How long can you hold your breath? And how fast do you make your heart pound?

She clearly wasn’t ready for the first one, only lasted 1 min. The second wasn’t much better. The third starts at 9:30 after some hyperventilation to rid the carbon dioxide and get more oxygen. I believe I held this for 3 min. You can hear in the last min my lungs trying to get oxygen but can’t as there’s no space and at the 12:30 mark I let it all out. Do we think she did ok?

The fastest I’ve recorded in recent years is 192. That was a push to get there but usually she’s happy between 166 - 182 depending on the exercise.

My apologies with the loud phone swishing. I feel like this time it was more often than usual where I kept moving my phone around and forgot to mention that in the first breath hold, I recorded my pulmonic valve then the second breath hold I recorded where I usually record where my little lady is the most clear and loudest.

Finally though I was able to do some recordings! Wasn’t sure what to do and then over the weekend I got busy, but then I realized, “breath holds!” And here she is, reacting to my breath holds!

I got lost in this file as it’s just over 5 minutes long! In the second breath hold I put my hand on my chest feeling every beat she was making just thudding against my hand in elegance; it was divine and euphoric! Her sound…her rhythm, I got so easily lost in after not listening to her for a little bit, but again, at the same time, it’s tough with a phone trying to be comfortable but it’s pretty well impossible including the “shhing” sound of my phone not pressed against her hard enough, but I keep her relaxed and not under physical pressure from an object :)

Breaking news: my stemoscope package is now pushed to April 25th. Don’t know why as it literally told me it’s coming on the 23rd but now it’ll be here a couple days later now. I’ll see what I can do in the meantime :)

Pressured Heart with Breath Hold

My heart is working overtime as he struggles to pump blood throughout my body. I give him more work to do as I do breath holds. You can see him pushing my body away from the wall with every strong beat. I have a strong heart.

I noticed recently my veins have really been popping/ are just much more noticeable.

Also I’ve been thinking about maybe going live on here sometime with my doppler. I could do other stuff too of course. Anyway I just wanted to get a feel for if that’s something people would be interested to tune into. I think I would be fun to share with you all live at the same time.
