Portgas D Ace X CisFem Reader
1
It was a crisp November morning, not quite the time of year for snow but certainly cold enough. You had just finished a night of data entry for one of the two insurance companies you worked for. This wasn't how you'd pictured your adult life, though honestly you weren't sure what you were supposed to picture. When people asked you what you wanted to be you shrugged.
Not being very social in school and inheriting your grandmother's home at a young age, you just slipped into a reclusive lifestyle. Hermit life chose you and it suited you just fine. You found a job you were great at, could make your own hours for and best of all didn't have to deal with people. You were just soaking up that sweet hermit life with your adorable but protective blue nose bull terrier, Kuma.
You wanted to name him bear because when you found him near the creek you'd initially thought he was a tiny cub, really, he was a beefy pup. Bear is such a used-up name for a dog, so you researched the word in different languages settling on Japanese.
"We should go to the store today." You mused as Kuma settled next to you on the porch.
A cold breeze stripped the nearby trees, carrying along the scent of chimneys down the lane. You sat quietly for a few minutes watching ripples travel across the pond nestled at the mouth of the forest. It was indeed a nice autumn day. You closed your eyes listening to the wind shift debating over having a nap before going into town. A high-pitched whistle caught your ear. There was some distance to it starting out high and getting lower as whatever it was neared. You assumed it was a charter plane, out here that was pretty common. Photographers were always trying to get a good shot of the forest meeting the bluffs that hung over the bay. But it wasn't the right time of day for that. You opened your eyes as the sound grew louder and alarmingly close. Kuma stood puffing out a low growl shifting his ears back.
Then you caught sight of the source. It wasn't recognizable - just a black ball that seemed to be on fire?
A meteor?
You rose as it plowed into the earth sending a tremor through the house. Kuma jumped off the porch following as you made your way toward the small plume of smoke.
Your breath hitched while you stalked closer, it was a man.
A man...fell from the sky.
How he wasn't splattered across the bank of the pond was beyond you. In fact, he looked quite peaceful. Freckles dotted his lifeless face. You bent over him brushing the soft black waves that had tangled with his lashes. A frown ghosted your lips for the stranger. You'd have to go get your phone to call the police to pick him up.
His blood-soaked chest heaved startling you and sending Kuma into a protective stance. His eyes snapped open wide, pupils dilating in a mixture of fear and pain as a scream tore through his throat. You held up your hand signaling Kuma to sit while the stranger writhed and blindly reached for someone who wasn't there.
Slowly you stepped closer taking his hand, gently brushing your fingers passed the bruises on his wrist. Humming softly, you tried to get him to focus and catch his breath before pulling him into your chest. He continued to huff and mumble to himself as he shivered in your arms.
"I've got to get you out of the cold. Can you walk?" You pulled back.
His head lulled over your forearm.
Great he passed out.
It took almost an hour to wrestle the man into your wheelbarrow and drag it through the house. Kuma followed closely keeping his gray eyes fixed on the sleeping stranger until you dumped him onto the bed. While he slept you cleaned the blood off his bare chest revealing not a cut but freshly scarred flesh.
"What happened to you?" You whispered moving to remove his worn black boots.
Kuma climbed onto the mattress and curled up with the raven.
"Oh, you like him huh?" You asked the dog who merely huffed shutting his eyes.
Figuring he'd sleep for a while you decided to leave him in Kuma's care and head to the store. Your usual anxiety about dealing with public places had faded while you pondered what to do about the stranger. No one would believe that a human fell from the sky seemingly unscathed and was sleeping comfortably in your unused guest room. It seemed more like a plot for a comic than anything remotely possible in real life.
After picking up some essentials and some spare clothes for your guest you parked the old beetle in the gravel drive that lead up to your small house. Kuma met you at the back-door woofing and pacing between you and the hall that lead to the guest room.
"Is he awake?" You asked only getting a more excited response from the dog.
You placed the groceries on the counter keeping the bag of clothes with you and made your way down the hall. The ravenette had curled up facing the window. A large tattoo covered the middle of his muscular back. You couldn't make out what it was exactly because an almost identical scar from his chest marred the inked skin.
"Where am I?" He rasped in a sad husky tone.
"Portland." You replied dropping the shopping bag  in the doorway.
"I've never heard of that island." He murmured.
"It isn't an island, it's a city in Maine." You raised a brow, "What's your name?"
He rolled over to face you not bothering to move his wavy locks from his garnet eyes.
"Ace. Portgas D. Ace."

Fake Dating AU - Part 2/3
This was nice. Nesta could manage this – a pool in the blistering heat with a book in her hand. It was the beach she did not like. The sand got everywhere. Sea salt made her hair dry and brittle. And she did not want to think about how many fish brushed past her legs.
Rather than rushing in at the last second, Nesta had opted for an earlier flight to the others since she was coming from further afield on a job. She’d finished her work up on the plane, so had a few hours of blissful silence. The others were coming much later. She knew because Feyre had asked if they wanted to travel to the airport together. That was code for Feyre needing backup managing Nyx on the lengthy flight. Whilst Nesta loved her nephew dearly, the idea of a squealing child soiling their diaper for hours beside her in a contained space did not spark any joy. Mom and dad could handle that one.
Nesta lay on a sun lounger beneath a tree that shaded everything except her legs. It was dangerous territory to get a tan two days before Elain’s wedding. She didn’t want tan lines or sun burn spoiling the photos as an everlasting memory of her pale skin being subjected to sunlight for once.
Deep into her book, a child splashed her foot. She ignored it until it happened again and again and again.
Forcing out a breath, Nesta forcibly pressed her book down beside her.
‘Do you mind?’
It wasn’t a child at all. Stood against the wall of the pool, with his forearms resting on the edge, a familiar face grinned at her. ‘I thought you were deliberately ignoring me.’
‘I was,’ Nesta sniped back.
Eris, Lucien’s eldest brother, gave her a crooked smile. ‘I thought you wanted a date for the wedding.’
‘No splashing and I’ll consider it.’
He hauled himself out of the pool and Nesta could admit that her eyes tracked the bare expanse of his chest and stomach. His body was lean, the shoulders beginning to freckle from the sun. There was something about hairy legs, slick with water, that also always drew Nesta’s attention too.
Eris pointed to the spare lounger beside her. ‘Do you mind if I move my things beside you?’
‘Sure.’
For a while, they caught up on the last few months. Eris remained a workaholic, just as she did, and his phone beeped constantly with pictures of his dogs who a generous friend was taking care of while he was at the wedding. She filled him in on her life which lasted all of two minutes. She hadn’t seen Feyre or Elain since the engagement party. Work remained hectic, taking her to every corner of the country, usually in quick succession. And that was about it.
‘Why didn’t you fly in with Lucien?’
‘He’s coming with Elain,’ explained Eris. A slight blush stole across his cheeks. ‘And my father wouldn’t be caught dead flying with the commoners so he chartered a private jet – and let’s just say I’m a little spoilt.’
'A private jet? Ugh. So spoilt. Where are your parents?’
Nesta craned her neck to sweep the various loungers for a number of red heads, but came up short.
‘He will probably burst into flame if he steps into sunlight,’ Eris said with a snort at his own joke. ‘My mother has taken him to a museum which he will also loathe. He’s already complained about the temperature. I almost think Lucien wanted it here in the hope that our father wouldn’t attend.’
For a while, Eris left Nesta to her book while he read his own. She opted for a grizzly horror whilst Eris read a philosophy book that was better suited for swatting mosquitoes. When the heat became too much, Eris leapt back into the pool and did a couple of lengths.
‘You are beginning to resemble a lobster,’ called Nesta.
His feet gave a splash as he dived under and swam back towards her. In another feat of muscle, he launched himself out of the water. Not surprising her, he shook his auburn hair like a dog.
‘Better not ruin the photos.’ A generous amount of sun cream was tipped into his hand then Eris went to work on slathering it over his body.
‘Lean forwards,’ murmured Nesta. She scooted to the edge of her lounger and rubbed the excess cream into his back where his arms couldn’t reach. ‘Turn.’
Eris did an exemplary job of keeping his amber eyes solely on her face – and no lower to her bikini top – while she gently smeared sun cream on his face. The skin on his nose was already pink.
‘Stay in the shade.’
‘Is that an order?’
‘Yes, unless you want to be glowing in the photos.’ She tapped the end of his nose.
Later on, when their stomachs began rumbling, they headed off together in pursuit of food. In the heat, Nesta wanted little more than a salad. When Eris wasn’t acting as her shield against man-child ex-boyfriends, he really was good company. Their conversation flowed easily around work and lack-of-hobbies.
‘I could do with another drink,’ she lamented, back by the pool.
She had drank what felt like gallons of water already that day since the first blast of heat when she stepped off the plane.
‘Ooh. That looks good.’ Nesta pointed to another table where a woman drank something colourful and icy from a tall, wiggly glass.
‘I’ll get it,’ said Eris.
‘No. Allow me. You paid for lunch.’
Eris swept his hand through the air as he made a short bow from his sun lounger.
After many terrible hand gestures, lots of pointing and awful attempts at a foreign language, Nesta trotted back towards him, a glass in each hand. The colours were layered like a rainbow – and she was delighted to sit beside a man who could drink something that wasn’t beer.
‘You’re sure they’re not alcoholic?’
Nesta sniffed her drink. ‘Yeah. Definitely.’
‘You speak Spanish?’
‘No, I took the mocktail menu with me to the bar and pointed and made the shape of the glass. Nobody needs to hear me try and pronounce another language.’
The expression Eris wore suggested he didn’t wholly believe her.
She rolled her eyes. ‘Do you want me to get the bartender?’
‘Then I can use my terrible Spanish to ask? I trust you.’
Eris leaned forwards from his sun lounger to knock their glasses together. Nesta did the same.
‘To the happy couple,’ she said.
Oh, it was delicious. She sucked on the straw until she gave herself brain freeze from the ice which received no sympathy from Eris.
‘Can I ask a personal question, Nesta?’
‘I can’t promise I’ll answer it.’
‘Why don’t you drink?’
Her brows raised and her vision skimmed over the shimmering waves of the pool. ‘I guess when I first moved and got involved with Cassian, drink became the every day activity. I stopped doing things I enjoyed. Spent all my time with them. Wine went down easier and easier and sleep became harder and harder.’ She shrugged. ‘I’m not against ever drinking again, but once I quit drinking with them, it quickly became apparent we had nothing in common. I don’t have any friends so the option is drinking alone or not.’
Eris nodded in understanding. ‘Same here. I’ll probably have a glass of champagne tomorrow, but I was a bit of a tearaway when I was younger. Drank too much and did a lot of silly things. There needs to be a good occasion for it and I’m better at knowing when I’ve had too much now.’
As the afternoon wore on, their conversation became freer and punctuated with giggles.
‘This definitely has alcohol in.’
'It's on the mocktail menu.'
Eris leaned over her to snatch up the menu. 'And on the cocktail menu. With tequila.'
Nesta sucked the last dregs from the bottom of her glass up the straw. ‘Oops. Sorry. Sincerely.’
‘I’m drinking with a friend. It’s a celebration,’ said Eris, giving an easy shrug of his shoulders.
She pressed a hand to her chest. ‘I’m your friend? What an honour!’
Despite the realisation that their fruity, rainbow drinks were not mocktails, they continued to drink. The heat made it worse. The conversation shifted from playful to the realms of discussion that Nesta would never engage in sober. They spoke of ex-lovers, positions they enjoyed in the bedroom, fantasies – inhibitions well and truly out the window as they slurped down more.
Eris closed one eye as he squinted down at the display of his watch. ‘Our dearly beloved siblings should land soon.’
Fantastic, she thought. She’d face a grilling from Cassian about why she chose to drink with Eris, but not him. Morrigan would have something to say – and Rhys too because he couldn’t help himself but pass a comment on Nesta’s life.
‘Then I am going to bed,’ she declared. Nesta pushed off from the sunbed with legs like jelly then staggered a few steps.
Eris let out a soft laugh. ‘Any more staggering and you’d have ended up in the pool. Let’s get you some food.’
He was equally unsteady, but they managed to negotiate for food and make it into the lift. They crashed into each other in the corridor. Their hips and arms bumped as they walked in unsteady lines towards Eris’ room. They collapsed onto the bed to dig into whatever had been deep fried for their meal. She licked the grease off her fingers in between shovelling in mouthfuls; Eris ate with an equal lack of grace like one starved.
When they had finished their food, the television blared out and they remained sprawled together on the bed. A cool wind swept through the open balcony doors as the sun descended for the night. Nesta’s phone flashed a couple of times with messages from Elain then Feyre quizzing on her whereabouts. She replied that an early night was needed and she’d meet them in the morning.
With food in her stomach, Nesta felt a little more sober, but whilst Eris went to shower, she raided the minibar for anything salty that she could find. Eris returned when she had a mouthful of peanuts.
‘Share.’
Nesta covered her mouth so she didn’t spray nuts across the room. ‘There’s chips too.’
‘Daddy dearest is paying the bill. Indulge.’
Nesta had never let herself loose like this, as though she had no manners. Eris didn’t seem to mind either. He was grinning from ear to ear as they sat on the bed, devouring any snack they could get their hands on. She fished in the cup of her bikini for a dropped peanut.
‘What a woman,’ purred Eris from the top of the bed where he languished with a towel around his waist.
She arched a brow. ‘Still want to be my date for this wedding?’
‘All other women are shadows compared to you, Nesta Archeron.’
Eris extended a hand to her which Nesta crawled towards. She collapsed beside him on the bed so their noses brushed. His hand cupped against her hip, drawing her another inch closer. Her fluttering heart made her giddy.
‘Kiss me, Nesta.’
Her chin raised until their lips met. There was nothing hesitant about it. The moment their lips slid over each other, Eris rolled Nesta on top of him. She felt his hardening length through the towel. Her tongue met his as their hands roved over each other’s bodies, hungry for every bare stretch of skin they could gain purchase on.
The string of her bikini was tugged loose so she peeled open the towel from his waist.
They moved down the bed, Nesta turning onto her back as Eris pulled away the last of her clothing.
‘That conversation earlier,’ he grinned. ‘I know every little thing you like.’
Her fingers wound through his auburn hair. ‘Then don’t you dare disappoint me.’
***
At the first slivers of amber light leaking through at dawn, Nesta unpeeled her limbs from Eris, gathered her clothing – a bikini, a sarong, and flip flops – then scurried out of his room.
Nobody was in the corridors, but she still had a strong sense of paranoia that somebody might catch her mid-scandal. It shouldn’t have been a scandal. Both were single and willing – and she certainly had a night like no other. Eris had definitely paid attention to what she had said over their cocktails. But this was not what Nesta Archeron did. She didn’t have one-night stands.
She threw herself into the shower, as if to wash away Eris’ scent from her body then stuck her phone into the charger and flopped onto the bed, hoping to catch a couple of hours sleep in the safety of her own room.
The knock from her sister came too sudden for Nesta, but wedding duties took priority. She tried her best to suppress the exhaustion from a long night being bent over by Elain’s future brother-in-law as she followed her sister down the corridor into her rooms. Not long later, Feyre arrived too in anticipation of a day spent together exploring before the wedding the next day.
Feyre let out a long yawn as she slumped in a chair.
‘Nyx?’ Elain asked over her shoulder at the vanity while she curled her hair.
‘I wish. For once, he slept. I don’t know how. Lucien said his oldest brother has the room next to us. I was ready to kill him last night. He was going at it all night with some floozy. The walls are so thin.’
At her spot by the window, Nesta froze. Heat crept into her cheeks. Oh no.
Elain giggled at Feyre’s admission. ‘The season of love.’
Feyre snorted. ‘It wasn’t love. It was like a pair of wild animals were banging against a wall. All night. At least do it in the bed so I don’t have to hear it.’
‘I forgot something in my room. Back in a moment.’
Nesta excused herself without waiting to hear their replies. Her face was scorching. Oh, this was awful. She really had to pick that man – and this wedding – to have her first ever one-night stand.
‘Hey, Ness.’
‘Oh, not you,’ she sighed in the hallway.
‘Miss you too.’
Cassian wore lurid pink shorts paired with a black vest. His unruly hair had been scraped back into a bun at the nape of his neck. She had forgotten how intimidating he could seem by the way he could loom over everybody.
‘Excuse me.’
Nesta tried to side-step him, but he blocked her pathway.
‘Listen, I thought we could talk. We don’t have to date but we can be friends.’
‘What the hell are you talking about?’
He wrung his hands together. ‘I miss you. I miss the old times.’
‘Old times? We were together six months. Look, Cassian, move. I don’t have time for this.’ She pinched her brow then barrelled past him.
This time, he let her go.
***
‘My goodness, how did you ever get your license?’
Nesta clung onto the door handle while Feyre braced herself in the back. Elain ignored her words because she was busy gritting her teeth as they rounded another sharp corner.
They had gone for a breakfast in a small town by the sea that had been recommended to them for its beauty. What the lady on the desk had neglected to tell them was that the idyllic little beachfront restaurant was at the end of one of the most difficult drives they had ever been on. The narrow, winding road was made up of sheer cliffs and dusty stones rolling into their path.
‘At least I have it,’ Elain finally said as the car rolled onto a fairly straight stretch of road.
Feyre made a disgruntled noise. ‘I’ll learn when Nyx is bigger.’
‘Nesta’s driving on the way back. You always say you are the best driver.’
She was, but not when her head was pounding from the amount of alcohol she’d downed yesterday.  In response, Nesta grimaced. The car juddered along the rocky path uneasily.
‘I hope we all make it to the wedding,’ quipped Elain as another large stone slipped down from the cliff and into their path that only a harsh stamp on the brake could protect them from.
The restaurant was utterly beautiful, though perhaps not worth nearly dying for. Elain had chosen a table directly in the blazing sunlight so Nesta was powerless to agree. What the bride wanted, she got. Even if Nesta was dying inside the longer she spent in the sun.
‘You look so pale, Nesta.’
‘I’m emotional my little sister is getting married,’ she lied. ‘Oo, chilled water. Hallelujah.’
Food was a challenge. For every nibble she took, Nesta glugged down an entire glass of lemon water to stop her stomach from lurching. Neither sister seemed to notice her struggling, or at least attributed it to the heat when Elain took the floppy sunhat off her own head and plonked into Nesta’s. Feyre prattled on about her son as if he was the first child in existence while Elain babbled about how many children she wanted to have. I’d quite like a nap, she thought.
Excitement came in the form of dolphins breaching the crystalline blue waters near the restaurant. Even Nesta rose from her seat to get a better look and snap a few pictures.
‘That was amazing!’
‘Oh, I wish Nyx had seen,’ lamented Feyre as she scrolled through her photos.
Nesta did the same to see if she had managed any half-decent shots. She swiped through, zooming occasionally. The images of the sea shifted to a bare body. Her bare body. Eris' knees and something else was in the shot. When the video started playing automatically, she locked her phone quicker than she had ever managed before.
‘What was that?’
Nesta blinked. ‘I must have taken a video in my pocket on the plane.’
Her heart was hammering in her chest.
Not only did she decide to have a one-night stand with Eris – but they had filmed it too? The image of herself sprawled out on the bed, a big grin on her face, with Eris kneeling between her legs flashed back into her mind. A sex tape. This was bad. Very bad. Bad with a capital B.
‘You look as if you’ve seen a ghost,’ murmured Elain, brown eyes catching her own.
No, just myself about to get ploughed, she thought.
Fanning herself for good measure, Nesta said, ‘I’m not used to this heat.’
Their day was busy with exploring local shops and visiting tourist hotspots. She had never sweated so much in her life which couldn’t solely be blamed on the heat. Each time they stopped so that Elain could try on clothes, Nesta bought another bottle of water to hydrate herself which hadn’t gone unnoticed by Feyre.
‘How long until you belong to the sea witch?’
She choked on a mouthful of water. ‘What are you talking about?’
‘You’re acting like a mermaid out of water. I didn’t know a person could drink so much water,’ she added. A wicked smile curled Feyre’s lips. ‘If you’re looking for your true love, I’ll let Cass know.’
‘I’d rather drown than ever let him touch me again.’
Feyre pouted. ‘He’s not that bad. He really regrets what happened between you two. Cass was really sad that you’d already gone to bed yesterday.’
‘Feyre, let’s get this straight. I am sweating. My armpits are like a swamp. I am hungover as shit. I am here for Elain’s wedding – not to hook up with anybody. Furthermore, I literally do not give a crap about Cassian or his feelings.’
Her sister heard one part of that. ‘Who were you drinking with last night?’
She fought hard to give an air of carelessness as she shrugged. Elain chose that moment to emerge from the dressing room in a pretty, lavender sundress. They passed on their comments about how beautiful she looked then the curtains closed again.
In a whisper, Feyre said, ‘Were you drinking alone again?’
Again. Drinking alone was considered wrong, but drinking every single night with company was permissible.
‘Feyre, what I do is my business.’
‘That’s why you had an early night, isn’t it? Because you were drinking.’
Nesta sucked in a breath. Her temper never did do well when provoked – especially not in the sun. ‘Yes, I was drinking Feyre. I had a lovely time by the pool drinking cocktails. Don’t be too jealous.’

1934 Classics at the Air Terminal - Stan Stokes
Stan Stokes, in his painting, 1934 American Classics, beautifully portrays a Hollywood movie star and her pet dog embarking on a chartered Ford Trimotor from the Grand Central Air Terminal (owned and operated by Curtis-Wright) in California. Probably bound for a weekend visit to San Simeon, the palatial retreat of the publishing magnate, William Randolph Hearst, the trip to San Luis Obispo will take only ninety minutes. The early afternoon rains have left puddles on the tarmac, but fair skies have returned to the San Gabriel mountains, and the trip should be a smooth one. During the Great Depression the Packard Company introduced some of its most stunning and high performance automobiles. The 1934 Packard LeBaron Speedster, pictured in the painting, was one such machine. Costing nearly $8,000 the Packard LeBaron Speedster was about two to three times the price of a nice three bedroom house. Only the very wealthy could afford such luxuries during the Depression. Note that the Speedsters fenders are reminiscent of the wheel covers on racing planes during the era of the Thompson Trophy Air Races. The Speedster was powered by a 160 HP V-12 engine which displaced 445 cubic inches. Around this time it is believed that among the Hollywood notables that owned Packard Speedsters were both Clark Gable and Douglas Fairbanks. The Ford Trimotor was introduced in 1926 and between 1926 and 1933 Ford produced approximately 200 of these capable aircraft. Ford Trimotors remained in service long after they were made technically obsolete by more modern aircraft, and it is reputed that one aircraft built in 1928 was still in regular service as late as 1970. Admiral Byrd utilized a 4-AT version of the Trimotor for his 1929 Antarctic expedition. The Ford Trimotor played an important role in introducing commercial aviation to the general public during the years of the Great Depression. The basic model carried eleven passengers and a crew of two, had a cruising speed of 107 MPH, an operational ceiling of 16,500 feet, and a range of 570 miles. Due to its corrugated metal exterior skin the Trimotor was affectionately known as the Tin Goose. The Tin Goose had a wingspan of nearly 78 feet, and was fifty feet in length. In 1930 Transcontinental and Western Air (TWA) began the first coast-to-coast commercial service utilizing Ford Trimotors. The trip took only thirty-six hours, if the weather was cooperative

Remember that time when Louis broke his arm and Larries made weird shit as if he did it on purpose. He had to have surgery but he still didn’t cancel the signings he did for fans. He did it even though his arm was sore and stiff.
He was nice to everyone. He had a kind word for everyone who came. He went from city to city too. The Larries still don’t appreciate Louis’ work ethic. They compare him to Harry who would rather hangout with a bunch of celebrities and have press releases for how kind he is for sending the famous people flowers.
Not one UK radio DJ spoke about how Louis still does these things for fans which he doesn’t have to, things like meeting fans for free outside his venues. If Harry did anything like that Rolling Stones would be writing articles about how Harry is setting standards for how to treat fans. There is no nicer celebrity than Harry. He should get a gold star.
That is basically the difference between when image is built for you without doing anything versus when you are actually doing a lot of stuff but the industry won’t ever acknowledge you.
I think there are Larries who have a double standard for Harry and Louis because they have a deepseated belief that Harry deserves everything good, but somehow Louis must earn anything good.
Hence Larries tend to doubt Louis’ words, accuse him of lying, assume he’s lazy, believe Niall and Liam when they say that Louis was lying around drinking and smoking during the pandemic. He must have been hiding in Jeff Azoff’s house with Harry eh? Remember the dog barking in Harry’s interview, that they all joked was Clifford? Because of course Louis would charter a plane in a pandemic to bring a dog across the continent for Harry.
(In actuality, Harry was busy getting papped with Rande Gerber and Kendall Jenner in LA, driving in France and Italy visiting restaurants. He recorded Harry’s House. Sony blitzed his songs on streaming and radio platforms to get him numbers, awards. Louis was writing Faith In The Future— and released at least 21 songs for the second album. He was organizing Live From London, setting up AFHF 2021, and filming All Of Those Voices. He set a world record. Louis’ first concert after the pandemic was a FREE event for 8k fans, something that none of the other 1D guys have ever matched. So much for laziness.)
Then I think there are Larries who know that the double standards come from industry bullshit, but they brainwash their followers anyway.
These are the Larries who say, “When I see Louis doing something bad, I’m going to call it out,” but what they mean is when Louis talks about Freddie or when he calls out Larries’ atrocious behavior. They’re not fans of Louis’ music, lifestyle, friends, family, fashion, achievements, mannerisms, speech. They don’t go to his concerts and they frequently call for boycotts. They don’t listen to his music. They haven’t watched AOTV, and criticize the bits they’ve seen. They also don’t have any real criticism for Harry Styles. They parrot industry critics’ harsh words about Louis.
But they recommend a lot of Larry fanfiction. They do read a lot of fanfic.

Ashley picked Brady up from school and went straight to the airport. She had already packed his back and dropped the dogs off at a friend's house for the weekend. She had to charter a plane since there were no commercial flights that would get them there before midnight.
On the flight Ashley worked with Brady on his homework so he didn't have to worry about it while at his dad's. Once they landed, Ashley got the rental car and drove through a fast few place to get them both some food before heading out to the ranch.
When the pulled into the driveway, Brady got excited. He was unbuckled and out of the car before Ashley even turned off the engine. "Um, bye!" she called after him, but he was already gone. "Daddy I'm here!" he yelled as he ran inside. Ashley grabbed his bags from the trunk and walked up to the door. She set Brady's bags down just inside but stayed on the porch.

Bruce Gentry (1949)
Film review #530
Directors: Spencer Gordon Bennet, Thomas Carr
SYNOPSIS: Bruce Gentry, a charter pilot, has gone to see his friend is Dr. Benson, but the scientist is kidnapped by a mysterious gang led by a man known only as “The Recorder,” who wants Dr. Benson to work on their “flying disc” machines to unleash an attack on the country. Bruce teams up with Paul Radcliffe, an industrialist, alongside ranchers Juanita and Frank, in order to rescue Dr. Benson and put The Recorder’s gang out of action...
THOUGHTS/ANALYSIS: Bruce Gentry is a 1949 film serial based on the comic strip centred around the character of the same name. The film opens up with Bruce Gentry, a charter pilot, who gets into a fistfight with a gang of henchman less than a minute into the runtime. When Gentry’s friend Dr. Benson is kidnapped by a criminal gang to work on their inventions. Bruce teams up with Paul Radcliffe, an industrialist, and ranchers Juanita and Frank, whose land contains a mine where materials where Plutonite can be found, which the gang need to complete their machines. Together, they all try to rescue Dr. Benson and stop the criminal gang, led by the mysterious “Recorder.” The fifteen part serial has all the components that are very typical of the format, with each chapter revolving around the back-and-forth between the good guys and bad guys as they scheme and counter-scheme one another. It’s formulaic, but no less so than any of the other serials of the time. The use of airplanes as one of the focal points of the serial, and the main character being a pilot was again a popular choice of serials, as they were firmly in the public’s imagination after the second world war, and were seen as heroes. Unfortunately, there’s not much plane action in this; merely travelling from one destination to another, and usually not making it, as Bruce typically has to jump out of the plane at the last second to avoid being killed in typical cliffhanger fashion. There’s no dog fights or combat in the skies, which is something other serials do, so it is going to pale in comparison to others, and it feels like more could have been done instead of the forgettable schemes we get. The plot barely moves forward at any point, and is stuck at the initial stalemate between the heroes and villains until the final chapter.
The cast of characters is pretty bland: Bruce Gentry is a typical male lead (as with nearly all of these serials), but he doesn’t have anything special or interesting to set him apart: he just flies a plane occasionally. The rest of the characters are also unimportant: Paul Radcliffe, who hires Bruce to investigate the criminal gang, wants the secret of the flying disc’s that the gang uses for himself, but keeps that a secret. This could have led to an interesting side story, but it’s never really followed up. There’s Juanita, the one female character (apart from Paul’s secretary) who has some fight in her, but usually just falls into the role of being kidnapped every other chapter. Frank is completely ineffectual, and just serves as another pair of hands, and the henchmen are completely unremarkable. The Recorder, the mysterious villain who leads the criminal gang, is only heard through voice recordings (hence the name I guess), and while his identity is kept secret throughout the serial, his eventual reveal comes long past the point of being invested in this serial.
As mentioned, the serial does little to try anything new, and the lack of action that isn’t just fistfights makes everything very predictable and dull. One noteworthy element is that this serial is the first time a “flying saucer” was featured on screen, with the criminal gang’s “flying discs” being their main weapon. They are mostly seen as a traditionally animated object flying towards the screen, which does look a bit out of place, and could probably achieved without resorting to animation and creating something so distractingly different to the rest of the serial. This technique was done in other serials, most notable in the Superman serials, but this was typically for when Superman had to fly, which would have been difficult to film in such low budget, low-tech conditions. In Bruce Gentry, I’m sure they could have just used a model to the same effect. Directed by Spencer Gordon Bennet, who directed by so many similar serials, Bruce Gentry has all the pieces of a typical serial, but fails to offer anything in terms of an exciting plot, interesting characters, or unique sci-fi premises. I’d rank it below average, but definitely not the worst of the movie serials (only because there are some really bad ones).

What Everybody Should Find out about New York City
Tumblr media
Wayfinding signage all through the terminals was designed by Paul Mijksenaar, who also designed signage for LaGuardia and JFK Airports. Much of Newark Airport's visitors shifted to Idlewild, since renamed John F. Kennedy Worldwide Airport, after Newark was temporarily closed in February 1952; flights had been shifted to LaGuardia Airport and to Idlewild, which allowed for planes to takeoff and land over the water relatively than over the densely populated areas surrounding Newark Airport. In late 1996, the airport's monorail system opened, connecting the three terminals, the overflow parking heaps and garages, and the rental car amenities. Except you intend to take your vehicle off-road, a front-wheel drive system will possible accommodate your driving wants. Goals for the undertaking embrace creating a World Class Gateway for brand spanking new Jersey, creating long run financial development, and making a phasable plan that will not have an effect on the airport's operations while expanding it to accommodate passenger and cargo development in that point. On account of the COVID-19 pandemic in the United States across the New York City space, aircraft operations in Terminal A drastically changed with solely 15,892,892 passengers in 2020, regardless of having 46,336,452 the previous years, the most in its history.
The primary constructing of Terminal C was completed at the same time, but only metallic framing work was completed for the terminal's satellites. As you'll be able to think about, many TSA dogs work at airports. A very powerful results obtained to date, after 28 days (not continuous) of radiation of a primate at 5 milliwatts/cm2 with a simulated Moscow Signal, have been two repetitive, complete slowdowns and stoppages of the monkey in finishing up his test work functions. On July 22, 1981, a railroad tank car carrying ethylene oxide caught fire at the freight yard in Port Newark, inflicting the evacuation of a one-mile radius including an e evacuation of the North Terminal building of the airport. United has its International Gateway at Terminal C, having accomplished a significant enlargement venture that included a brand new, third concourse and a new Federal Inspection Services facility. Shuttle and Go-link operate shared taxi companies as GO Airport Shuttle. Signature Flight Help is the one fastened-base operator at the airport, providing varied companies to private aircraft. JFK, LaGuardia, and Newark Liberty as a whole kind the largest airport system in the United States, second on the planet by way of passenger site visitors, and first on the earth by whole flight operations, with JFK being the nineteenth busiest on this planet and the sixth busiest in the U.S.
Tumblr media
After that an entire lot of police came up. It was added to the National Register of Historic Locations in 1979 and is now a museum and Port Authority Police headquarters. A few of these businesses include the brand new Jersey State Police, the New York City Police Department, United States Customs and Border Protection, and the federal Drug Enforcement Administration. Former Terminal A and current Terminal B opened in 1973, although some charter and international flights requiring customs clearance remained on the North Terminal. Gate numbering starts in Terminal A with Gate A1 and ends in Terminal C at C138. The ends have to be measured with three additional inches to fuse the webbing together. A $200 million growth of the airport, which was to include three terminals, began in 1967 after three years of planning. Development of the Brewster Hangar started in 1937 and continued by way of 1938. This hangar was essentially the most advanced of its time. The construction concerned a land reclamation challenge to create 68 acres (28 ha) of level ground, 6 ft (1.8 m) above sea degree to stop flooding, upon which a 1,600-foot (490 m) runway was laid. The new Terminal A has 4 ranges: the departures degree, the mezzanine level for workplaces, the arrivals degree, and the bottom flooring, where baggage claim is positioned.
Throughout the airport's three terminals, there are 125 gates: Terminal A has 33 gates, Terminal B has 24 gates, and Terminal C has 68 gates. So, while the groups might function separate and apart from each other, there stays robust family ties which date again to the nineteenth century and which, most likely can not be damaged. It was first printed outdoors the US, and it was in the general public Area in its nation of origin by the "URAA date". On Saturday, August 14, 1920, the primary aircraft landed at what became the Burlington Municipal Airport. Regardless of luxor shop , on July 14, 2007, 4 masked males hijacked one other helicopter and facilitated the escape of Payet from a prison in Grasse. Aircraft Accident Report, Crash Throughout Landing, Federal Express, Inc., McDonnell Douglas MD-11, N611FE, Newark Worldwide Airport, Newark, New Jersey, July 31, 1997 (Report). 1940, all passenger airlines had left Newark, no longer making it the world's busiest airport.

December 1939: Gone with the Wind Premiere
December 1, 1939 – Buffalo Evening News
Clark Gable won’t take Carole Lombard along for that Atlanta world premiere of “Gone with the Wind” Dec. 15 as originally planned. Fears of crowd buffeting have Gable badly scared, and he’s anxious to save half the family from being pushed around.
December 11, 1939 – Fort Worth Star
Celebrities to Go by Air to Atlanta
Two chartered airplanes will take the celebrities of Cinemaland to Atlanta for Friday’s premiere of “Gone with the Wind.”
Vivien Leigh, the English “Scarlett,” will leave Tuesday by TWA. Also aboard will be Producer and Mrs. David O. Selznick, Laurence Olivier, and Olivia de Havilland. Stops will be made in Albequerque, Kansas City, and St. Louis, with arrival in Atlanta scheduled Wednesday afternoon.
Clark Gable, hero of the piece, will depart Wednesday by American Airlines with his wife, Carole Lombard, and Director Victor Fleming. The plane will pause in Dallas and Nashville, reaching Atlanta Thursday afternoon.
December 11, 1939 – The Tennessean
“Rhett Butler” will visit Nashville Thursday
Which is another way of saying Clark Gable will be in this city while en route from Hollywood to Atlanta for the premiere of the motion picture version of “Gone with the Wind.”
Two special airplanes will transport stars and motion picture executives to Atlanta, the International News Service reported last night.
The first group, including Miss Leigh, Laurence Olivier, Olivia de Havilland and Mr. and Mrs. David O. Selznick leave Tuesday night. Stops will be made at Albuquerque, Kansas City and St. Louis.
Aboard a special plane leaving Wednesday night will be Gable, co-star of the film, and his bride, Carole Lombard, and Director Victor Fleming.
The Gable plane will stop at Dallas and Nashville and arrive in Atlanta Thursday afternoon in time for the affair that marks the opening of the official three-day holiday, the annual Atlanta Junior League Charity Ball, to be attended by 7,000 persons.
Note – The exact time Gable and his actress wife would stop here Thursday was not definite last night.
 December 11, 1939 – The Atlanta Constitution
STARS TO ARRIVE OVER TWO DAYS
“Rhett’s” Wife Coming
So far it is a very deep secret but Carole Lombard, who in private life is Gable’s wife, will arrive on a plane with him.
There will be several officials of the Hollywood movie colony, including Howard Strickland, and many lesser lights accompanying Gable on his separate entrance.
December 13, 1939 – Atlanta Constitution

December 14, 1939 – Montgomery Advertiser
Clark Gable, Where Are You?
In response to an inquiry, Floyd Goolsby, manager of the Whitley Hotel, said last night Clark Gable was “somewhere” in the hotel. Where, he did not know.
“They drove up front,” said Mr. Goolsby, “and the driver came in. They took several rooms under assumed names.”
Didn’t he know which room the actor was?
“There are 256 rooms in this hotel and I am unable to say in which room they are,” he said.
Perhaps he had learned something from the bell boys? Perhaps they had ordered food or ice.
“No,” he said, “I’ve been watching that myself.”
Mr Goolsby would not expand on his replies beyond this. It was assumed that Gable’s wife, Actress Carole Lombard, was in the hotel, too, since Mr. Goolsby spoke of “they” and Associated Press dispatches said she accompanied him.
Gable is en route to Atlanta for the premiere of “Gone with the Wind.”
December 14, 1939 – Fort Worth Star Telegram
Dallas Fans Greet Gable and Carole
Clark Gable, starred in “Gone with the Wind,” stopped here 20 minutes Thursday en route to Atlanta for the premiere of the movie.
He was accompanied by Carole Lombard, his wife, and two studio press representatives.
About 2,000 admirers of the Hollywood celebrities were on hand at Love Field to greet the players when they emerged from the chartered plane. Most of them dogged them during the entire stopover, crowding into a small café at the rear of the airport terminal and interrupting the coffee session with requests for autographs.
Miss Lombard signed “Carole Gable.” She took good-naturedly the obvious preference of the crowd for her husband, most of the women asking Gable to “have your wife sign it, too.” He suggested they take up the matter with her.
Gable must report in Hollywood Monday for work on “Strange Cargo,” in which Joan Crawford is to be co-starred.
December 15, 1939 – Atlanta Constitution
Cheering 300,000 Hail Clark Gable In Wild Welcome
It was Gable’s show.
A bronzed and debonair Gable – a very “Rhett Butler” of a man – came into Atlanta late yesterday afternoon to the largest, most spontaneous, often hysterical demonstration which Atlanta has ever seen.
It was Gable all through, this time.
His wife, Carole Lombard, gracious and charming, sat beside him and shared in the adulatory cheers and gestures, from what must have been at least 300,000 people lining roads and streets from Candler airport to the Georgian Terrace. But Gable was the one they were looking for.
December 15, 1939 – Kansas City Star
Of all the visitors, the most unusual is Carole Lombard, who is playing second fiddle and playing it tenderly and gracefully as ever Kreisler stroked a Stradivarius, to her limelight-stealing husband. Carole was the mayor’s girl at the ball tonight. She wore a black evening gown of extremely simple cut. Not only that but she lent a patient ear to her husband’s grousing tonight as she put the studs in his shirt.
Before the mammoth crowd in Atlanta and the smaller ones that greeted them at Dallas and Atlanta on the way here, Clark was a genial figure. But no sooner was he locked in a room with his wife and a few friends that he began to mutter.
“I always feel like a chump in front of crowds,” he growled. “Why do they want to look at me? I’m not Pershing. I didn’t win the war, and I’m not Lindbergh. I didn’t fly the ocean. I’m just a guy that tries to make his living doing a job. I feel like a sap when everybody begins to holler at me.”
“You’d feel awfully wistful if they didn’t, darling,” remarked his wife with a pat and a dimple.

Clark Gable Sleeps Through Fort Worth – Tuckered Out
Mr. and Mrs. Clark Gable stopped in Fort Worth for 30 minutes Saturday morning, but two publicity men, an airline stewardess and another member or so of the royal retinue kept interviewers and others from disturbing their slumber, which started in Atlanta, Ga., at 3 a.m.
“They’re dead on their feet – they haven’t had any sleep since Wednesday,” Howard Strickling, head of the Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer public relations department, told hopeful reporters who wanted to ask Gable what he thought of himself in “Gone with the Wind,” which had its premiere in Atlanta Friday night.
Then he confided that Gable, co-star of the picture, and his wife, who is Carole Lombard on the screen, had taken sleeping pills on leaving the Georgia city after 24 hours of fanfare and celebration.
Gable must be back in Hollywood Sunday to resume work on another picture, “Strange Cargo,” with Paul Lucas and Joan Crawford.
Strickling said both of the stars “got a great kick” out of the “Gone with the Wind” premiere and added that few movie openings ever were carried off with such splendor and pomp and ceremony.
Also on the plane that arrived here from Atlanta were two fortunate persons, Stewardess Betty McLaughlin and Pilot WR Vine.
They are two of the comparatively few persons who saw the premiere. Strickling said they got tickets, which were at a premium, when CR Smith, president of American Airlines, had to elave Atlanta before the show. The Gables turned the tickets over to the pilot and stewardess.
Since Vine lives in New York, Miss McLaughlin has become the first person from Fort Worth to see the great, four-hour picture.
“It’s marvelous,” smiled the pretty stewardess, who lives at 2314 Market Street.
“The greatest picture I ever saw,” said Vine.
“Mr. Gable and Miss Lombard are two of the very finest people you ever saw and you couldn’t be with anyone who is more fun,” said Miss McLaughlin as she left the plane after escorting the movie couple from Hollywood to Atlanta and back to Fort Worth on a special American Airlines flagship labeled “Gone with the Wind Special.”

Everything You Need To Know To Move To Panama With Your Pet
New Post has been published on https://petnews2day.com/pet-industry-news/pet-travel-news/everything-you-need-to-know-to-move-to-panama-with-your-pet/
Everything You Need To Know To Move To Panama With Your Pet
You want to move to Panama with your fur babies. Of course! I moved to Panama with my cat, Elizabeth. So, I totally get it. The process of moving pets to Panama is time sensitive and takes effort. But it’s very doable. Your pet will love living in Panama with you.
Step by step, here’s everything you need to know and do to bring a dog or cat to Panama (plus more on other types of pets below).
1. Consult Your Veterinarian About Moving Your Pet To Panama (3 To 6 Months Before Your Move)
Sometimes older pets can get too stressed when flying, especially if they must travel in cargo. The journey can do them more harm than good.
Discuss all aspects of your pet’s condition and health with your vet. And do what’s best for them.
2. Understand The Cost Of Moving Pets To Panama.
The total cost to move a pet from the U.S. or Canada to Panama can be around $500 to $1,000 if you do the process on your own.
Hiring a pet relocation service can cost you around $3,000 (more on this below).
3. Check Airlines’ Policies About Traveling With Pets
Most airlines will not allow pets to fly if it is too hot or too cold outside. There is often a ban on traveling with pets during major holidays, like Christmas, when travelers may have extra luggage.
With those potential restrictions in mind, here are a few questions to ask:
Does Your Pet Fit The Size To Fly ‘In-Cabin’?
Flying in-cabin means your pet will be in a crate under a seat. If you want to bring a second pet in the cabin, another person must fly with you. If not, the second pet will go in special pet cargo.
If your pet is too large to fit under the seat in front of you on the plane, it must fly in cargo. Consider this list of crate sizes allowed in Copa Airlines’ pet cargo area and the costs:
SMALL $405 28 X 20.5 X 21.5 MEDIUM $605 36 X 25 X 27 LARGE $805 40 X 27 X 30 X LARGE $1,005 42 X 29 X 33
If your pet is too large to fly in cargo, you will either need to use a pet relocation company or charter a private jet to get you and your pets to Panama. It’s about $25,000 for a private jet from Florida to Panama.
What Are The Pet Carrier Requirements (Including Height)?
You’ll need to see if the pet carrier you own will work or purchase a pet carrier accordingly.
Can You Take A Direct International Flight To Panama?
Domestic flights have small pet cargo areas that you may want to avoid. It’s also easier to rent a car or hire a driver to get you and your pets to your new home in Panama.
See if you can drive to a hub with direct flights to Panama, like Houston or Miami.
4. Avoid Arriving On Panamanian Holidays, Weekends, Or After Hours
Here’s why: Once you arrive at the airport in Panama, a veterinarian must inspect your pet. The working hours of vets are 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. during weekdays, except on Panamanian holidays.
If you arrive when the vets are not working, your pet must stay in an airport kennel until the veterinarian’s office reopens.
5. Book Your Flights
Once you’ve selected the airline and flight that ticks all the boxes, including arrival times in Panama, you can book your flights.
Keep in mind that airlines usually have a limit of two pets in a cabin. So, if your pet fits the requirements to fly in-cabin, you want to book your flights early!
You will not be able to book your pet to go in cargo until you have all the necessary paperwork for your pet to fly to Panama.
Knowing your arrival date in Panama is essential to follow the remaining steps of the process:
6. Familiarize Your Pet With Their Crate
Once you know what size pet carrier is needed for your pet, buy it 3 months before your flight and start getting your pet familiar with being in the crate.
7. Get The Necessary Vaccines
Thirty days before your move, get all the shots your pet needs and update their vaccine records. Here’s a list of vaccines they need.
8. Shop For Your Pets (If Needed)
In Panama, you can find almost all specialty pet food brands and special needs food, including gluten-free pet food. Other items like toys, kennels, and pet beds are also available.
That said, I’ve noticed that cat treats aren’t widely available. I order the treats from Amazon and get them shipped to Panama. So, you might want to bring a few packets of cat treats.
9. Complete All 3 Of These Processes In The 10 Days Before Your Move
There are three steps to follow at this stage. Remember, you have just 10 days to complete all three of these processes:
Get An International Health Certificate
You need to get this certificate from your vet. Even though the international health certificate is valid for 30 days, most airlines will not accept a pet health certificate that is more than 10 days old.
Expect to pay $200 to $400 for the health certificate. You may be able to include two pets in one certificate.
Have The Health Certificate Authenticated By The Agriculture Department
If you’re from the U.S., the authority in charge of this process is the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). If you’re from Canada, visit the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. Ask if your vet will include this authentication in their fee.
If you’re living too far to visit the department in person, send them the international health certificate by courier and pay for next-day delivery. Include a return next-day delivery envelope, so you can get it back without delay. I recommend using FedEx to courier the document.
It’s a good idea to call the authority in your country ahead to discuss the process.
Have The Health Certificate Authenticated By The Consulate Of Panama
Once you’ve got the authentication from the agriculture department, you need to get all the documents authenticated by the Panamanian consulate nearest you. See this list of Panama Consulates.
Again, if there’s no consulate office near you, send the certificate via courier with next-day delivery and include a next-day delivery envelope to save time on its return.
The Consulate of Panama in the U.S. asks you to clearly state “TRAVELING WITH PET” on the envelope so they can fast-track the process.
You can also get the documents Apostilled at the Secretary of State’s Authentication Office in your state.
Pro Tip: The Panamanian consulate charges $30 to authenticate each document, which you must pay via money order.
10. Complete One Of These Processes 3 Days Before Your Move
Request For Home Quarantine
At least 3 days before your arrival, you must send a document to the Department of Zoonosis Control in Panama requesting a 40-day home quarantine. This means your pet can stay (quarantine) in your home or yard in Panama rather than a pet quarantine facility.
The request will cost you $130 per pet. You can pay it once you arrive in Panama.
Here’s the Home Quarantine Request Document in English. When you send the documents, remember to also submit an image of your passport or ID in Panama.
Make sure your documentation is in order. If the Panamanian authorities decide that the pet doesn’t meet the requirements after its arrival, they will send the pet back. You want to avoid your pet being returned at all costs!
Alternative: Get Help Completing Your Home Quarantine Documents
There are service providers in Panama who can take care of all the home quarantine documentation for you. They will meet you at the airport in Panama and help you handle the pet inspection process.
During our Panama Relocation Tours, we give you recommendations for these service providers.
11. It’s Time To Pack!
Prepare a packing list for your pet to make sure you pack everything.
Remember to start packing early. It’s easy to forget something if you wait till the last minute.
12. Get To The Airport 4 To 5 Hours Before Your Flight
The extra checks and steps to fly with a pet internationally can take time. Things might get done faster, and you could have extra time. But it’s better to be early than late and sorry!
Make sure your pet is comfortable, but do note that most airlines will not allow you to medicate or sedate your pet for the flight.
If your pet flies in cargo, know that you might have to pick them up with your baggage.
13. Once You’re In Panama: The Veterinarian Inspection
The airport’s veterinarian will check the relevant documents and inspect your pet.
As mentioned earlier, you’ll need to pay $130 per pet for home quarantine as well as another $16 for the pet to enter Panama.
Once you get the “all clear,” you can go home! If you hire a company to help with the airport’s pet clearance process (as discussed earlier), they’ll drive you to a pet-friendly hotel or your final destination.
14. The Home Quarantine Period
Follow the instructions in the home quarantine form to fulfill your responsibilities, including:
Finding a veterinarian to keep your pet up-to-date with vaccines and nutrition and to control preventative diseases.
Keeping them in a clean area.
Providing good care.
Contacting the authorities if you notice any changes in your pet’s behavior.
Refer to the home quarantine form for the complete list and details.
Pro Tip: Panama has many highly trained veterinarians with the latest equipment and services. Some vets speak fluent English. You can get recommendations from expats and Facebook groups.
Moving to Panama with pets may be stressful for you because of all the time-sensitive steps. But it is oh so worth it to have your fur babies with you in Panama! Know that thousands of people have successfully moved their pets to Panama and you can, too!
Pet Relocation Services
If the entire process of moving your pet to Panama sounds complicated and too time-sensitive, you can get a pet relocation company to handle the complete process.
Their prices can vary. In general, expect to pay around $3,000 per pet for their service.
But if you can follow the steps mentioned above, you really don’t need to hire a third party and spend extra money.
Moving To Panama With Other Types Of Pets
You may have other pets (that are not dogs and cats), like birds. They are considered “exotic” pets. I recommend you call the nearest Consulate of Panama to clarify the rules and documentation requirements. They may ask you to contact the local authorities in Panama.
In this instance, you might be better off hiring an experienced pet relocation service.
Adopting A Pet In Panama
Maybe you can’t bring your pet due to their health issues. Or perhaps you want to become a brand-new pet owner in Panama.
There’s no shortage of fur babies in the country. You can adopt a pet through an adoption agency, or sometimes a pet will adopt you!
If you’re not ready to become a full-time pet owner, you can volunteer at spay/neuter days and help community dogs and cats. There are also opportunities to foster pets until they find permanent homes.
Panama is dog friendly and a pet-friendly country, in general. So, no matter what pet you bring or adopt, they will surely have a good life.
Many foreigners dream of living in Panama. But moving countries comes with challenges. So, use our Complete Panama Relocation Guide to learn everything about making a smooth move to Panama. You’ll also get access to our directory of trusted service providers.

Wayfinding signage all through the terminals was designed by Paul Mijksenaar, who also designed signage for LaGuardia and JFK Airports. Much of Newark Airport's visitors shifted to Idlewild, since renamed John F.
