The National [USA] Center for Transgender Equality have released some results from their 2022 survey
"Of the 84,170 adult respondents, 38% identified as nonbinary, 35% identified as transgender women, 25% identified as transgender men and 2% identified as cross-dressers."
More nonbinary people than any other group, and the sample is huge! This echoes what I've seen suggested in other survey results too, it's exciting and interesting to me.
(Also, less than 2% expressed any amount of dissatisfaction with medical transition treatments, of course!)

Bonus Poll Reveal
(the results are on a seperate post because I'm not reblogging that gigantic post again 😂 you can find the original here)
Rick Astley - Never Gonna Give You Up
1987
"Never Gonna Give You Up" is a song by English singer Rick Astley. Written and produced by Stock Aitken Waterman, it was released as the first single from Astley's debut studio album, Whenever You Need Somebody (1987). The song became a worldwide hit, initially in the UK in 1987, where it stayed at the top of the chart for five weeks and was the best-selling single of that year. It eventually topped charts in 25 different countries, including the US and West Germany, and winning Best British Single at the 1988 Brit Awards. The song is widely regarded as Astley's most popular, as well as his signature and it is often played at the end of his live concerts.
The music video for the song surged in popularity in 2007 due to the bait-and-switch "Rickroll" Internet meme. In 2008, Astley won the MTV Europe Music Award for Best Act Ever with the song, as a result of a collective campaign from thousands of people on the Internet.
"Never Gonna Give You Up" received 79,3% yes votes!

Ladies, gentlemen, others, we have our champion!
The road was long, and hard-fought, but the Squid Scissors have emerged victorious!
And it was pretty close, too! A Squid Sweep was never a sure thing, even after its surprise victory against the Stork last round. There were a few voters who were still carrying a torch for that beautiful bird--
--as well as a strong contingent that were against the Squid on more practical grounds--
--and, of course, Art Nouveau made a very strong showing! It's an immaculate pair; a gorgeous concept, stunningly designed.
The people were divided! Many, many voters were fans of both. Even some households were split on how to vote--
But at the end-- Long Live the Squid! 🦑👑
Thank you all for such a fun tournament. This was a blast. :)
And of course, the final takeaway:
And he really does! Now go visit his website right now!
