born june 10, 2013.

and then, like grains of sand through his fingers, seb’s life began to unravel. he came home one evening to find amanda seated at the kitchen table, her cheeks tear-stained. she told him to sit down and explained that she had sent the girls to stay the night with sebastian’s parents. and then she gave him the worst news he’d ever heard: a routine checkup had revealed that she had cancer. in an instant, seb felt like the ground had gone out from under him, like the world was off-kilter. amanda died on october 20, 2015. after six years of marriage and eleven years of love and happiness, sebastian felt hollow, broken. he pulled through for alex and dora simply because he had to: they were all he had left.

sebastian and his brothers took vastly different approaches to life. where sebastian was all force and family pride, liam was placid smiles and effortless charisma. a raconteur and a charmer, he fit right in among high society, always finding a way to be the center of attention. even as a boy, he had a smile that caused his mother’s friends to shake their heads good-naturedly and exclaim that he would be a heartbreaker. liam is too nice for his own good, the sort of man who flirts without realizing, and he’s never satisfied with much of anything. there’s always something more, something better. all this to say that his mother’s friends who called him “heartbreaker” weren’t necessarily wrong.

and caleb... sweet, bumbling caleb. certainly the quietest of the family, and often lost in his brothers’ shadows. he never showed much interest in girls, perhaps because when he did he often wound up with a drink in his face. he doesn’t mean to be rude or to say anything offensive, he’s just never been very good at expressing himself. caleb is the baby of the family in age, in face, in demeanor. and it shows: he clung to his mother’s side well into his preteen years, trailed along after sebastian when he felt too unsure to be on his own. on more than one occasion caleb has bought someone a drink only for them to flash a pitying smile and explain that they were waiting for liam or sebastian. and caleb has come to accept that he’s terrible with women — terrible with people, really. every family needs a bookworm.

Groundbreaking new Melbourne project STH BNK appoints ASPECT Studios and Grant Associates

MELBOURNE, 29/06/2021 – As momentum continues to build on Beulah’s unprecedented STH BNK by Beulah development, world renowned urban design practice Grant Associates and international design practice, ASPECT Studios, have been formally announced as the project’s landscape architects.

Recognised globally for designing Gardens by the Bay in Singapore, STH BNK marks the first Melbourne based project for Grant Associates, as they join forces with the locally based studio of design practice ASPECT Studios, to bring this project to life.

Aligning with Beulah’s strong values of collaboration, Grant Associates and ASPECT Studios are working closely with UNStudio, Cox Architecture, global design and engineer firm, Arup, along with ‘living infrastructure’ specialists Junglefy, to bring to life the green spaces proposed in the winning concept from the 2018 Southbank by Beulah architecture competition.

The landscape envisions a scheme that merges with Southbank Boulevard, forming an intrinsic part of the public realm. The landscape design will be centred on the planted vertical facades and outdoor spaces that will create the world’s tallest vertical garden, stretching from the street level to the top of both towers. Via this series of outdoor spaces and green devices, the towers will pay homage to Victoria, known as the Garden State, symbolically bridging the iconic Royal Botanic Gardens with Melbourne’s Arts Precinct.

The proposal will challenge landscape pre-conceptions and will embed itself in a new fast forward vision of the public space, creating an attractive and desirable sequence of public spaces for residents and visitors.

Upon completion, this will include the Future Sky Garden, an expansive, transformative and usable conservatory space at the top of the tallest tower, while extended planted terraces will characterise the facing facades of the two towers as they twist towards each other, connecting people to nature and encouraging healthy city living. A visual beacon for the future of green skyscrapers, the towering vertical garden will push the boundaries of flora-infused buildings, serving to attract local birdlife, sequester CO2 and produce an abundance of oxygen and filter dust and pollutants from the air, improving oxygen levels into the towers and surrounding areas.

Adelene said the Beulah team is thrilled to have ASPECT Studios join the team, bringing their local and global experience, as well as their extensive knowledge of landscape architecture, urban design, and urban strategy.

“It is about creating a sense of place and a signature location for Melbourne and Australia, which connects people and nature, as well as promoting a healthy city community and we know the ASPECT Studios team can help us achieve this,” said Adelene.

On Grant Associates’ appointment, Beulah Executive Director Adelene Teh said the practice’s reputation, globally, is second to none.

“Making considerations for the team on this project is a monumental task as this will be a world-class precinct for the city. Through dynamic biophilic design, our vision is to redefine notions of retail co-creation, cultural possibilities, workplace innovation, the learning economy, sustainable living and urban belonging.”

Conceived as a conceptual extension of Southbank Boulevard, Southbank by Beulah will place a strong focus on culture, paying homage to Melbourne’s diverse population.

The project will enhance the lifestyle of all Melburnians and visitors through a diverse world class offering including; five distinct collections of private residences, public and green spaces, a rooftop sky garden, town hall, commercial offices, a six-star urban resort, childcare centre, a health and wellness precinct, arts and culture spaces and programs, as well as world-class experiential retail, all within two twisting terraced forms.
