This is Tera! I featured her in an artwork AGES AGO and neglected making a proper ref until yesterday (whoops).

I don’t have too much to say about her character, she’s a bit of a menace that likes band shirts and taking cool photos. Despite having four arms, she has no shoulders so all her shirts are literally just tubes lmao

Traditional Nautilus culture puts HEAVY emphasis on maintaining one’s shell, polishing it and making sure it doesn’t scuff and all that. Residue-leaving Stickers and permanent engravings are a big taboo, you can bet Tera’s parents are mortified. Lmao krill issue, it’s just that shrimple.

I adore how Tatsuya Endo writes his characters, especially the women. They can be warm, soft, cute, cool, tough, scary... all, if not most, of his ladies in Spy x Family are equally wonderful in their own way, both in character design and personality.

#I haven't felt this passionate about an ongoing series in a while #I still need to finish the anime and see the movie and I'm reading the manga... but yeah #I'm glad I have found something to be passionate about again... especially Franky?#Like... okay so... I feel like I always fall for sometimes princes or leader type characters or a character with a remarkable power #But Franky is... just a simple man in his mid-thirties #I love his design and kind personality towards Anya and his playful side when teasing Loid #And I get so upset over his past and I really hope that he can achieve happiness #Like #I've come to a point in my life that I don't need anything grand to happen #That living life simply is okay to do #And Spy x Family is kinda... helping me with that? Like it's motivating #Back in college I wanted to become a great children's author; I still can. I would love to write a book about my dragon characters #But right now... hiii what's good guys : ) i got the absolute pleasure and a privilege of joining @starstrider's 5e planescape campaign as a pallid elf druid (circle of stars) named Idhesur Velalu and so far it's been an incredible blast! Idhesur is a reused character from a one-shot i took part in back in 2022 and since then i've had a hankering to revisit them because i got really attached to the concept. they were due for a slight redesign and so they got one along with an impromptu reference sheet (that doesn't even cover all of the details but thats a problem for the future me). the third image is their original one-shot token that i've attached for fun (and which is also due for a remake...)

Idhesur is old, kinda mean and will sell your grandma's ashes if that means their survival and or if said ashes are worth a damn in the first place. they also use any pronouns! diversity win. they've lost their way in life somewhat but don't let that get to them lest the horrors (decades old suppressed trauma) catch up to them. the usual!

Peeking from behind a window, she witnessed a wizards final spell, one that reduced the world to a wasteland. Her noble blood damned her to [HELL], but unwanting to suffer with her family, she made a deal with the devil. She now hunts in his name. The top of her head was taken by the blast on that day. The fires of her spirit have boiled her blood into a super-heated plasma.

ok update on atla netflix: started final episode, it opens with the attack on the north. its pretty freaking great. frame for frame accurate w the show, and (other than some so so costuming choices, or a few fight-bending scenes with lower budgets) the only changes so far have been for the better

#homm #homm 6 #heroes of might and magic #heroes of might and magic 6 #sveltana #my art #probably nobody out there gives a crap about homm6 but Sveltana is so cool and so everything #oh yeah and the game itself is as awesome as I remembered it when I was 11 #especially the visual/character design you should really take a look #homm fans give h6 a lot of shit because it doesn't live up to h5's success (and bc of uplay bullshit) but it's still a good standalone game #camera controls and updated hotkeys are hard to get used to and new ability tree and combat system take away some enjoyment #but newly introduced mechanics are very fun #I drew the top drawing last october.. I left it to rot in my drafts for quite some time
