RENTAL DURATION: 7 days
SLAVE’S RULES:
Scarlett is to be brought to my home in the morning of the rental wearing either option of clothing I am providing (Clothes enclosed: Bikini or short jean skirt and band shirt)
She is to not work for the week other than classes. Should this be a problem with her employers I will compensate them for her time.
She will have one hour a day to use her phone when not in classes. Should she abuse this her phone will be taken from the moment she is out of class until the next day.
Scarlett will be staying in my bedroom. Should she misbehave less comfortable accommodations will be provided.
She is to clean up after herself and very basic housekeeping.
She is not to be fed from or anyone else having sex with her.
Should she be over disrespectful there will be a public punishment.
RENTAL TERMS
The rented slave will be returned to their quarters promptly at the end of the rental. If the applicant fails to surrender the slave, administration has the right to send guards in to collect.
The applicant will cause no permanent harm, damage, or other alteration to the slave. The slave will be returned in the condition it was received in, normal wear and tear excepted.

EVENT : emergency lockdown
With the island still under attack, all civilians (students, faculty, and island residents) have been assigned a location on the island to shelter in. Location assignments have been sent to each phone. Characters receive only their own assignments, not the entire list.
Most guards have been summoned to fight the attackers; a handful of NPC guards have been assigned to find and deliver lost civilians to their assigned shelters; all player character guards have received orders to collect supplies from designated emergency locations and proceed to an assigned shelter to protect civilians. Guards assigned to the shelters have a list of all civilians assigned to their shelter and are expected to check each of them off on arrival.
Another explosion has left half of the dormitory building collapsed, and the other half quickly following. Characters may have been in the building when it collapsed, and escape plots/injury plots are allowed!
The island is under attack by Delphine Delecaille. While the protections were down, Delphine and many of her people made it onto the island. Among the attackers is a massive purple dragon--characters may witness the dragon flying over the island, breathing fire, but should not come up against it. They may, however, encounter as many NPC attackers of various species as you please on their way to their shelter. Characters can fight and kill NPC attackers without consulting the main and without fear of consequences!
Speaking of journeys to their shelters, your character may take any roundabout journey you like to arrive there, so long as they do, eventually, arrive there. Late arrivals are allowed. Characters may spend up to two (2) days outside of the shelter. After they arrive at the shelter, they will not be allowed out, though characters with teleportation will not be bound.
Characters will not be allowed into shelters they are not assigned to, even in the name of staying with their loved ones assigned there.
While the island is under attack, cell phones on the island are misbehaving. Texts and calls are failing 9 out of 10 times.
The protective spells have been restored, but the binding spell in particular is acting up. Bound slaves may find they have access to their powers in short spurts of up to ten or fifteen minutes at a time.
Keep your eyes peeled for plot drops throughout the event!

Brief Description of Home:
The mansion is unique. While not the closest to the beach it has an incredible view of the ocean. There is a unique pool, hot tub and waterfall area. The master bedroom and bathroom have every amenity you could want including a descending television from the ceiling and a balcony. Guest rooms are large and comfortably large enough that they seem like small masters in their own right. The kitchen is top of the line and the main living area has beautiful windows looking out over the ocean and part of the back patio. Home Gym. A man cave is also located in the basement adjacent to the garage.

Why Did Your Muse Chose This Home?
One of the main reasons that Byron chose this place was the office. It was large enough for all the tech that he needed to study the markets around the world. From an early age Byron was a hard worker both on his studies as well as extra studies his father gave him. He was always pushing himself hard. He easily got into the best private schools, and not just because of his fathers bank account. This did not mean that he did not get into trouble at times but he was able to get his way thanks to his telepathy finding secrets he could exploit.
In his fancy prep school things went much the same way but then he began getting visions of things that had not happened yet. It was a little disconcerting at first but still fun. Once he learned how to properly use it to make bets on sports games well things got better for him. Not to mention the telepathy he could tell what others wanted. He realized what others wanted which a lot of times happened to be him. Byron had some girlfriends and a couple guys in the school liked him to so had fun there often in the showers after practice. When he went on to college for his undergrad it was much the same. Living on campus was great though he sometimes worried about his baby brother who was not as strong as he was when dealing with father. After he finished his double major he went to work at his father’s brokerage firm. He started off at the bottom and the first few years was fine with that as he was also working on his master’s. Once that was done he began to bring in some new accounts and he began to skyrocket through the ranks of the organization and no one could say it was nepotism. If anything his father was the most critical on him. Maybe because his father couldn’t read his mind anymore. Over the years Byron had some flings here and there with some socialites or a few people in the office.
It was less than a year ago where things changed. Byron was going to his father to gloat that he landed an account that his father had wanted since he was little. Yet he was told he had a meeting with some young woman and man. That seemed odd perhaps he decided to screen new hires himself. That didn’t seem right to him either as new hires would be beneath him, and he went to the windows looking down at the people below looking like ants as he then closed his eyes trying to hear thoughts in there and then the woman’s thoughts sounded insane thinking she was his daughter. She certainly seemed to believe it either a talented actress, crazy, or she really believed it. Listening to her thoughts as she stormed off of a school called the Institute where she taught, and her friends who were her real family. Yet the strange part was the man that left with her. Not one thought in his mind. Byron was going to confront his father, but decided to wait the charity gala was that night and his father usually drank the most at those events best time to try and get in his head when his guard was down. His father still appeared disheveled and upset as he had a cut on his face as though he had been in a fight. Byron probed his fathers mind as he danced with his mother thinking how she could never find out or she would cut off his balls. That Sabrina should have just taken his money and been gone. Who wouldn’t just take money and be done. Can’t trust someone you cannot simply pay off. Those thoughts made Byron furious and a vase flew across the room shattering. It was new development for a new power. It was something his father was not even capable of doing.
Byron kept up with his accounts but began giving some of his accounts to some others in the company, but keeping two his biggest accounts while he went back to get his doctorate. He could keep them going as well as prospering while he continued his education and looked into this so called half sister. Like back home he would mostly go by his middle name Markus whereas Byron was his professional name. His father did not really understand why he was going for his doctorate. From the research he had done The Institute was one of the best school’s but it was off he had never heard of it before. He packed up what he needed for the initial weeks and would have more delivered when he had procured off campus housing.
