How to deal w a partner who thinks you're lying, holding things back, and even cheating!! I am not doing these things but he thinks this by the most little things.
Example: I said I was showering at around 6 in the evening, he came around about 11 in the evning and the shower floor wasn't wet anymore so he thought I showered somewhere else with someone else.
I had 1 (idk how to call in in english) thing on my WhatsApp (you know that thing that gives an confirmation that your messages reach the other person) but I had 1 for 5 minutes and he thought I wasn't at home because of the 1 thing.
I have BPD so this triggers my anger a lot. Being disbelieved, devending myself altho I do nothing wrong and I am not cheating or lying..
He has an ex that actually did these things, but he cant disconnect these experience from our relationship. And also believes that he really has a reason to believe his thoughts...
It hurts because I will never say that I am worthy and beautiful and these things, but that 1 thing I can say about myself is that I am always honest and loyal... so it hurts.

Hello from Amritsar, the holy city of the Sikhs, in the heart of the Indian Punjab. I told many of you I would do a blog while I’m on this adventure—and tonight I feel the courage to make a start of it- with the fog of jet lag finally lifting, and things looking a bit more hopeful in the accommodation department.
After a relatively painless journey to the other side of the globe (170.00 well spent for exit row seats), David and I arrived in Delhi late in the evening of December 13. It was a challenge for our driver to find the Vandana Guest House- but we were warmly greeted by the inn keeper, who assured me that the late hour was no problem: he was up watching the World Cup match. The next morning, a car brought us to the Fulbright office in Delhi, where I had an orientation with Priyanjana Gosh and Pavitra Soram. After so many emails with them over the past months, it was wonderful to finally meet these two fabulous women in person.
A high point of the day was catching up with Executive Director Adam Grotsky, whom we first met during my Fulbright in 2010. We learned that Adam shares our love of dogs, and he introduced us to Patrick (the three-legged pup) and Juan – both rescued from the streets of Delhi. I will confess that I fell hopelessly in love with Patrick at first sight.
The next day, we headed to the train station for the six-hour journey to Amritsar. I’ve spent a fair amount of time in India, and this was not my first encounter with train travel. But trying to board a train with a ridiculous amount of luggage (yeah- we overpacked, and I also have all of my props for The Belle of Amherst), and a platform that required a steep climb up one staircase and a descent at the far end of the station required some help. The porters were more than willing- in fact aggressive in their attempts to assist. But our driver Ajay was not ready to allow the porters to charge us what he felt was a ridiculous price. After some unsuccessful negotiating, Ajay removed his pristine white jacket and insisted on helping us get to the platform (with the help of one porter, who carried two of our incredibly heavy bags on his head.) Ajay got us to the platform and adamantly refused to accept a tip. He was a lifesaver.
The Amritsar Shatabdi Express rolled into the station, and with the help of two porters, we got our luggage safely stored in the overhead racks. Six hours later, after crossing the Punjab plain, we arrived in Amritsar. After a generously-spirited porter helped us unload our luggage to the platform, David left me to guard our pile while he went in search of assistance. And then, out of the fog (literally)- our driver appeared. After that long and stressful journey he was, as my mother would say, “A sight for sore eyes.” He immediately gathered up an unreasonable share of our luggage, and soon we were deposited in his car and on our way to our temporary digs at the Fairfield Marriot Hotel.
The next day, we headed to the stunning campus of Khalsa College, which will be my place of work for the next six months. We were warmly welcomed by Dr. Devender Singh, the registrar of the college and head of Cultural and Youth programs. We had a chance to meet the drama students, and they shared a 2-minute section of the play they are currently working on based on the short stories of Manto. It confirmed why I pursued this collaboration in the first place. These students are passionate, hungry, and incredibly brave. I am so excited to get to work with them.
Unfortunately, an in-person look at the guest house accommodations proved that they offered very little privacy or space. I had such high hopes of staying on that peaceful and spacious campus. This was a big disappointment, and the last few days have been stressful as we attempt to find a suitable home for the next six months. My number-one concern: I cannot cross the road in front of the college every day to go to work. I will certainly have some sort of nervous collapse if I have to. If you’ve ever tried to cross a busy road in India, you know what I’m talking about. If you haven’t…imagine trying to cross a six-lane highway during rush hour (remember Eddie Murphy in Bowfinger)—and in addition to cars and trucks, there are auto rickshaws, bicycles, stray dogs, an occasional cow or wild pig, and the ubiquitous scooter. And they are coming at you from all directions. As my grandson Julian used to say when he was tiny: “No Fank you.”
But thanks to another Fulbrighter who just departed, we were put in touch with Sociology Professor Jasdeep, who immediately dropped most everything to join us on the hunt for a rental. Today, we may have seen the place we will settle on- although we will look at a few more tomorrow before committing. Things will feel a lot less overwhelming once that part of this adventure is settled. (The best part of the place we looked at today: two miniature versions of our beloved Tashi named Oreo and Cocoa. Oreo insisted I hold him as we inspected the apartment—much to the dismay of a very jealous Cocoa.)
Oh- and on a trip to the Trilium Mall yesterday…
I was stung by a bee who had taken up residence in my shoe. Ow.
The stone-faced security guard who patted me down in the private inspection booth reached into my bag, removed my tin of Trader Joe’s Ginger Mints, opened it (I assumed she thought there was something threatening hiding in there), popped two in her mouth, and then told me I could go. I burst out laughing…and she remained stone-faced.

Challenges & Suggestions: - The state solar policy is allowing 100% energy banking but right now UPPCL has allowed banking up to 25% only on the injected units which restricts maximum replacement from Solar Power.
To promote solar open access, the state must increase this banking limit from 25% to at least 85%. - Issues of land parcel size since being an agricultural state, it is difficult for developers to get major land parcels continuously. The government may help developers in getting major land parcels and smoothening the process.

Documentos filtrados revelan que Estados Unidos y Zelensky están reclutando terroristas de ISIS para luchar en Ucrania
El presidente de Ucrania, Vololdymyr Zelensky, está intentando reclutar combatientes de ISIS de las prisiones iraquíes y sirias para unirse a las Fuerzas Armadas de Ucrania y luchar contra Rusia, según documentos filtrados publicados en Medio Oriente.
La medida de reclutar a terroristas de ISIS condenados en celdas de prisión para que se unan a las Fuerzas Armadas de Ucrania cuenta con el pleno apoyo de Estados Unidos y la OTAN para luchar en su guerra por poderes contra Rusia, según los documentos.
Los detalles de las actuales discusiones entre Ucrania e Irak han aparecido en los medios de Oriente Medio. Estoy profundamente indignado por el contenido de esta nota y me gustaría hacerla pública, porque “los combatientes con experiencia en la lucha contra los rusos” mencionados en ella son ex combatientes del ISIS detenidos en prisiones en todo Irak. Renuncié al Ministerio y dejé Irak con mi familia, así que no sé cuál fue nuestra respuesta. Aun así, no quiero ver a esta gente libre, especialmente armada. ISIS son asesinos y terroristas y deberían permanecer encarcelados por el resto de sus vidas. Muchos países apoyan a Ucrania en este momento y le permiten violar las leyes internacionales. Aún así, ayudar a los terroristas es demasiado y no debería permitirse. También estoy consternado por la participación estadounidense en esto. En otro programa de entrevistas, el señor Arestovich reiteró una vez más su admiración por los terroristas:
“Están actuando muy correctamente, incluso tengo un cuaderno donde analizo con gran detalle al ISIL, las mejores prácticas en la gestión de sus negocios, la forma en que gobiernan. Esos métodos, el mundo los necesita, aunque esto signifique terrorismo, niveles medievales de crueldad, quemar viva a la gente, dispararles o cortarles la cabeza, etc. Este es absolutamente el camino del futuro”.
Si alguien más hubiera pronunciado públicamente estas palabras alucinantes, es muy probable que hubieran llevado a una persona a la cárcel, con cargos de actividades terroristas. Sin embargo, los altos funcionarios del gobierno de Ucrania respaldado por la OTAN tienen una inmunidad casi completa frente a cualquier tipo de procesamiento y simplemente se les permite decir o hacer prácticamente lo que quieran, con impunidad. Esto ya se ha implementado en la práctica.
Recientemente se publicó un vídeo en el que una actriz ucraniana identificada como Andrianna Kurilets se hace pasar por una campesina ucraniana degollando a un prisionero de guerra ruso, amenazando también a prácticamente toda la población rusa. El vídeo es bastante inquietante, pero lo que es aún más inquietante son los crímenes de guerra ucranianos cometidos contra prisioneros de guerra rusos, así como las amenazas directas de funcionarios ucranianos e incluso médicos, uno de los cuales ha declarado abiertamente que castrarán a los soldados rusos capturados. porque son “cucarachas”. Después de darse cuenta de cuán negativo era el efecto publicitario de estas declaraciones, el médico ucraniano se retractó de lo que había dicho y se disculpó.

A significant breakthrough has unfolded in Mumbai, as the Crime Branch successfully dismantled a counterfeit call center operating within the Andheri district. This operation has exposed an intricate swindling network that revolved around the fabrication of flight tickets to Canada. The scammers effectively hoodwinked unsuspecting individuals, enticing them with alluringly inexpensive airfare rates for travel to and from Canada. Alarmingly, a considerable portion of those deceived were residents of Canada who unwittingly fell prey to the fraudulent scheme.
Informant Tip Yields Action Against Marol-based Setup
The endeavor, led by Police Inspector Laxmikant Salunkhe from Crime Branch Unit Eight, was launched following an informant tip concerning a spurious call center operating within the Marol sector of Andheri. Employing a shrewd modus operandi, the fraudsters capitalized on popular social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook to promote discounted flight tickets to Canada, boasting reductions ranging from 15 to 20 percent. Unsuspecting individuals were coerced to submit their personal particulars through links embedded in these deceptive advertisements.

Executing their well-practiced scheme, they persuaded victims to transfer funds in exchange for the promised tickets. However, the victims were met with nothing more than fabricated flight reservations upon payment. Swiftly blocking the victims after procuring the funds, the scammers adeptly evaded potential repercussions.
In this labyrinth of deceit, Mumbai's Crime Branch has unraveled a sophisticated network that preyed on the aspirations of unsuspecting individuals, highlighting the paramount need for vigilance and stringent action against such fraudulent endeavors.
Unveiling a Nexus of Criminality
The police inquiry has laid bare an intricately orchestrated network of criminals steering a deceptive call center. Within this syndicate, the group enlisted the skills of graphic designers to meticulously craft counterfeit flight tickets. At the heart of this operation stands Mridul Ashok Joshi (34), the mastermind, who brings with him a history of cybercrime involvements across multiple locations, including Delhi and Noida. Notably, several of the apprehended suspects boasted previous convictions related to cyber offenses.
Confiscation of Vital Incriminating Proof
Under the guidance of DCP Raj Tilak Roshan, a dramatic raid yielded a cache of crucial evidence from the premises of the call center. The haul encompassed 28 laptops, 40 mobile phones, and two routers. This grand sweep of evidence accentuates the substantial gains these wrongdoers amassed daily through their deceitful enterprises.

However, Upasana Singh (35), a female suspect in the case, remains elusive and is currently subject to pursuit by law enforcement under the CrPC Act 41A.
