Asiago cream cheese 1 salted egg yolk 1 tsp Parmigiano Reggiano 15gr Butter 10gr. Summer Truffle Preparetion: boiled spaghetti in 2lt. Water (30gr. salt) Mix Asiago cream cheese, Butter, Parmiggiano and 2 TBS of Pasta water, mix all and add boiled pasta in. Decored with Summer Truffle and Salted egg.
