What's the best money ever spent? I don't have any one answer, but one of the TOP on the list is this lovely commission from the talented Pangsit Rebus (pangsitrebus101 on twitter)!
I asked for an except from a fanfic of mine, and they made me ship my OTP all over again~!
If you wanna get a great comic of your own, you can commish them right here! --->
Thought I would share this headcannon since I’m super bored. I headcannon that King Dice internalizes his pain while the devil externalizes it. You cannot look at those two and not immediately guess how they deal with their issues.
King Dice is a man whose appearance means everything to him. He wants everyone to see him as cool, calm, and in control as possible. He tries to hide all of his negative traits/attributes as best as he can so he can be seen as a symbol of perfection. He also probably has no idea how to deal with his negative emotions. He tries so hard to push down all his stress, sadness, and feelings of worthlessness so he doesn’t have to deal with them.
The devil on the other hand doesn’t give a fuck. He wants to seem unhinged, and he wants others to know what happens if you displease or anger him. He’s also not afraid to show you just how he feels about you. He also seems to take pleasure in the suffering of others as it brings him some sadistic glee in seeing others more miserable than himself.
They have very different ways of dealing with their issues. But, neither of them are all that healthy.
For King Dice’s case trying to hold in all your negative emotions doesn’t work. All that does is build them up more and more until the problem is too difficult to ignore. For the devil taking your rage out on others may feel good but it also can leave you very lonely. As seen in the show the devil also wants affection and to e adored by others. But because of his reputation and his inability to be vulnerable to others that may be a very hard want to achieve. In short, they both are very sad men who need healthier coping mechanisms.
