Posting some Mocs I did awhile back.

Rebuilt matoran are much more fun to pose. However making sub assemblies for each character is a headache...

The VC parts pack definitely makes for more posable mata figures. Here's Macku, Gali, and Tamaru talkin about girl things. Like how best to take down a swarm of bohrok.

I was gonna post the rest of the mata and the company, but apparently the ensemble file got corrupted. :/

HOWEVER

gives me an excuse to make Toa Nuva too.

Some images of the Diminished matoran build I worked up for the Chronicler’s Co images. Even added a little backpack for Takua using one of the barraki chestpieces.

You could use a 4L bar instead of the 4L axle if you want to give them hip articulation, Like so.

I'd like to know I'd you could make a Toa of Iron for me...burnished gold (think like a darkish-gold) armor, with a burnt orange under it, like for the limbs, and a gold Kanohi mask, smae kind of gold to go with my armor, to pull it all together, with my weapon being like a large hammer, looking like a mix between a knight and a metalworker.

(If you can't do it or don't have the time, I understand COMPLETELY. ^^)

Alas, I don't have the time or skill to do requests like that. however, stud.io is free and (relatively) easy to wrap your head around and get started.

There's a lot of free parts packs too.

This is where I started looking when I tried to learn how to do stuff with stud.io.

So, sorry I can't do MOC requests, but I hope this can at least help get you in a place to start making your own!

After much experimentation and swearing at my infernal machine of a PC, I finally got an inika-scale (ish) mata torso in stud.io, using the actual mata torso! The Great Ruru and the head are from the Galva pack. ...I think. Only took me three and a half hours to get it right.

The main build itself isnt much different from the o.g. mata build. I just used the smaller gears so that nothing messed with the matoran torso on top of the mata one. use Metru matoran legs for shoulder joints, add another ball joint to mount a head on and boom, inika scale(ish) mata bod.

So I used Stud.io to render a Tall Takua from the Chronicler’s Company AU, with a McToran Jaller and a Toa Kopeke for size comparison. and.... Wow. Takua’s going to drive Jaller crazy, isn’t he. Though, it’s not his fault Jaller’s the perfect height for an armrest. Matoran Parts and Masks are from the Galvapack.

And have a Takua in his briefly shown Av-Matoran colors. As a treat.

Nope, stud.io! Just screenshotted stuff.

I know I used the gavla pack for the masks and I thiiink the metru heads?

I know I got the hightened torso effect by slapping a mata-matoran/vahki torso on top of a toa mata one. the rest was just adding ball joints for the limbs and a bohrok shield for chest armor.

I used metru-matoran legs/arms for the shoulders.

I'd give more detail than that but alas I'm away from my pc right now...
