I mean, let's be honest! We all have been there. And even with all the mindset work, those lame excuses still pop up from time to time... this is called FEAR.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ That little inner negative voice is always SCARED of something... and will most likely always hang around too.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The trick here is to⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ONE: Be aware of the thoughts that come to your mind⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ TWO: Not let those thoughts control you⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ When we let our thoughts control us, we're basically letting them control our lives... we let FEAR run our lives.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ One thing I noticed from my coaches + mentors over time is that they are no different than you and me. They are human beings, with feelings and FEARS. Just like us.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ What they do differently tho, is that they approach their fears, head first, without exception. Posted @withregram • @graphic.maven FREEDOM of time is what I was craving for when I started my business.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I had no clue what I wanted to do, or achieve.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I certainly had no clue who I wanted to work with.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I had heard about ''fake it till you make it'' and how you HAD to hustle a lot to make a decent income.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I also had heard that when you were just starting out, you had to work for free or work in exchange for testimonials.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I tried most of these things... And guess what? It's not any of those things that got me where I am today.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ None of these things brought in consistent income or clients.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ None of these things made me a 6 figure biz owner.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ None of these things brought me ideal clients either.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I've tried many plans, strategies.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I've worked with many coaches.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It took me almost 4 years to get to the business I have today...
