Hi everyone,
We continue designing articulated pet toys for your home 3d printer (FDM or Resin). So meet Weenie the dachshund dog or sausage one.
The dog's body consists of 2 parts and has articulated legs and the tail. The head is moveable.
The dog is available as an archive of STL files for your 3d printer. You can get the files on Cults3d
It was such fun to develop this doggy and we're very pleased with the result!

I've been having such a nice time with my little online vintage shop 🥹 So many buyers share their stories with me, which I adore, and the other sellers/collectors are so supportive and fun to chat with. It's nice having people who get why it's so exciting to find this little 70's mug or that set of 60's placemats.
#a lady bought some mushroom placemats from me#for her mushroom-loving 4 year old nephew#then sent me some photos of the little guy holding some huge mushrooms and beaming#and just hearing her gush about this little dude with his special interest#warmed my heart#another lady bought two brass dachshund figurines from me#then sent me pics of her identical irl doxies 🥹#also... idk if this could ever be a full time thing for me#I am NOT making tons of money#but I could see it being that someday#and that's cool#i like the rhythm of it#the creativity in terms of staging and photographing items#the sense of community#the excitement of making a sale or finding a cool piece#the quiet moments of organizing and prepping#it feels good

It takes Steve three days to notice it.
“What in the hell am I looking at?” Steve asks, expression flummoxed.
“That, my dear, is my newest creation,” Eddie says proudly, looking from the yellow painted dachshund/banana figurine back to Steve's face.
He hid it on their bathroom counter, half-obscured by the face wash Steve uses at night. He’s been waiting with baited breath for Steve to find it, lingering by the doorway while Steve washes his face.
Steve picks up the figurine Eddie painstakingly made and holds it in his hand, marveling at it.
“I love him,” Steve says, biting back a grin. “What’s his name?”
“Banana Dog,” Eddie says and Steve wrinkles his nose.
“You can't name a banana dog ‘Banana Dog’. That’s so lame.”
“You name him, then,” Eddie says, crowding closer, wrapping his arms around Steve, kissing his temple.
Steve hums and looks at Eddie’s reflection in the mirror. “He looks like a Jerry.”
Eddie snorts. “Jerry? Okay. Jerry, the banana dog, it is.”
“Tell me about him?” Steve asks, leaning back into his embrace.
Eddie tells him about how the party will meet Jerry and Steve listens on with adoration in his eyes the whole time.

1. Named after anyone?
Technically? My parents mashed together the names of two religious figures to get my name.
2. Last time you cried?
...yesterday. I cry very easily, and I was sad that my plans to go to the mall today had fallen through, and also I was anxious about the concept of emotional vulnerability (separate from the mall thing).
3. Do you have kids?
Nope. I do have a dog, though. He's a grumpy old man but he's also my baby son child whom I adore.
4. What sports do you play/have played?
I played soccer when I was a lot younger, which was the only sport I ever really liked. I also played basketball in fifth grade, but I didn't like it very much. Haven't played any sports since.
5. do you use sarcasm?
Mostly just to tell my family members that they are "so funny. hilarious. a comedian." when they make short jokes about me. I also say things along the lines of "this is a fantastic idea that can only end well for everyone involved." about my obviously bad ideas. Other than that, not a lot.
6. First thing you notice about people?
Hair. There are people in my classes who I know nothing about other than the fact that I think they have very cool hair, and it makes them stick in my mind.
7. Eye colour?
Blue.
8. scary movie or happy ending?
Happy ending.
9. any talents?
I get a lot of compliments on my writing. I also think I'm good at climbing, but only things that aren't strictly meant to be climbed. Oh, and I have a talent for naming things. (Plants, stuffed animals, figurines, drawings, etc. The exception to this is my ocs. For some reason, I can never give my ocs cool names. All of their names are boring.)
10. where were you born?
USA.
11. hobbies?
Writing! Almost any form of it! I love writing, and I don't really have a ton of other hobbies that I can remember.
12. any pets?
The previously mentioned dog. He's a mix of several small and scruffy dog breeds, probably has some dachshund and yorkie, maybe schnauzer as well. He's a very good boy who has a lot of audacity sometimes. (He climbed onto my lap during dinner, sat there, waited until I was distracted, and calmly ate a slice of pizza.)
13. How tall are you?
Not sure, but I have only one friend who is shorter than me that I know of. Also my siblings are on track to outgrow me, a dilemma which is the bane of my entire existence.
14. favourite subject?
English/Composition. I love writing, and it's a class I'm good at.
15. dream job?
Currently, some kind of library worker/assistant. I love the idea of helping people and being a part of all the resources that libraries offer, but I also don't really want all the pressure and time-consuming stuff that goes into a higher-level librarian job. I guess the actual dream would be working as a library volunteer, I've done that and absolutely loved it but that's not a paying job. I'd also like a job that allows me to write in my free time.

a pink plastic dinosaur. a collection of erasers shaped like fruits. two squishmallows. a small wooden bird. a few chipped ceramic bowls. a metal figurine of Pooh & Piglet holding hands & a balloon. an old tea cup. one too many empty jars. as a child I used to proclaim not everything worth keeping has to be useful. my bedrooms were always shrines for the sentimental - bits of paper notes from friends, a ticket stub from that one performance of Matthew Bourne’s Swan Lake, an old fortune that reads patience is one of the hardest virtues to master. two sets of tarot cards. a choose-your-gender print that hangs above my dresser. metal angels with quotes from Laura Ingalls Wilder & Eleanor Roosevelt. a painted leaf your sister made you as a gift. your baby yoda collection. now, I don’t always know the end of my belongings or the beginning of yours. a stuffed dachshund & a stuffed Appa & a narwhal Pusheen. boxes packed with all the things we must carry through this life. a tiny crocheted mushroom. I’ve never been more excited by the word ours & a bedroom & a wreath. plants on the windowsill. a string of lights above the door.
