Shimi's voice came out practically in song, beaming at the other who had just entered the room and settled upon the lounge chair. He had splayed himself cross the chair, letting his upper body fall into their lap as he stared up at them, a wild grin on his wobbly features. One hand held a glass of champagne, his tie hanging loosely around his neck, his other arm craddling his suit coat. It was well into the evening by now, perhaps so much so as to be considered approaching morning. Yet, the festivities continued with the select stragglers who had drunk so much wine they were likely to stay until morn anyhow.

The sunflower Aura produces from behind his back is bright and beautiful—freshly cut. He holds it up, twirling it in his hand as he twists from side to side like a shy middle schooler presenting a gift to his crush. He hides his reddish face behind it with a cheesy grin before presenting it to the other. His nose twitches slightly and he flicks at it with his finger in slight irritation, but he doesn't let the smile leave his face as the flower is offered their way.

"For you," ze hummed with a small sniffle. A shy warmth blooms in zir chest as ze passes it off to the other. "I saw it at the market the other day and it made me think of you." A pause, shrugging. "Plus, I know you've been having a rough week. Thought it might make you smile."

Tropical Land is the place to be for the hot, summer months. The theme park has plenty of rides and attractions, bumper cars included.

It’s a well known fact that Kaito is highly competitive, so when he gets into his own bumper car he instantly starts wrecking house, knocking into everyone he can and cackling the whole time. It’s around then he spots Vivi in an opposing car.

Now, Kaito hasn’t met Vivi out of costume before. Approaching her might risk his secret identity. Part of the reason he can talk to her about his little gemstone problem is some of the anonymity being KID alone provides. It’s probably a bad idea..

What the hell. He loves to live on the edge. He spins his car around and bumps right into Vivi with a big grin of amusement.

On a hot sunny day such as this, it’s no wonder this out of town theme park was a ripe hot spot to spend her day off on.  Screams and giggles of excitement fills the air the moment this dame had taken her first step onto this adrenaline junky land, and she just couldn’t feel more right at home.  Although she did have to persuade her only driver to take her to this amusement filled deathtrap (as her own mechanic, Arthur, would rather call it), Vivi couldn’t be more happier to waste her day away in a place she could really let loose without consequence.  If it weren’t for the rollercoaster line being so long by the time she was dragging her best pals to ride it (and must to the delight of her husbands’ relief)?  This blue dame strolled on through to her second best choice, the bumper cars!  Arthur and Lewis didn’t go to join her because they seemingly wandered off to grab a few snacks from the park’s many alluring concession stands; if only to get away to indulge some excitement of their own.  Eh, even then, it wasn’t like they’d amble off too far off when their own wife had kept most of their lunch money for the day.

Anyways, just as she got herself settled into a Dodgem car (as she’d like to call them) with the help of a tired staff teen, Vivi practically had to tightly grip her own turning handles the second this one kid sent her rolling back from his hit.  Her poor car took most of the blow before it hastily spun into the nearby metal fence that normally kept everyone and their rides from flying out.  In that instant, much to her own confusion, an odd flicker of a familiar competitive energy she had grown accustomed to suddenly stung against her own already hypersensitive spiritual nerves.  Her brows quickly furrowed.  As much she’d often grown used to wearing weak homemade charms on her person to ward off many foreign energies to keep her empathic psyche from being torn to shreds?  There wasn’t never a time her soul picked up on another individual's emotional energy; or at least with companions she had grown used to every time she’d go to spend time with.

However, as much as her memory tried to grasp for that familiar energy, her attention quickly snapped to reality when the loud hisses of this one scrawny kid’s bumper car wheels came screeching right towards her.  Her eyes widened a little, but the natural instinct to give chase had a stronger grip on her than her own startled buzz.  In that instant, as if some other force was practically spurring her ride to hightail it, Vivi pushed all her might into her metal handles to spur her own machine to dart out of this seeming stranger’s way.

“Th-That’s just a freebie, squirt!”  She called over her shoulder.  “Don’t ya think you’re getting out of this without being bitten back!”
