Spoilers for Lesson 16

(There will be spelling mistakes until Tumblr let's me edit my tags without deleting the whole thing)

How come none of y'all aren't equally or atleast some what mad/hurt by Barbatos and Diavolo about what happened in Lesson 16?

Sure Belphie was the one that killed (a) Mc, but Barbatos and Diavolo knew that was going to happen in that universe and happily sent Mc. We know this because Barbatos address Mc in the lesson with a quick, "don't worry I picked the timeline where you live, Mc". Also canonically Barbatos can't use his powers without Diavolo's permission. You can't convince me that Diavolo wouldn't have known he was sending Mc to their death.

They are both complacent! They literally set Mc's death in motion!

#also on top of all that they didn't even have to do that scine they were possibly buying time to look into Mc's lineage about Lilth #actually no scratch that Diavolo probs wanted to let the brothers mostly Lucifer see Mc die #Diavolo's done weird/harsh (be it now less fucked up) punishments to his friends before #just look at the calling event or in the manga where he tell Barb to beat up the brothers for bickering during a council meeting #Dia likes watching people get punished and likes giving them maybe he though lesson 16 was a fitting punishment for us 🤷🏾‍♀️#long story short my mc would be terrified of all three of thise demons for a while #def dia and bard longer tho just b/c of how a I interpret the ending of everyone being happy Mc is Lilith's descendant #obey me #obey me brothers #obey me mc #obey me diavolo #obey me barbatos #obey me rant
