It had been a few days since they met, and in that time, she had been working on the translation for a story that she thought Kaori would like in between working on scripts for the drama department. Once she was sure it was done and she got a moment of free time, she went to go look for the storyteller to give her the translated pages.

There were a few times that the drama room was empty, but whenever it was, Elodie was more than happy to take advantage and spend the time reading over a script that a graduate of Hope's Peak had given to the department to bring to life. It would be no small feat, but with the hands involved, it was more than feasible. As she kept reading, she didn't hear someone coming in, and when she noticed she was no longer alone, she jumped a little, almost dropping the script.

"Oh, pardon me, I didn't see you there."

Elodie keeps a very nice style, often taking a lot of influence from French fashions, and she generally keeps it simple. If it goes with the beret she wears and looks pretty, there's a good chance she'll like it.

"Of course, I do! ...well, in theory. I've been rather busy with practicing and traveling for years, so uh... never really had the chance to properly find out.

"Though as for gestures... I suppose... brushing someone's hair? It isn't much, but it's a rather kind and soft gesture, no?"

"Well... I... don't dislike it, I suppose. Though, I am unused to such things...

"Hm... a good question. Holding someone's hand is a form of affection that I rather enjoy. It's simple, and... well, it's nice."

Tadanobu and Alice Yaegishi

One of the biggest pieces of news going around was a play being sponsored by Hope's Peak. Apparently, it was an original created by a graduate, and the current and past members of the drama department were working hard to bring this vision to life. While she had the chance on a break from practicing, Elodie decided to go to her favorite cafe, and as she headed there while reading her script, she accidentally ran into someone.

She gasps and quickly picks up the script, making sure that all the pages were in order before giving the person she ran into an apologetic smile.

"Pardon me, I was not paying nearly enough attention. Are you alright?"

Pro and con for Amai, Haruka, Elodie, and Botan

Amai

Pro: They're very affectionate, and they love nothing more than taking care of and spoiling their partners as much as they possibly can. Having a bad day? They'll make you a cake, listen to you vent, and cuddle with you until you feel better. It's your birthday? They'll make the most elaborate dinner and learn a whole new skill just to give you a heartfelt gift.

Con: On the opposite end of the spectrum, they don't really expect anything from their partners when it comes to being nice to them or even taking care of them, and instead of dealing with this, they'll actively try to bury their issues under sweet words, giggling, and as many cute expressions and gestures as they can think of to make their partner forget.

Haruka

Pro: She's very thoughtful and listens to her partner's wants and needs. You lost your favorite pen? She got you a brand new set of them nearly identical to it. Ripped your favorite shirt? She can sew it back up. You wanted this one thing from this one store? You'll get it the next day, that sort of thing.

Con: Other than the daily reminder of your own fragile mortality, she's very into her work and can disappear for days on end while working on a new experiment or just working with her mother.

Elodie

Pro: She's very romantic when with someone. She's the type that goes out of her way to give big, grand gestures whenever she can whether that be getting her partner on stage with her or just dedicating a part of the performance to them.

Con: She's also the kind of person that changes a little about herself to appeal to the person that she's talking to. Whether it's a change in tone or interests, she creates a new character out of herself with every new person that she comes into contact with, and even with someone she loves and trusts, it's hard for her to be her own authentic self.

Botan

Pro: Probably one of the safest partners to have. While he sucks at taking care of himself, he's quite competent in taking care of people that he cares about and would do anything to keep his partner safe, even if it meant going against his own moral code to do it.

Con: Incredibly dense, despite how smart he is. He's terrible with technology and emotions, and whenever he has to deal with either, he'll often just...refrain from action rather than actually figure out how to solve the issue. There's also the fact that his loyalty first and foremost is to Masao Kurosaki, but that's only a real issue for a jealous partner.
