I just realized, something I never really went into details about before on this is blog is something all the red eye disease. And I never did that because it's not something super important, it's just a neat little trait thing. It's like another version of heterochromia in essence.

It is simply a genetic trait that some children are born with that cause their eye color to be red, even if neither of their previous parents or even grandparents have such an eye color. It's a trait that can be dormant in a person's DNA line for extremally long time, & skip many generations, before finally making itself known. It will typically only effect one single child a couple has in such case & then return to being dormient again. The red eyes can also fade away as the child ages & become any one of the child's parents or grandparents eye colors in such cases, though it's proven that children whose eye color remains red all their lives have a stronger chance of passing it on to their children. It's not really know how the genetic trait in itself works, only what's know to happen to those who have it.

This trait has also been known to cause more then a few problems among couples. As children born with the red eyes, when neither of the parents or grand parents have such a trait, usually lead one of said parents believing the child isn't theirs. This does in fact remain a problem to this day, even with the knowledge of the disease being public world-wide.

Examples of characters to have the Red Eye Disease:

Princess Suzanne Ying li Fiorenobila(her eyes were red as a child, but turn black as she grew) & Prince Slane Exeter li Fiorenobila(eyes remain red his whole life)

Half Prince Tyler Ye of Tempete(Was a trait that was actually passed on from his father, but everyone believes it came from his peasant mother, as both the former king & the former king's legitimate son, & the now current king of Temepte, do not have red eyes)

Princess Sophia de'Lareryth Heart of the Lareryth Empire(Was one of many things used by Viola-Anne to conceive the Princess's father to leave her mother to marry her instead)

Prince Rifki Volusiarus of Ignis(his mother, his father's concubine, has had red eyes her whole life & passed it onto her son)

Dixion Sheldon Bexley, Blair Colleen Bexley, Charles Alnwick Bexley, & Kassandra Annette Bexley of the Camellian Bexley Duchy(all received their red eyes from their fathers, Dixion, Blair & Charles all eventually had their eye colors change as they grew, the same is expected to happen to Kassandra)

Brothers Oscar Tristen Fitzpatrick & Jeremy Miles Fitzpatrick of the Camellian Fitzpatrick Duchy(the trait was dormant their mother & present in their father)

Mary Raymonda & her daughter Penelope Raymonda of the Camellian Raymonda Viscounty(both had the trait passed on from their mothers)

The upcoming character Duke Dedrick Ada Odette of the Duchy of Hollie(is a source of social conflict, more so because his eyes never change color)
