They're following it up with an Owen doc so between this and that I'm in full "hurt me good" mode.
I watched it. I thought it was very well done and on the mark. Took me right back to that place, though. Painful. Be sure to watch the after show with Chris Gethard. Love him. Tho the preview said that the next episode is about New Jack?
David Benoit is in the documentary a lot and his bits are probably the toughest to watch -- he is the spitting image of his dad and it’s just. So unfair what the business did to his father.

Your mom’s BFF got to deliver the immortal line “no one’s blowing anything out of their assholes!” I stan!
she also got to be Barney’s first time on How I Met Your Mother! She’s a really good comedic actress. My mom went to a performing arts college because she wanted to be an actress so there’s a lot of pretty famous alumni from good ol’ Illinois Wesleyan, but she got cold feet and went for a practical Elementary Education major in the end. Stephanie recently played Sandra Day O’Connor in a stage play opposite Tovah Feldshuh playing RBG about the two justices’ longtime friendship which sounded so cool. They were in the same sorority, and I was a goth chylde and rolled my eyes hard at sororities when I went to “college,” but my mom is still friends with like all of her AOPi sisters 50+ years later so I mean, I guess I’m the clown lol.
I’m making her a big pretty AOPi cross stitch for Christmas in the colors she has her house decorated in, or I was -_- until my health decided to ambush me, so it’ll be a late Christmas present. Suckitude forever. I’ll just have to show it to her half-finished. This health attack has really ruined Christmas and a lot of things in my personal life.
