Hai visto il primo episodio di Ricciardi? (Nuova stagione) se sì, come ti è sembrato?

L’ho visto! Mi è piaciuto, però, al netto della nuova sigla, pazzesca, ho come la sensazione che ci sia qualcosa di molto diverso dalla prima stagione? Quel che mi piace di questa serie è l’atmosfera noir e decadente, e devo dire l’ho sentita meno, in certi punti mi sembrava quasi di star guardando un Montalbano in costume aha. (Poi sono abbastanza dubbiosa per questa nuova storyline della prostituta, completa di discorsetto “poveri uomini che vengono da me perché le mogli li odiano”?? Our expectations per i personaggi femminili were low, but.)

Oh my God Commissario Ricciardi, you hapless English homosexual trapped in the body of a straight Italian, how are you still prissing your way across Naples, repressing so hard that when yet another hot aristocratic lady is like "would you hold this for a second? It's my underwear" you're like "why far be it from me not to help you with that completely random and totally platonic problem you're having."

One moment of silence for poor Ricciardi who:

harbors quiet, deep, and secret feelings for his longtime neighbor, sweet Enrica (the young teacher who loves him back but the story is long);

is deeply loved and desired by the former soprano Livia whose case he solved brilliantly... and so far, if I'm not wrong, she's the only one with whom he shared some intimacy;

seems unexpectedly on the same wavelength as Countess Bianca di Roccaspina, who - I read - will be a very important character in the last books. Also, both are from nobility, but Ricciardi appears to have returned his title, choosing a civilian life and his job as a Police Commissioner (aaaaw, I love you being and an ancestor of Cagliostro and Vanessa 👍);

shared a deep bond with his late mother, from whom he inherited what he considers a curse, the ability to see and hear the last words said by the dead, to the point of keeping everybody at distance and to the point of avoiding personal relationships because he's frightened that a child of his own could inherit the gift/curse.

The Party Police: you don't have a family, you aren't nor married nor engaged, you even don't attend brothels... you are a very good friend with the M.D. Modo and you even went home with him... You're gay!

Il caso di oggi non mi ha interessata particolarmente, però tutto il resto sì! 🙈

Questa Ricciardi Protection Squad di inizio episodio, comparsa dal nulla ma super efficace mi è piaciuta troppo. Nonostante anche Bianca si sia messa in mezzo tra Ricciardi ed Enrica, non mi risulta antipatica come Livia. È ovviamente interessante, ma la trovo (almeno per il momento) emno insistente.

Il finale dell'episodio mi da qualche speranza per Ricciardi ed Enrica! Io incrocio le dita, che sicuro con la puntata di domani non risolviamo, ma forse nella prossima stagione posso sperare in un risvolto positivo per loro. Mi fanno prendere 5000 colpi a puntata sti due...

Oltre a Ricciardi e il suo fan club, come sempre ho amato troppo Maione e Bambinella. Hanno un'amicizia troppo bella loro due! 🙏🏻 Non mi stufo mai dei loro battibecchi.

Curiosa riguardo al figlio di Maione e cosa gli capiterà...

Non ci resta che aspettare l'episodio di domani sera!

How has it taken me 10 episodes to realise Luca "Sopravvissuti" is also Commissario Ricciardi. I just couldn't see it until he was wearing a lot of black and expressing Suffering with his cheekbones somehow.
