My thighs and knees are on fire today. I did mixture of weights, battle ropes and treadmill. I did a 1.5 hr workout and burned 512 calories. I wasn't very happy with my workout because I felt so sore and like I didn't accomplish much. But you know what at least I did something. In the past I would have taken the day off and binge ate.
