It's funny how in 'Cant stand to see you so lonely ' y/n was with Mark for 4 months and slept with him so soon even when he was an asshole.But with harry she keeps leading him on and there was not even one kiss .

i mean i never stated when she and mark first slept together, but i understand that sex in a relationship is viewed differently for everyone and everyone is entitled to their own opinions of course :))

but, if you’re curious for an explanation then it’ll be below the cut cause it kinda got really long cause ya girl loves to ramble lol.. 

basically i would say y/n didn’t sleep with mark till about two weeks into their relationship. she’s a bit of a horny 23 year old that was dating a pretty attractive young man. like i imagined mark looking like the actor max irons. then after mark got a few good sexual experiences with y/n he kinda grew bored of it, a typical trait of a cheater, and he had sex with other people. and as pointed out before, mark wasn’t really around much during those 4 months of them dating either so it wasn’t like she was having sex every day with him. and sometimes his attitude would be too much when he was around and she would just turn her back on him and sleep, not even giving him a kiss goodnight. overall, sex wasn’t a huge factor in that relationship, and so what if it was, fill that need girl. ya know what i mean lol

as for harry, i feel like it wasn’t a super sexual thing till the last bit there in part 3. or at least i tried to make it that way. i wanted to make a clear like attraction and connection between them, but not be super heavy on sexualizing it cause they both just wanted to be friends before anything because of how great their connection is. i don’t think it was really about her leading him on, more just being a bit drunk and letting herself kinda free and not overthink too much as she hung out around him. which lead to her being a bit of a touchy drunk and harry didn’t mind one bit trust me. and she didn’t kiss him because of how soon her breakup was. it’s just not really all that classy to break up with someone and then just go kissing someone the same day or whatever. 

there will be a few details about how y/n and harry felt about their touchy drunk flirty night in part 4 too btw.

and also if u actually read all of this rambling.... their first kiss is coming very soon i promise!

Cant stand to see you so lonely fanfic needs some angst i think ,maybe she breaks his heart and he finds new girlfriend .Just for a new twist ,I dont know why but from 1st chapter it feels like harry tries too much for her and she never seems sure ,she never had a problem while coming into relationship with mark .

i don’t think i’ll be putting much angst into cstsyl (which there may or may not only be 1 official part left of) BUT my next fic that i’m sort of planning does have angst - like a lot.

as for how you’ve interpreted the feelings, all i have to really say it that harry’s just naturally a very nice and well mannered person, and as stated many times in previous parts he also has a case of fast infatuation with people too. maybe making it seem like he’s “trying too much for her”, but that’s just how some people act for the people they have feelings for.

now as for y/n, im a little confused cause i personally dont think i’ve written it that she’s not expressing how she feels towards harry. she constantly, even when dating mark, said how she felt very deep feelings for h. and i never really wrote much about her relationship with mark either, so im confused on how you’ve thought that she didn’t have a problem with her feelings with mark. i feel like i explained how she was very unsure about mark actually. so the complete opposite lol...

regardless, you’ll see in part 5 that they both show and tell each other how they feel ☺️

hey “leading him on” anon, sometimes people don’t wanna jump too quick into things with people they feel great potential with!! maybe she slept with mark so quickly bc deep down she knew it wouldn’t be much of a thing, and maybe she’s waiting w harry bc they have an amazing connection that she doesn’t want to ruin and there’s so much more potential w h than there ever was w mark! those are my thoughts tho lmao

this is a very correct assumption about the situation i’ve written!!! like yes y/n started dating mark and hoped that they would grow to fall in love with each other and have this amazing connection but it obviously didnt happen, so the sexual aspect of their relationship wasn’t a huge deal to her. or him, hence him cheating. but then with harry y/n definitely just doesn’t want to mess this whole thing up because of how lucky they are to have such an amazing connection right off the bat. so sex will probably be a bigger deal between them.

that being said, the “leading on” will soon come to an end as you’ll find out in part 4 🥰
