It’s World Meditation Day. I meditate every day. I’m studying to become a meditation teacher. Slowly and surely. (shout out to my coach, and gratitude for your patience @iamlaurenhowe aurenhowe) I feel like I’m living in a meditation right now. I’ve been grounding into my world. Noticing what’s surrounding me. Up until recently I’ve been allowing things to envelope me that haven’t served. There’s been overwhelm, and confusion. My meditation stills that. Every day as I notice my thoughts I am detaching from them and observing their battle. Without judgement. Each day is new, each day I shed a little more. It’s not all stillness. Far from it. There’s moments though. Moments of peace, clarity and calm. Im allowing them to rise, shedding what’s not serving me. Letting go. Stay tuned to see what’s shifting. HECK NO! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Did I think I'd be where I am now? ... NOP!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Did I cry? ... YUP!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Did I doubt myself? ... ALMOST EVERYDAY⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Did I want to give up? ...
