I draw for whatever im interested in! Currently thats Twisted Wonderland and Seventeen~ I also draw lots of oc/ original artwork as well.

This is a SFW blog: I will never post or rb full NSFW content, suggestive art will be cropped and the full piece under a cut. If I happen to draw NSFW, again I will post a sfw crop of it here, and there will be a link to a separate site with the full image.

I go by Kai and use any pronouns! I’m bi and idk what gender I am but I go with whatever feels best at the mo’ (I will pretty much never disclose my age here as I’m not comfortable doing that.)

I don’t interact too much with others because of anxiety -v-;;; but I’m doing my best to change that! I love it when people send me asks, for request, ask games, or just to chat is lovely!

As you can tell- I draw! I’ve been drawing as a hobby for most of my life, but I’ve recently been trying to get into a career for it! Just to let the people that requested things, I am writing them! I just keep forgetting to save them and I'm going to sort things out on Redbubble and then all my work is gone. So I'm kind of on the verge of a breakdown everytime I see it but yk.

Anyway I've been making random doodles and putting them on Redbubble. I've been trying to put more Borderlands things but they have to go through a checking if it's Fanart or something kind of deal so it takes a while but I'm working on Tyreen and Amara now =) I might make a load of different style character head pieces for each of my fav characters.

I've made one for Troy and there's a Handsome Jack, I also want to make another Angel one.

cow mod updates!

ive been growing really confident with my content lately like my blogs and projects. Im thinking that once I hit a certain benchmark with my blogs I might open an online store for simple stuff like stickers or prints on redbubble or teespring.

But my biggest focus would be opening a patreon with that juicy extra content! its a pipe dream, but Id love to be able to quit my job or work just a set amount of days so Im not so like,,so depressed and anxious at a constant. “high functioning” is putting it lightly on my part, more like barely functioning, but I cant afford to quit my jobs right now for my sake;;

but anyways! updates! i can ramble on forever!

@askbrae-burn - plot just kicked off. the comic updates once a week ( twice if Im able ) and Im already planning on other content like backstory and character profiles. asks are open during plot intermissions

@dailymewtwos - no changes! I consistently update it twice a week with some chill slice of life stuff and I like it that way! Might sprinkle an au arc here and there and lore, but that’s up coming.

upcomin’ blogs?? Ive been mulling a daily bulbasaur blog actually :”> but bulbasaur variants! people can request a certain plant or flower and I can doodle a sweet ‘saur over it! drawing plants is also,,,,very relaxing I wont lie. next to miltank bulbasaur is my favorite Pokemon.

Jack says "ignored YOUR rule". Does that mean it's something Bakugou obligates himself not to have or something non of them can have? I'm actually curious 🤔

It’s actually a rule Bakugou put down for himself for a number of reasons, half related to his own safety and the safety of the person he’s dating, the other half to the fact that Bakugou hates lying, but (again for safety reasons) he can’t just go around telling everyone what he’s doing - he doesn’t want a relationship in which he’d just contantly lie to his partner and ditch them for vigilante work without being able to explain them what’s going on, so he put down the rule as soon as he decided he wanted to do this. Well, he hadn’t been interested in relationships anyway before Kirishima, so it was an easy decision to take at the time - now though...

Ahhhh if only he figured out Kiri and Red are the same person smh that’d make everything so much easier on him

oHO I’m glad you like it cause actually the answer is I spent two years drawing it nearly daily and I finally sorta reached a place when I guess I’m okay with how I draw it lol some time ago I drew a step by step for it? but by now my process is mostly “do whatever and hope for the best”, which incidently is also my process in drawing Kirishima’s hair lmao

YEH it’s one of the reasons why Bakugou still hasn’t figured out Red is Kiri haha thought if you’re asking for the logistics of that, I can’t say I spent too long thinking about it? We can always call it temporary hair dye spry or something like that, but to be fair it’s not like it matters all that much lmao I just needed Baku to be unable to tell it was him easily haha

Oh that’s an hc I see around a lot! Personally I stil prefer them sorta the same size tho ???? with the only difference being Baku being lithe and Kiri being a tank, I think it has to do with the whole “complementary equals” theme they have going on, I like for it to be visually represented too ??? maybe, I had never really thought about the hows or whys of this preference tbh lmao

Plans for 2018

I say ‘plans’ cause lord knows what’s gonna happen but!! Better to plan and try than give up just because I’m not sure. Anyway it may be long so I’m gonna ramble it below the cut

First major plan:

Work on a set schedule

I feel like I can get a little bit lost because I don’t have STRUCTURE anymore. Working in a classroom or general work environment did me so many wonders, cause my brain could snap into a work-mode. Unfortunately I don’t really have access to that kind of thing anymore, so I have to set it myself.

The basic plan is:

Monday: Sketches Wednesday: Linework Friday: Color/Finish

This can apply to commissions or personal works! If I have multiple commissions, I can send off multiple sketch stages on Monday, try to get lineart done on Wednesday, finish ‘em by Friday, etc! Tuesdays and Thursdays would be sort of free-drawing days where I can doodle or have fun.

That’d be one drawing a week at the least which is!! Ideal!

Saturdays and Sundays might be study dedicated? So I can kind of keep myself on the ball, while still getting work done. Of course I’ll have to factor in IRL stuff and anything that gets in the way, but if I can get at least something done each of these days, it’ll be good enough.

100 Theme Challenge

I opened a folder on DeviantART for a 100 theme challenge! I’m gonna try to make complete pieces for it. I don’t know if I’ll be able to finish all 100, but I’m gonna try! If I can manage one piece every week, I can get it done in less than 2 years... /dies

Which should be a good show of my progress. Of course I’ve taken on many challenges before and have fallen short, but ATTEMPTING challenges is better than not, cause even if I do fall out of it, I still have work done that I wouldnt have done before! So there isn’t much to lose, and some to gain!

Get Some Kind of Project Going

Patreon sadly is probably not going to happen in the near future until i can get some personal stuff settled, but I did consider maybe trying to open a Redbubble store! I have to research proper printing colors/formats and the like so my products wont be cheaply put together, but that’s a possibility! I may also do something with my Ko-Fi! Probably simple commissions if people donate or something! I’ll worry about that later.

I’d do a comic but honestly I am not any sort of comic artist. I haven’t shown much interest and passion for it, and I know it’s something you absolutely NEEEEEED to be passionate about to even hope to finish. It doesn’t mean I wont ever try a short comic or two that’ll be like, 2-3 pages! But a long running series is not in my future.

This one’s part tech issues and part anxiety issues.

I kind of hate being WATCHED when I draw cause it makes me stiffen up really bad and then I can’t quite draw as easily, and then THAT makes me worry all my stuff is turning out bad in front of everyone and that I’m a sham of an artist, blablabla etc, and I know it’s something I’ll HAVE to get past eventually. But I’m gonna take baby steps on this one. Maybe I’ll try to upload Youtube videos or something of me drawing once I can learn some basic video editing!

And Finally, Try To Get Over Myself

I KNOW THIS SOUNDS MEAN LMAO but hear me out:

I have, a lot of issues with anxiety still. Even sharing works can make me nervous and tense cause I get hard on myself if I worked SUPER hard on something and just comes out...subpar. I have to work on getting over these fears, and learning to not get so personal with every drawing. It’s mostly on me and a mental thing I have to work out, but I want to become courageous and post more, even if it ends up garbage! At least people can see that I’m not always at the top of my game, and it’s fine to have drawings that just aren’t as good.

No artist is always at 100%. I don’t expect that from others and I shouldn’t expect that from myself. Not to say I wanna be LAZY but, just learn to forgive myself if I screw up a drawing... 8′D;

ANYWAY THATS THE RAMBLE, here’s hoping I can stick to at least most of this!! And see y’all in 2018!!

talking to myself, kinda venting

it got. very long

monday needs to leave me alone but also i gotta learn to relax and stop worrying so much

like !!! im out of high school !!! i dont have anywhere to be anymore besides the occasional psychiatrist/dentist !!! and thats like, WEEKS apart

i have zero obligations rn b/c im not taking commissions and i dont consider dpg to be a huge obligation b/c 1) im doing it for free, 2) i know ppl will understand if they have to wait a few extra weeks for an update, and 3) i have three buffer pages rn which means i have three weeks before i ACTUALLY need to work on a page

my ask blogs arent obligations either b/c i did say they would be on hiatus until i finished chapter 1!

the thing is im still !!! stressed !!! first of all with dpg i dont want to disappoint people <:’0 i know ppl are excited for each update and i dont wanna let them down ESPECIALLY since i KNOW i can dish out at least two pages a week (even tho ive only been doing one lately, AT BEST, like before i was on medication for help, which is. bad)

and for the ask blogs its the same deal just to a lesser degree, EXCEPT with my onceler blogs b/c theyre fuckin !! seasonal !!! theyre all halloween themed and its GETTING RLY CLOSE TO THAT TIME and i havent updated them in so long, especially wolf and ghost ;c; they both have two posts while hallow has like five im sorry yall

i know i shouldnt stress over the ask blogs b/c theyre supposed to be for fun and not a priority but i feel like if i dont put some degree of priority on them then i’ll never fuckin update them and theyll end up like my hetalia blogs (which might not actually happen b/c i did move away from the hetalia scene after all ?? im still into danny phantom and the onceler so im not rly worried about..that)

and then i have those stickers that i just. havent touched past the dannies and vlads. i have like Over 60 sketched out but im not even close to finishing the sketches

AND CIRCLING BACK AROUND TO COMMISSIONS i want to open them again !! but im not feeling as well as id like to so i dont wanna open em and take way too long to do them or have them come out all sloppy and bad, i just dont have the energy rn and i feel bad about it b/c i have to make money and redbubble isnt like..doing much for me...b/c im only selling two stickers and a print of my oc OTL

on top of all this i have personal projects that i wanna work on for fun too, like animation memes and just general oc doodles, but with that comes a different set of stresses: im stressed b/c im working on them instead of a higher priority thing and im stressed b/c i know i could improve on them which leads to me tryin to improve in art and u know how that goes. stress. i already feel like my lineart quality is declining ;0 feelsbadman

i wont even talk about the adoptables

im literally overwhelming myself with projects unnecessarily but i cant !! stop !!! thats just how it is !!! im so tired and sad all the time and this is mostly the reason i think

I honestly LOVE your bakushima kids, but did you have any ideas on what the rest of the bakusquad's kids would be like if the others did have kids? If you have thought of it, would the next gen of bakusquad be friends like their parents or not so much?

And to be completely honest with you, the only other kid I have for that specific AU is the todo//deku one :0 not cause I haven’t thought about the bakusquad ones, but cause I still haven’t managed to decide which ships I wanna go with? Do I do kami//sero or kami//jiro or kami//mina? Do I do mina//jiro or momo//jiro? how about sero//mina? I like so many ships for the squad that I can’t manage picking just one haha but what I already have decided is that whoever Kaminari ended up with his kid is Tai’s best friend. I dunno who that kid is, but they’re best friends 👍

It’sssss not really my thing actually - well, generally I’m a picky shipper with Bakugou anyway, not gonna lie, but the only interaction Baku and Shinsou ever had made it pretty clear Shinsou can’t stand him and I usually don’t ship Bakugou with people that don’t like him ??? I’m more drawn to his canon happy relationships honestly haha

A good concept which I’m always up for, but to be honest with you I’m more of a fan of the other way around :O like, Kiri is so good and bright and friend with everyone, jealousy might as well be something Bakugou’s used to by this point - but Bakugou, people tend to avoid him or think of him as rude and annoying, Kirishima wouldn’t be used to jealousy at all you know? So I like it that way around more haha

I wouldn’t call it an artblock, it’s more like… like your mind is one step ahead of your skills, I’d say. If treated right, you can turn that feeling into improving your art! What is it that you don’t like? Can you break it down to smaller things? Is it the line work or the coloring style, or even just the way you draw eyes or hands or noses? If you can focus on the smaller parts of what you don’t like in your style you can then look up a way to do the same thing that you do like, and practice that till you’re satisfied with it! One small thing might not mean much by itself, but putting all these small things together is how you make improvement happen :D
