What is CEPTAM?
CEPTAM (Centre for Personal Talent Management) is DRDO’s recruitment organization to recruit candidates for multiple posts.
CEPTAM Eligibility: Senior Technical Assistant’s posts in DRDO (Age: 18 to 28):
Candidates possessing B. Tech / BE / M. Sc / Ph. D are not eligible.

CEPTAM Exam Pattern:
Senior Technical Assistant & Technician ‘A’: 50 questions on General Awareness + General Intelligence + Reasoning Ability + General Science and 100 questions on concerned subject.
Assistant Hindi: 50 questions on General Awareness + General Intelligence + Reasoning & Numerical Ability, 50 questions on Hindi and 50 questions on English.
Personal / Admin / Store Assistant: 50 questions on General Awareness + General Intelligence & Reasoning + Numerical Ability, 50 questions on General English and 50 questions on Hindi / English.
Security Assistant / Canteen Manager / Vehicle Operator / Fire Engine Driver: 100 questions on General Awareness + General Reasoning + Arithmetic + Numerical Ability, 25 questions on General English and 25 questions relation to concerned post.
CEPTAM Syllabus:

DRDO CEPTAM Test Examination
The Level II of STA B was directed by the DRDO CEPTAM Test Investigation Association (DRDO) on January 12, 2023, at a few testing areas. The applicants who had passed the STA B's Level I Test appeared for the Level II Test with extraordinary energy and availability.
