Wonderful Things That May or May Not Be Wonderful!!! Cheese. It comes from cows right? That's what we mean when we say cheese right? Well actually, cheese comes in many different forms from many different creatures as long as they produce milk. In fact, there are several that do not come from bovinae but from caprinae: goat cheese. Creamy, tart, pungent, but nonetheless delicious. Goes great on beets, avocado, being made into ice cream, or anything you want really and that's just one form of goat chees. There are many forms of it all around the world like the ever popular feta from Greece. So the point that I'm trying to make here is that goat chees is delicious and we should all eat more of it. Plain, simple, wonderful. P.S. I miss you, goat cheese ice cream.
