I've been updating my SSO spreadsheet today and I don't think I realised before how absolutely batshit insane (loving) their horse release schedule has been this year. There is simply no regularity to it whatsoever! Several horse breeds have been released very closely after one another, and yet we're not looking at a particularly high probability of getting more than the usual six yearly breeds (potentially seven, if they churn out one real quick to be released at the end of December). How is this, you might ask? Well. The Paso Fino was released a whole eleven weeks after the Welsh Pony (which is a lot, considering that they've never waited more than twelve weeks between breeds) and because of Halloween being in the way now, at least fourteen weeks will pass between the Shire's release and the next horse's release.

That is so fucking unprecedented in gen 3 that I can hardly wrap my little calculating nerd mind around it! I am LOVING this unpredictability but. But . SSE my beloveds what is all this ruckus. What does it all mean
